1 /5 Julia V: DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GROUP! Terrible customer service. The staff is not well prepared nor fully trained before they are handling customers. Instead of being helpful, Ms. Racheal Harkless interrupted me a couple of times and was not understanding of my situation at all after they allowed someone to be added onto my policy without my consent. After explaining a couple of times that I didn’t know who the individual was, no refund was given. Not only that, during a back and forth exchange of emails, Ms. Harkless decided she wanted to CAPITALIZE her email response to me when I just wanted to clarify a few things since I decided to cancel my policy with this terrible group.
After nothing was solved, Carolyn Brizuela jumped in and provided no assistance as well. Instead of holding Ms. Harkless accountable for her actions, she wanted to provide excuses stating that the capitalized email was from a copy and paste template even though there were misspelled words. There has to be better protocol in place to handle paying customers.
