Kayla Parma Visited on May 18th, and received wonderful service from a lady I did not catch the name of! Both ladies working were super personable and fun. I purchased a new earring and one of the ladies helped me change out my piercing earring and put in my new one!! She absolutely did not have to, but the fact that she did - and helped my mom and I the entire visit was amazing. I wish I caught their names, but they did not disappoint, and I will be back for future purchases!!

Thomas Stinson Every jeweler and watchmaker in town quoted me over $100 and told me i would have to wait several days for a simple glass change in my citizen eco-drive (a very common mid-range watch). Hary was extremely professional and quick with my repair and knew exactly what to do upon seeing my watch. I paid around $50 and even gave him a tip because he did the job same-day. Please support this small business!

Marisa Williams YES! I purchased a ring from a "big box store" (that was my first mistake). The ring was sized wrong (waaaay too small) but I dealt with it until I couldnt. The original store wanted to charge me the cost of the ring plus to resize it BUT the staff at Cindys assured me they could do it for much less! They SUPERCEDED my expectations (and Im very particular). The work is flawless. Now Im looking to having a band custom made there because I know it will be great! I have bought so many pieces that I have a whole jewelry box dedicated to their pieces.
