vane lopez The lady is good and does a good job when she wants nothing more and nothing less… I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she told me that she knew how to do it but it was a lie… she put one color on top of another and they looked terrible, on top of that she gets upset! ! Its the last time! for $95 dollars?? pedicure and manicure

Tammy Villa The first time I went there was only one lady working and was super rough with my feet. The second time I went there I asked for just toes painted and she yelled saying I asked for a pedicure when I didnt. Then started yelling as I was leaving and called me crazy and followed me to my car and yelled "dont ever come back crazy lady."

Breanna Waldo Done an awful job on my nails. Underneath my nails were messed up and my tips on my nails were crooked. Came here with my Nana to get manicures but didnt get manicures only got our nails done when we asked for manicures. She wouldnt give us our money back for the awful job she done. She even took a picture or video of us without our permission. I do not recommend using her at all. My nails have bubbles which they shouldnt have bubbles. I was getting mine done so I could have them for when school starts I cant go to school with the way these nails look. And my French tips are not even at all. Im very very mad at her.

Sue Ann Lopez Ive had my nails done there for a little over 3 years now and have only broken a nail maybe 3 times and they are always very nice and do great work!!! They treat me like family!!! Call to make an appointment and ask for Mama Van, Tony or Stacy. All of these pictures that I posted are sets they have done for me. They even do mood changers which change when your hands are hot or cold. They take Cash Only please.

Cydnee Chapman Mama Van did an amazing job! She was so so kind and took her time. I loved that she carried on conversation with her other client and myself. I live in Lubbock and came to visit family and googled nail places and went to her bc of her ratings! I wish I could pick her up and move her to Lubbock!

Anne Milks Guy had attitude. Did not remove old gel polish completely before applying acrylic. Didnt apply primer, asked for primer he was rude. Filed nails with lumps and mad when pointed out. Then no clear coat before color. I got up and left. He was a rude jerk.

Rosa Aguilera My granddaughter wanted to get her nails done before school started. I checked nail salons in Vernon and found this one. I was skeptical at first because of bad reviews. I made an appointment on short notice. They were able to work her in. The guy there gave her French black tips. He was professional and did a great job. I was impressed! And all the other staff were really nice and even offered us something to drink. We will be back for sure but this time I will also be getting pedicure and granddaughter will be getting a refill.

Tiffany Garza Paid for the best pedicure they offer ..tech was finished in 35 min did not give all of the treatment listed on the sheet she gave me ..then I asked about painting my nails the same color as my toes as I can not have fake nails at my job she said yes but then when toes were done she replied we close soon come back to get nails painted..this was at 630 pm they close at 7 pm . Would not have taken her but 3 min to paint my own nails but she said no . I will NOT BE BACK ..

SaBrina Hartmann I have used Queen Nails for the last 3 years . I will not go anywhere else. I have gone 6 weeks without a fill and my nails still get compliments and dont lift or break on the sides. Tony always remembers my color and just how I like my nails. I 100% recommend !!
