Debra Turner Yesterday I visited the Toledo Finance location in Terrell TX and I was welcomed with such kindness and exceptional customer service that I wanted to share my experience with others...I had spoken with both Dana and Kathy over the phone and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me obtaining a loan. Dana walked me through every step of the process and was very patient and respectful... Byron Gregg This review is mainly for the ladies who work up front. They have always been very nice and helpful. None have ever been rude to me. I have a small checking and savings acct there and so far have never had a problem with them. That being said I received an email saying they were removing there ATM machine very soon. Can life go on without ATMs Certainly but its one more thing they are taking from you.night drop is gone also. Like I said earlier this review is mainly for the ladies who work up front

Robin Hanlon I’ve lived at my current address for 3 years. The gentleman that delivered for us was just not friendly, didn’t like my dogs even though he never got of his car. If the package was too big to fit, he threw it on the ground. The new fella that is on my route is AMAZING!!! He’s so super friendly, waves, smiles, brings packages and mail up to the house. Just an overall pleasure. How do I keep him permanently???

Erica Flores This origination deserves 0 Stars wish I could give it a negative 5. Nothing but employees who dont want to work or hate there jobs. So sorry hunny but if you dont like your jobs go find a better 1. Nothing but boogie Bit*hs up there who stand around not wanting to help anyone. Every time one of there OWN CLIENTS walks in there. All there employees do is look @ each other as of to see who is going to help THERE OWN CLIENT as if its a punishment. Plus to make it even better the hang up on their phone calls blaming the internet or saying there having issues with it when nothing is ever wrong once you show up in person. Ridiculous hate to see how they would handel an accident call... This is not the best insurance company after all!
