Reynoldson It has been a while since I had anything done with my nails, but the staff was super kind and welcoming (even though I spent a bit of time pacing in front of the location trying to figure out how to zip tie a car bit into place). First time getting acrylics and they look PERFECT. Will def be coming back.

Alina Casales Excellent customer service! My friend and I were a walk-in and we were able to be seen right away. They have a huge selection of polishes and designs, but this was my first ever set of acrylics so I went simple. My nail tech was very friendly and answered any questions I had about maintenance etc. I would love to come here again!

Cara Hanna Best pedicure I’ve had in Austin after visiting 4 nail salons over time. Got the hot stone massage and it was great. Bright, chill place. The nail technician even fixed my nail polish after I had left and smushed the polish on my own.

Elizabeth Bella I have never been to the same nail salon, but Bellagio Nails Salon will be my first choice from here on out. I was kindly greeted, offered water wine or soda. They are also very sanitary. Tools come in sanitized bags and pedicure bowls have sanitary bags. You can tell when people are passionate about their job. Enjoy your visit.

Amie Nations I want to start by saying I have used Red Nails previously and always been happy. However this time was different. The woman who did my nails HURT me. My cuticles are bleeding and swollen and my nail beds so sore that I have to take ibuprofen. She was unnecessarily rough and my nails aren’t even what I wanted even though I showed her a clear picture. Some of them are lopsided and they’re supposed to be purple and black ombré. I asked for gloss, not knowing that it would basically cancel the purple and make it look all black. As a nail tech, she should have known this and informed me. She got rougher every time I asked for them to be shorter ( I work with animals and need them short) so I eventually stopped asking questions because I was scared of getting hurt further. I can’t believe I paid for this but by the time it was done I just wanted to leave. The woman who did my pedicure however was amazing. Sadly, I will not be back. I understand that getting fake nails isn’t exactly a comfortable process, but it shouldn’t cause you to bleed and be so painful that you have to take pain meds. I would understand if she had accidentally cut me once - that’s an honest accident. But every finger is just negligent and careless, increasing the risk for infection. I won’t be back.

Melissa Havard Absolutely fantastic nail shop! Took my three youngest daughters, all with a different vision for what they wanted. They knocked it out of the park! Everyone was so nice and talked to the girls about things they liked. It made them feel so special! Not to mention it was super clean! 10 out of 10!

Cinthya Rognac Falcon I got my nails done here four days ago, and that’s how long they lasted. I wanted to try this place because it’s close to my house, but I don’t recommend it. In December, I went to another place called Amor Nails, and even though they do a light manicure there, my nails lasted over a month actually, 1 month and 3 weeks. Here, they applied the same beauty gel, but it only lasted 4 days. I didn’t want to pay attention to the bad reviews, but I should have.

Emily Vandergust I have struggled to find a good nail salon in Austin since moving here recently. AZ nails is definitely the best I’ve found so far! Hai did my nails today and he was amazing. Very detail oriented which I appreciate, and it was only $52!! That’s extremely hard to find. Good prices AND good work. Both of us had our AirPods in, but it was a vibe. I also found the color I wanted on TikTok and he found the exact bottle. DND Cherry Mocha, it’s the perfect dark red for Fall. Highly recommend this salon and Hai :)

Lindsey Turpen I made the trip from Brenham because I’ve never had a great experience from any of the nail salons there. The staff were professional and patient. My nail tech was quick, consistent and friendly. I’ll def be making the trip again! Happy with the results AND the prices!

Eliza Ashworth I am from out of town and spent a lot of time looking for somewhere to get my nails done- I was kinda anxious and I’m a little ocd about my nails. I had a really grown out builder gel manicure and a lot of places would not do a fill since it was done elsewhere. It wasn’t a problem and they are the best nails I’ve ever had. Will did so good on the French tips and shaping (which is extra impressive because I was in rough shape when I came in) They made sure the shape and color was perfect. It was clean and relaxing- my pedicure was amazing and through. I don’t like gel on my toes and holly wasn’t pushy and the fresh tips look so nice and the massage was so good! The chairs were all comfortable and I was given a warm rice bag for my neck too. Also the prices were great and I came in without an appointment and was seated right away.

Melissa Lebet Loved coming here for my manicure. I got gel x and chrome. Maya was so excellent and made sure everything was perfect. The rest of the staff was so kind and gave me delicious coffee. I will definitely be coming back.

P M I had a mixed experience at this salon. The nail technician was skilled—the shape and French design were well done—but the color turned out much darker than I wanted. I brought it up twice during the process, and despite assurances that adding pink would lighten it, the final result was still too dark. I was never given a shade guide to pick out front underneath color. I made it clear I wasn’t happy, but the manager only offered a discount to completely remove and redo the set, which still meant I had to pay to fix it. The work itself was great, but if you’re particular about color, be firm about stopping the process early if it’s not right—once they continue, your only options are to pay again or live with it.

Mrs. Infinite Now this was a true spa experience! Peter did an amazing job with my Milk and Honey manicure. He took great care and was amazing at massage. Not to hard or soft. I’ve been getting deluxe manicures for years but I’ve never seen anyone use actual honey. The smell was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great, the staff got along well and were friendly and highly skilled. They were patient and fun. I went home and accidentally messed up my nails but when I came back everyone was courteous. Sothy helped me get back into form. He was also very funny. They are a bit more expensive than other nail places sure, but here you get everything. It’s an experience. The margarita was amazing. The English was very good. I feel very pampered! I will for sure return.
