L Xan Wished they carried origins, but otherwise I found what I needed. The cashier was friendly, but the person on the floor acted a bit annoyed. She was in a drawer and I said “excuse me”….paused and then started asking my question. She never turned around the entire time. She answered me with her back to me which was just a bit odd and not personable. I spent a few hundred dollars there today and was t really treated as a valued customer.

Kassandra Moncada I had someone hack into my account and use my points. Once I was able to recover my account, I saw that the purchase was made at this Ulta. The gentleman who went into my account, used curbside pickup but I’m not sure how he was even able to pick it up. Anytime I have done curbside or in store pickup, I have to show my ID. The order was made in my name, so whatever ID that was shown needed to have my name on it. This Ulta dropped the ball and did not follow through with their verification process. Do better.

Sarah Clark They did a good job on my hair, but I give it 3 stars. That is because they were not open the biggest Saturday of the year for getting the hair done. I had to get it done on Good Friday. Also every time me or a family member goes in they change their method of payment.

Patricia Davis Worst exsperience ever. I dont recommend at all. Went today and wanted my boyfriends hair braided and a temple fade. First called and made an appointment and was reassured that they had someone very talented and could do it. Went in for appointment and was checking in and the one lady said to the lady that was gonna do it he wants corn rows can you do it she said I think I can. My boyfriend said you dont sound very confident and she said yes I can do it. Well she cut it and it is half cut and the braides are extremely loose and look horrible the part wasnt even straight. Also there are more braids on one side than the other. We paid for it but are beyond dissatisfied. We will never return. Also the whole time we were in there the students laughing make jokes and just being upnocious. Honestly this is the worst exsperience we have ever had at a salon.

Amanda Tyler Megan is the best there is. I went in for an eyebrow tint and between her and her teacher they did a great job. I have very light eyebrows so I thought I was in for a shock!! Not at all the color they chose was perfect! Not too crazy and you can definitely see them now.

Penny Veitenheimer I come to this reflexogy 1 x a week if not every 2 weeks, for a foot massage. I love this place. Though I get someone different each time they have their own technique, which is awesome, I finally found the person I will be requesting every time I go, for now on, her name is Amy. She is terrific, she may be petite but she gives the BEST foot massage. The best thing is, if Amy isnt available, I will still be getting an AMAZING, foot massage. I have been coming to this place for nearly 3 years and will continue to come in for a foot massage.

Erika S It seems to get worse each time I go. The last time I went, one person started my massage then switched people in the middle of it. They kept massaging my lower back, and I didnt even need that part massaged as much as my upper back. And the towel had a bad odor when I laid down on the table, it was not clean! After going a few times. I have found that the full body massage they offer for 1 hour was actually just a back massage, not the entire body. Another time, I got an older lady, and I had to keep asking her to do it harder. Then, she would just dig her fingers into me and not actually massage. I will never let her give me a massage again.

michael gilbert Nice relaxing massage. This is NOT and not meant to be a therapeutic massage. I get a combo which is half full body and half feet. Sometimes I fall asleep during the foot massage. If you buy 20 in advance, you get 5 free.

Wanda Campbell Vickie and Annie both do great on everything they do. I actually have eyebrows again and they look awesome. I have been going to Annie for my nails for a long time. When she told me they were getting ready to start doing eyebrows I jumped at the chance. So happy with the way they look. Thank you Annie ❤️

Gerdy Lebrun I highly recommend checking them out; you wont be disappointed! I had a consultation yesterday to learn about the differences between nano and shadow strokes. They answered all my questions and even suggested the best service for me. Fortunately, I was able to make an appointment for today, and I have to say, I love my brows! The ladies are very detailed and attentive; they took their time to map out my brows and were gentle throughout the service. Right now, they are a bit too dark for my liking, but I know they will lighten up as they heal. I cant wait for my follow-up appointment; Im looking forward to seeing the final results of my brows!

tabetha chase After a bad color job another place I frantically took to fb to find a last minute place on a Saturday to help to me redo my hair. Cathy reached out right away and set me up with an appointment. I met her ,told her what I wanted and hair history. She asked me if I would like to try Stephanie, I agreed and couldnt have been happier . We had our own room ,we chatted about everything I felt so comfortable even though deep down I was scared my hair might still be a mess., after fixing my hair I was totally happy. I already booked my next appt and will continue here..

Des The guy that has cut my hair for 20 years developed some health issues. After waiting 4 - 5 months for him to return I decided I needed to search out someone new. Not everyone cuts my hair well so I was a little apprehensive. I was referred to Cindy, and how fortunate that proved to be. She asked what I wanted and did exactly that. Looks like I have been going to her for years!

