1 /5 RUBY SHY MONTELONGO: Mrs. Garcia, the so call assistant manager was extremely rude and does not help. She was literally yelling over the phone and hung up on me several times. She did not want to pass the phone to another employee. Mrs. Garcia is very Incompetent and needs to be fired!!

I have other loans with other company but they are nothing like Regional Finance that are willing to work with their customers. I am very pleased with Ms. Castro
