One of the things I appreciate most about Shawnas work is how perfectly she blends my roots—I never see a grow-out line, which is such a lifesaver with my busy schedule. Its so important to me to have hair that looks amazing without requiring constant upkeep, and Shawna delivers every single time. She is truly a master of her craft, and I cant recommend her enough!

Sylvia Reyes It was a great experience. The owner greets you and shakes your hand and thanks you for coming in. Was offered a margarita but I was on duty at the time. Brenda did my nails. She was amazing. I am a person that hardly ever did manicures or pedicures before so I am not an expert on colors so Brenda is always nice enough to help me choose pretty colors that go with the season. She takes her time and assures that you are completely satisfied with her work. Very talented with her skills. I truly recommend Brenda. Also Elvie is wonderful, if she is not busy she will give you a sample of her massage skills and massages your neck and shoulders. They sure make you feel relaxed and you come out totally refreshed. I like the atmosphere and blue light. I like soft music and soft sounds but a little 80s music would be awesome too. Give them a try. You wont regret it.

Kiaveth is a true artist. She’s consistent and a perfectionist. Brenda has done my nails a few times and she has worked very hard on perfecting her craft. She takes her time and always makes sure I’m happy with my nails. Elvie is phenomenal at what she does. She listens to what you want, and always makes sure you’re comfortable and happy with your massage. She’s a healer and truly loves what she does. She follows the muscles and does what your body NEEDS. The owner John is super cool and always greets you by opening the door. He’s attentive and engages in great conversation. I don’t think I’ve ever been serviced better. Looking forward to my next visit out there!

Amy Lilly This salon is always my GO TO place for my nails and tanning, and now massages. Customer service is absolutely amazing. Always greeted the moment I walk in by the owner John. Had my first massage with Elvie, who did a fantastic job. The massage room is a blue tranquil paradise that is quiet and relaxing. The whole experience was wonderful. Kia and Brenda do incredible nails and are always ready to try new nail art too. Their Pedicure room is this Blue Lagoon that makes me so relaxed. This salon takes notice to every detail, and that is hard to find. I highly recommend Electrick Beach to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

M. R. I started having problems with my curls not cooperating; my hair always looked dry. Tried many products that were supposedly good, but curls did not improve. Different hair color products for my roots like Nice and Easy and Madison Reed started drying up my hair further. Im not saying these are bad products just that they werent working for me anymore. I went to Linda at The Hair Shop, and she took care of my hair. She colored it and conditioned it. Got my beautiful black curls again. The color lasts longer. I noticed when I had the hair color product on my hair there was no harsh strong peroxide smell like other products. I already went back again and still very happy with the results. I havent met the other ladies, but everyone there is so nice and professional.

brenda B I was looking for a shop close to home and I happened on the Hair Shop and I love it. Everyone that works there is professional and courteous. There is nothing bad to say about this business. Linda gave me a perm and this was after the beauty shop at Walmart messed up my haircut. BUT Linda was so professional and made the perm not only possible but by far the best perm I have ever had. You will feel like a valued customer there and I highly recommend it. My hair has never felt as soft as it did after she was done with the blowout. We had great conversation and my hair looked amazing. Also the salon itself is gorgeous! I wish I lived in Rockport so that I could go there for all my beauty needs. Highly recommend!

babi ari Don’t go to Bri if you have dark hair and want it bleached or colored. I thought she would be good from the facebook but it’s a facade. It’s been months since she ruined my hair and i’m still trying to fix it. She didn’t lift my hair and applied the bleach horribly all over and my hair was nothing like the reference photo that was shown to her. We got a partial refund but i don’t know how someone who can only do light hair is still working at this place. I think it’s beautiful inside and excellent service but not from her. she didn’t offer to fix my hair or ask me to come back the next day to try to fix it. super disappointed and i have to spend hundred of more dollars to make it even look some what wearable.

Kyelie Stouffer We get home and I notice my nephews haircut is messed up behind his ear. I mean he stayed pretty still the whole time. And I feel like the lady should’ve informed us before we left. Or said “He moved so it cut a bit to much right here” but she didn’t tell us at all. Over all the cut isn’t bad but this one part is not good at all.

Amelia Synoground I have waited as long as I can to try and find the right words to post for this salon. My daughter had waited years to finally get to pamper herself and have a girls salon day w my granddaughter who just turned 13. Both of them came home in tears , with sever damage to their hair. I had to sit all night to help them fix it. After spending $500 at the salon. We had to turn around and spend another $200 to fix and undo what this salon did. And the owner wouldn’t even fess up to what she had done when my daughter talked to her the next day. The owner even hung up on her. She didn’t even offer to fix what she did wrong. I hope she feels good about her self because the monies used on my granddaughter hair $200 was from survivors benefits from her dad. She saved up because her hearts desire was to have a certain style. What horrible people charge a 13 year old $200 anyhow. And my daughter only wanted her roots to match her already colored hair which was $300 . I have never heard of that . Pretty desperate and pathetic to take advance of people by over charging. What they did should have never cost $500. Shame on you. I would feel horrible if I did that to anyone. And I would fix what I did wrong. You can see in the pictures my daughter ended up with hot roots from leaving the bleach on to long and the color wouldn’t take because of it. That’s why she has two colors and the colors never blended because they burnt her roots and charged $300 for this. And it took us over an hour just get the color off her skin . WTH ladies? I understand it was late and almost closing time but you just done treat people like this. My granddaughter wanted blonde streak with a few pink chunks and they colors her whole head a pink and red color with a balayage effect of pink and reddish tone at the bottom. She started out with brown hair and some blonde highlights that had grown out. She clearly did not want red hair. At the top. It’s only been a month and my granddaughters hair is now pink. The color didn’t even last. Horrible just unethical to charge anything at all let alone e $500. You seriously should be ashamed of what you did to them. And then took their money.

When I happened to say that I was a winter Texan, the receptionists scheduled me with young girls fresh out of school. My hair is thick and both young girls were nervous about cutting my hair, so I was disappointed with both cuts. Cheryl was very willing to take me as a client and did a fabulous job on my hair. I came away with exactly the cut I was asking for and was given some good advice on hair care. Cheryl has a sweet disposition and is easy to talk to. H D First time here, did a walk-in, had a short wait then I found my new barber/stylist in Jessica. I was impressed with the way she cuts using some techniques you dont often see anymore. Also she is friendly and enjoyable to visit with. This place does it all from what I could see, everything from a more conservative cut like I get to these new sculptured, artistic cuts for the young and young at heart. I also saw an older lady getting a cut. Very fair pricing, right in line with the chain place in town.
