1 /5 Skeeter Sizemore: Worst customer service Ive ever seen. They have dont know how to do go clean business. When I called to talk to a manager got hung up on 3 times then when I finally talked to the manager it was the same lady that hung up on my and the one I was calling to complain about. Plain and simple nothings gonna be done and they still doing it. Then she hung up on me again. Dont use this insurance.

1 /5 Maggie Mena: This is absolutely the worst place to get insurance with, my husband went in to renew the auto insurance and paid what was due at the moment when called to make insurance payment the lady I spoke to addressed his car insurance was no longer active. I tried getting more information on why it was no longer active and they kept giving me different answers. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST INSURANCE!! The lady was very rude and unprofessional…

3 /5 Sharon Salinas: I had an on line quote, but they are not set up to receive any of the on line quotes. So their quote was higher than what I was originally quoted. I went back to the on line quote, called the main office for Dairy Land and paid over the phone. Should have done that from the get go.
