Chandler Blanton I joined VA over a year ago when I was new to Dallas and it’s been the best decision I’ve made since moving here! Not only am I stronger/fitter than I’ve been in years, but I’ve made so many friends which is invaluable and hard to do as an adult. I truly look forward to going to the gym after work and getting to catch up with my friends, coaches, and (of course) hang with the dogs. The programming always includes a great variety of athletic movements and the coaches offer scales for all fitness levels. Couldn’t recommend this gym more!

Issi This place is amazing! I have had personal trainers before and have done the group class thing and have tried to work out solo and I have never had results like I have had coming here. I need the structure that a personal trainer provides. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, and goal-oriented. They took my measurements and asked me where I wanted to be/go with my fitness journey and motivate me to check back in/be accountable to my goals. I loved it so much I eventually brought on my husband! They’ve been helping him recover from overuse injuries/work from home lifestyle that wreaked havoc on his body. They will cater their exercises to fit your needs. They’re also super fun and have really made the gym feel like a second home while still pushing me to realize my potential. They offer nutrition advice as well. This place is the full meal deal! With them, I lost weight and gained strength for my sister’s wedding (she also works out here) and even won a fitness body fat reduction competition! Jesus Medina If you’re looking for a small, more private gym then this is perfect for you! I’ve been coming to AF for almost a year now and it has never let me down. They keep it clean and crisp every single day. Coach Trever has been very helpful in my weight loss and muscle building journey!! He keeps tabs on me and helps me build the best workout routine based on my needs.

Christian sanchez Hidden Gym in North Dallas has been such a blessing for me and my son. The atmosphere is motivating, but also feels like family. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a community where people support each other inside and outside the gym. The staff is welcoming, the space is always clean, and the energy keeps you coming back. I’m proud to be a part of this gym and love seeing how it continues to grow. I do weekly 30 min workouts with him and I’ve really started to see a difference in the way I look, feel and my energy levels are through the roof! Asha Berry After moving I needed to join a new gym, and on my first visit to Hidden, I knew I’d found the perfect gym home! Josh gave me a tour and was very kind and knowledgeable, and the gym is very clean and has all the equipment I need. Two weeks later, still loving it! I recommend to anyone looking to join a new gym— from first timers to experienced gym goers.

OJ Cherry This place is AWESOME. Not your typical packed gym where you are bumping into people. Its super clean and the amenities are like a high end spa. Also their management is fantastic. I have been a member 2 years and had a personal issue where I had to step away for a few months and the owner Brian was very flexible. This place is worth every penny and has top of the line equipment. 5 stars!
