Charles Avila I switched wind storm coverage carriers a year ago and am so thankful I did. Working with Lauryn Davis has been a real pleasure. My previous agent didnt even know I existed and was happy to simply collect my money. Lauryn has helped me correct mortgage company payment errors twice now. Her attention on these issues makes me feel like an actual customer instead of a transaction. In addition, new quotes I request are turned around super fast which really helps. Seth Elsenbrook tried to use a broker to get commercial insurance. process was slow and painstaking (multiple follow ups / no activity): he eventually routed me to a different branch of state farm that was unresponsive. i called Kyle Angelle branch got connected to Carlee. She took my call right before 5pm, got me a quote and finalized everything by 10am the next day. Incredible customer service with both speed / efficiency. Huge relief, and this was solely because Carlee drove the process. fyi also use for personal insurance needs and have no issues, all around a great team
