Tracy has been doing my nails for almost 2 years and always does an amazing job!!! I was thrilled when she let me know that she and her husband were moving locations so they could open their own nail spa - and even closer to my house! ;) Yes they are both fantastic! One of my recent nail looks was for a vacation and the palm tree design they did lasted through all the beach days and came back looking just as good as when I left. Go see Tracy or Michael - they are extremely talented and deliver above and beyond service every time. (Plus they have convenient online booking and the new massage chairs for pedis are heaven!)

Ryan Nguyen After taking in several accounts and observations of nail spas around the Dallas area, this one appears to be the most chill and calming. This place has fair pricing -- I mean if they are good at something they might as well not do it for free haha. Among one of the greatest nail spas at a reasonable price, did a thing called a "manicure" and was explained on what stuff meant. If the phrase "on the relentless pursuit of perfection" was a nail spa, this place would be it. The technicians know what they are doing and work hard to deliver ever-better service. They are goin places.

USATXMOM Popped in last minute for just a color change on my toes. Was in a hurry. They were so friendly and were able to get me in immediately. I love the ambience, quiet spa music playing, very relaxing and nice instead of the usual HGTV cooking and decorating shows. Well lit cozy space decorated in pink and white. Ill def be back for more services. Annie is sweet and did a great job.

And I will say that I did go to the salon after and since have had nothing but great experiences. I use to go all the time although a little more expensive than surrounding nail spas they were worth it because they were good however last Saturday I went in a hurry and had a gel polish manicure I didn’t like that the polish did not go all the way to my cuticle making it look as if my nails had already grown out and my manicure was old usually the gel polish last at least two weeks but it started chipping by Tuesday and continue to chip the photos are from today one week after

Jessica Sanchez I have been going to Pink Cloud regularly for a year now. I previously would only get an occasional pedicure every few months or manicure for special occasions because I never really felt completely comfortable in a nail salon until I came to Pink Cloud. I am now a regular, every two week client. They always make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Their cleanliness and safety protocols put my mind at ease, especially now during the pandemic. I love everyone on the team and they do an awesome job! Especially my girls Annie and Kimberly. They always take the best care of me while Kathy chats and makes sure youre relaxed. I cant recommend them enough. You will love them.

Timakayah Nataki Front desk person was very accommodating but don’t come on Sundays. I would blame myself for coming on a Sunday but I went to Today’s Nails 3 minutes down the street and was in a chair immediately. I was told 25 minute wait but I waited (patiently) for 40 minutes with no update. They were very nice to let me watch TV while I waited but I really would’ve liked to actually get serviced. If they knew they couldn’t accommodate me, it would’ve been nice to know that up front. I asked if they take walk ins because it looked totally empty in there (I already knew they took walk ins because I searched them on Google) and that would’ve been a good time to say that they usually do take walk ins but they don’t have proper accommodations at the time and to send me on my way instead of wasting my time. A 25 minute wait is fine because I want to support local businesses but 40 minutes, I could’ve went somewhere else.

Monica Cabrera Bellisimas Salon By Liz is phenomenal. The owners and staff are friendly and genuine in their interactions. The salon is beautifully creative and they provide many services. I originally went after work for a quick manicure with no appointment. Life is too short to not treat yourself! I pampered myself all night also with a pedicure, haircut, and massage that helped so much to let go of the stress. Not once did I feel rushed by the staff like I usually feel at other places. This was a very good experience for me personally. I can’t wait to go here again.

Allie C Let me say it was the worst and most expensive basic pedicure I ever got. It was a Sunday 1/27 at 5pm I went in with my mother who is diabetic. I was charge 125$ and not even a foot message and a proper clean up, just a was foot wash and nail polish that’s all they did!!! How ridiculous is this.i was never given a nail palette color option to choose from or pricing and i asked but they never told us an exact number. I have got to top nails on broadway and get an amazing service for 28$ I get the whole shabam! Never again I regret it to this day and have told my neighborhood to avoid it.

Cee Hernandez I discovered this place by sheer luck. Im very picky about cleaningness when selecting a place to do my nails and this place was immaculate. I love that it is decorated all in white so you can see how clean it is. The chairs are super comfy and the service was outstanding. The prices are super affordable. I normally do a manicure and do gel on my own nails w a cute design. I wanted to do a new pride design to end the month but the place I usually go to wanted to charge me almost $20 per hand for doing a simple design. I decided to check places nearby and found this one. I paid $40 total for manicure, powder dip nails and design in TWO fingers. Almost half of what the other place was going to charge. The lady did a fantastic job, very professional and they have a huge variety of colors to choose from. Definitely coming back again!