Mikayla Taptto I’ve always gotten my nails done here and the price is decent and they usually do a pretty good job. Yesterday I got dip powder and the lady made 8/10 of my nails bleed because she took skin off of my cuticles. This picture was taken the day after I got them done. My other hand isn’t as bad as this one but you can still see where she took some of the skin off.

Lolly M Awesome pedicure included a great foot and calf massage! Massage chairs work really well, clean shop, used tub liners, gloves, and packages of sterilized tools. 10% Military discount makes it a bargain! I will be a returning customer.

Troy Kolar Very disappointed. We were passing through and my wife made an appt with Tommy a few days prior to our arrival. We arrived for her appt 15 minutes early and the salon was locked. My wife walked to the spa and the girl walked over to the salon with my wife. She then advised my wife that Tommy should show up. We waited until 15 minutes after the appt time and no Tommy. The girl said she tried calling him and the manager and got no answers. Cancelling would have at least been the courteous thing to do instead of just not being there for a customer. It’s hard finding a salon willing to take a walk in and we were leaving the next day.

Chris Tolley Polite and friendly staff. Have severe knots in my back, and havent had a massage in over a decade. Felt comfortable the entire time, and the massage therapist did an excellent job.

Aubrey Guzman I always like to wait to give a review on beauty services. I got a full set and a pedicure done here two weeks ago, and the service was immaculate. The shop is beautiful, and Tony is very personable. Some things to note about this shop: They do not offer handpainted designs on acrylic, only acrylic designs. Tony uses his own brand of acrylic, too, and while it is beautiful, it is less durable than other acrylics. I am kind of rough on my hands, but nothing that a full set shouldnt be able to handle for 3ish weeks. In the 2 weeks I have had this set one nail has lifted at the back and two encapsulations have chipped at the end. All of these things are things I feel should be taken into account if you are looking for handpainted acrylic designs like I was! The pedicure was amazing all around though.

Susan Kimes Tonys work is absolutely amazing! He is such a creative artist, I love that the designs are done with solar powder and not painted on so they last for a long time!! His salon is comfortable and relaxing ... I really enjoy my visits :) The online scheduling makes it so convenient to schedule my appts 24/7 and reschedule if needed. Thanks Tony!!!!

Tash Claus While I loved the nails, the lady drilled off my cuticles and left 5 open wounds on my fingers! So painful to do anything with my hands now and this was my first acrylic set so I thought the pain was normal. Won’t be returning, this feels very unprofessional (And yes I expressed I was in pain and was practically ignored!)

Erika Lujan I will give them 1 star because they took us as a walk in when they didn’t have to. My regular salon was too busy to take my 2 daughters and myself. I had called this salon to make sure that they could take us. The experience started off fine and then almost an hour and a half of waiting (which is fine because we were walk ins) it quickly took a turn. My 5 yr old and me were going to get matching mani pedis but, the nail tech that was doing my daughters nails wouldn’t let us because, “she couldn’t finish” while my nail tech did my toes. Mind you they hadn’t even started my daughter yet and I was finished and getting my nails done when they finally started her pedicure. They made her pick another color and attempted to make her feel bad for choosing the color she wanted. At the end of everything during check out that same nail tech almost wouldn’t let me pay for all of us together. She wanted me to pay for my 5 yr old separately. When I started questioning why I couldn’t pay for her together she got mad slammed the ticket down and walked off. I paid $301.00 for 3 pedicures 2 manicures and a full set. I feel like I was EXTREMELY over charged for that.

A S If I could give Kims nail salon zero stars, I would. My experience there was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite specifically requesting not to have a Russian manicure, I was given one anyways. Not only did it leave my nail bed inflamed and damaged, but the shape of my nails was absolutely atrocious. They were rough and badly shaped, with filed nails so thin that they were weakening my nail bed. To top it all off, the acrylic ratio was completely off, resulting in a sloppy and uneven application. And as if all of that wasnt bad enough, the final insult came when they charged me $75 for a service that should have cost $55. After enduring three days of agony with my nails, I finally sought out a proper nail technician to help fix the mess that Kims had created. Its going to be an ongoing process to undo the damage they inflicted on my nails, but at least I found someone who is willing to help. If you value the health and appearance of your nails, do yourself a favor and steer clear of Kims nail salon. Trust me, the extra money and effort to find a reliable technician is well worth it in the long

Kelley Hotz This was the first time I’ve been to this salon… I brought my niece to get our nails done for a girls day since she isn’t able to get her nails done often. The technician that did my nails was very good and I am very happy with the set I got. However, the technician that did my niece’s nails did not pay attention to what she wanted at all. She had shown him a photo of the design she wanted and ended up with just black nails, no designs. She had to be passed to a different tech to have the top coat removed and design put on…
