Joseph Kim One of the best gyms in DFW. This review is long overdue as Im no longer a member there but loved my time when I was there. Clean and great equipment, with a reasonable price, and the trainers there are all very supportive. Not much more you need beyond that! As a key plus - this gym also makes it easy to cancel when needed, which cant always be said for most gyms.

Marisela Harper Dropped in on a one day try. One of the best workouts I’ve had in a really long time! The people are so friendly. The atmosphere is upbeat and amazing Coach Michelle and also Maddie are incredible and very welcoming.

Medved in USA Came back to this gym and it honestly feels like home. The pool, the sauna, the jacuzzi, all the equipment — everything is here. I went on a Sunday and it was almost empty, super quiet. Really enjoying it, the perfect place to train and relax.

Jocey Sad to say I’m moving far away from this gym but it is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Very clean, machines are always working, smells good and not crowded. Also staff is incredibly friendly and luckily my cancellation process was smooth. They understood my situation and didn’t make it difficult for me to cancel like other gyms have done for me in the past. 10/10 recommend.

Cheyenne George Joining Social Mechanics has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! As someone who had no prior experience with barbells and CrossFit-style workouts, I was very hesitant to join, but both the coaches and people in the classes made me feel very welcome. Now 3 years later I can’t imagine a life without going to Social Mechanics! I’ve developed the most amazing friendships with people that I met here, and truly feel a sense of community that I have never felt from any other gym.

RoseGoldNena Gabriela is the reason that I chose this gym as my home gym and continue to stay. This place is gorgeous but the way I feel in her Pilates classes is the real determiner for why I love this place. Her music selection is top tear and different than any studio I’ve been to in the area. I love that she brings some culture into her class. It is needed to have motivation at 5am . GABBY makes this place so worth it !!

Josh My kids love this place! I wanted to give a shout out to Sarah who works at the front desk. She is always so kind and so welcoming and goes above and beyond to help us out when we’re there. Great place to take your kids.

Mary Anne Wyly Refined Fitness is a wonderful gym, featuring knowledgable trainers, a wide range of equipment, and a perfect location. The trainers take the time to ensure you are using proper form and lifting weights to appropriately challenge you. I have primarily worked out in 30 minute semi-private training sessions where a small group of us is working out simultaneously. Garrett does a great job making sure we all know what exercise we should be doing, adjusting our weights, and encouraging us to keep pushing.

Trinity Wilson Grit is the best gym I have ever been to. My health has transformed since I started attending at the beginning of the year. Thank you Anna, Kari, Brit and the rest of my fav instructors!!!

Melanie Botran I’m so excited for the new SWEAT440 opening in Dallas! I used to train at SWEAT440 in Miami and the results were incredible — the workouts are efficient, challenging, and perfect for a busy schedule since a new class starts every 10 minutes. As soon as I heard Dallas was getting a location, I immediately purchased the Founders Rate (limited to the first 100 members!) because I know the value this gym brings. The community, the energy, and the results truly speak for themselves. I can’t wait to join the Dallas studio and make it my new go-to fitness routine!