The place is so clean and esthetically pleasing. My pedicures are done by the other nail tech, and she does an amazing job. They both take their time and care about what their clients want. Sarah M It’s my first time here and it was awesome! The pedicure massage was strong and lasted the full time. You can even add extras to pedicures such as more massage time. Customer service is great. Everyone even wears name tags which really helps when you are bad with names like I am. Two alcoholic drinks per person - red wine, mimosa, and white wine. Plus soda and water. I’ll definitely be back!

Tonya green Lovely staff and they do great work. My nail artist was Tammy for my hands and Tom did my feet. They were both wonderful and very thorough. I got gel on my hands and she didnt leave them to thick and even made sure to cream under my nail so my skin wasnt stuck to my nail!!! There massage chairs were great also. I will definitely be coming back.

Morgan Hudson I am absolutely in love with my nails!!! I think I got Jenny because that was the name on the UV light, but I could be wrong. I have never had this length so I thought I’d try it out. Saw a picture of someone else’s nails that had this and it is just perfect! Don’t do much with my nails, but I might have to start since she did such a wonderful job :)

Kaylie Sebring I refuse to go anywhere else since finding Michele Nails. Ive recently moved to Rowlett, and still make the drive to come here. Their customer service is outstanding, better than anywhere else! Every single employee lve had has been amazing and so sweet! They all go above and beyond, without having to ask. I’ve only gotten my nails done a few times but the last place did not do a good job. I showed Adam and he said that they would take care of me and they did! My nails turned out beautiful and so much better! Adam did my daughter’s nails and she loved it too. Ann took care of me and she was so detailed and made sure that my nails were smooth and even! Dilber Rubio Took my girl here to get her for a SOAK OFF but instead this old lady takes this random tools n just starts picking and ripping her nails off. The whole time she was telling this woman that shouldn’t be a nail tech in the first place that it was hurting. Not only did this woman damage her natural nail but also made her bleed. I strongly advise never coming here and if you’re reading this old lady maybe look for a job in metal work you brute.

renae pierce I am very unhappy with my nails. I showed the nail tech multiple times what I wanted and it did not come out as such. I’m not very difficult even though it’s not what I wanted I would be okay if it looked good but it just doesn’t. And the lady that did my toes she was super sweet but honestly the nail job was not worth it I could’ve did that myself, it’s just messy around the edges. Again 2 stars because the people were nice but im not happy with how my nails turned out.

J Hicks This place use to be GREAT (When Tony was there)! Yesterday I got a simple french tip and the guy was rude and did not put any effort into making my nails look nice. I am not a hard person to please, and try not to complain, but he seemed like he was just trying to hurry up and get done. My nails have bubbles all in them from where he did not spend the time building the nail. The girl that did my pedicure did a good job, and the tip should go to her completely. I will not be going back unfortunately

Major Grant Dang Dang Dang, I Dont usually take care of my nails at all. But the past few weeks Ive had an ingrown toenail thats been bothering me and I wasnt able to get it out myself. Normally to fix this I get a pedicure, but Kim left my toes looking the best theyve ever been, she removed my ingrown toenail with no pain whatsoever and in record time. Also my toenails have the best shape Ive ever had.

J Fran All the staff were super nice, catering, and fun. They do great work and they are inexpensive which we all love. I got a gel pedicure, full acrylic set and my eyebrows done all for $95. 10 outta 10 would come again do recommend!

Kim Smart Kira is the most knowledgeable, compassionate and particular tech I’ve ever had work on my toenails. She diagnosed me correctly pincer vs ingrown. The applied the band across my nail to assist in straightening my nail. She suggested an at home treatment as well. In a months time, the progress is astounding! Kimberly Hayes I’ve been coming here since 2021 and while we are still working 1 particular toe, I feel confident in wearing sandals now. I have toenail fungus horribly on my feet. Kira has helped restore the color in my toes and no longer deal with ram horn toenails. She is professional, understanding, and passionate about what she does. I highly recommend!

Nicole Originally I wasn’t going to post a review, but honestly I regret my decision to even go to this salon at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here unless they were just getting a basic pedicure. After letting the owner talk me into having a nail restoration treatment done (against my better judgement), I’m now having to deal with multiple infections, including a persistent nail fungus. By the time I’m done treating all these infections, I’ll be out of hundreds of dollars for medical care and if I’m lucky, I’ll be able to wear sandals again in a year without embarrassment. I’ll never go back and I hate I even went here in the first place.

Lauren Castillo recently visited this nail salon and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite paying for a manicure that included a massage and hot stones, I received neither. I got a gel manicure, which usually lasts a long time, but I woke up the next morning and both of my big toes were already worn off. To make matters worse, my partner also got their nails done, and honestly, a child could have done a better job. They did give a discount, but after waking up the next day to the sight of my big toe, I want a refund for it all. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. And to also add, the tech spent over an hour doing a dip set and no time at all on the other services that were supposed to be provided for the MOST EXPENSIVE manicure on their service list. I never complain, but it was my first time going there and I spent over $300 for literally no reason. Do not go there!!!!

caitlin mcintyre My experience at Dorado Nail Bar was 10/10. Summer greeted me as soon as I walked in the salon and I was immediately seated! Everything is sparkling clean and so bright and relaxing. Holly and Angel did an amazing job on my nails. I got the real aloe & hot stone mani/pedi and it was life changing. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. They had every drink imaginable and the nail color options were so good! They even had the new cat eye glitter nail art too! So fun. I cannot wait to go back.

Tatiana Barahona I recently moved to Sachse and this nail salon has become my go to now! The ladies here are so sweet and accommodating. I came here 2 days ago to get a pedicure! I called around 6pm when I got off of work and asked if it would be too late for me to come in at 6:30pm for a pedi since they close at 7:30. The lady who answered was so sweet and said “No problem we will see you here at 6:30” I felt bad and even asked her “are you sure? I can come another day” she reassured me it wasn’t a problem at all and they’ll see me soon! When I arrived they greeted me, sat me down and offered me a drink! It’s so cute, they even have a drink menu! I ordered a tequila sunrise and it was really good and strong! Lol. I felt super relaxed the whole time and the girl doing my pedicure was so cute and the sweetest!

Naporsha Nicholson I love this nail shop; I have been here more than once. I just left today, and they were very patient with me and my son. My son has ADHD, and a touch of autism so he is a lot to handle. I am a single mom doing the best I can. I could barely afford my pedicure, but the staff made me welcomed and reassured me that it was okay, and my French pedicure was so nice!!! I love it!!

B W I recently visited Texas Nail Bar for the first time, and Michelle did an amazing job! She removed my old set and applied a new one with a coffin-shaped pink-to-white ombré design. I usually go for shorter nails, but these turned out super cute, and I’ve already received a lot of compliments. Michelle is incredibly detail-oriented, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, I broke my pinky nail last night, and it was painful—it tore through my real nail and started bleeding. That experience made me realize I might stick with shorter nails in the future. Overall, Texas Nail Bar is a great salon. It’s a bit pricey, but the service is excellent. All of the technicians seem highly skilled, so there’s no need to worry about getting a mediocre job. I’d definitely recommend them!

Maria Flores Apolinar i loved this place however i had a very bad experience with tweeny. I will include pictures of what i asked for and what she gave me. From the beginning she was very dismissive and rough with my nails. Kayla tried to help but as the receptionist she was busy managing other clients while trying to fix tweenys work. She had an inspiration pic and I was worried at first because she’s a teen and has a language and learning disability and i wasn’t sure she could relay exactly what she wanted even with the pic since I wasn’t able to help her at the moment. But OMG they knocked it out of the park. My daughter was so happy and they really impressed me with the level of detail and service they provided my daughter. She is thrilled and come on, look at the pics, it looks better than the inspiration pic.

I went back and asked for a refund. The answer I got was that if it’s just a polish, the outcome would most likely be what I got… In other words they are super sloppy and not really client friendly. I asked for my money back cause I did not have time to sit again for a redo, especially if the results would be the same - as per their words… They said they do not give refunds. So I left. I just want you to be mindful of the fact that if it’s a polish you are getting - not a gel or dip - most likely your results will be the same as mine. I do a whole lot better job myself with just the polish only. Why would I want to spend $25 on a manicure and nail polish. And why would you?! Buyers be aware!!!

Vallie Green Ive been trying to grow my nails out for a while now. I do not want fake or acrylic looking nails so I just do gel polish. Not too worried about the shape I just want the length. And the stronger nails.

CHIQUITA WESLEY First time visiting this nail location. I went to get a pedicure. When I say everything was impeccable from the moment you walk in the door. They were extremely busy but nonetheless very attentive. They seat you and ask what beverage you would like. Kristy was the lady who performed my pedicure and she was exceptional. The way she massaged my feet and legs was outstanding. I will definitely return.
