Daniela Labbe I got my hair done by Elena yesterday and she was so so great. We recently moved to the area and I was looking for someone to add highlights/balayage to my dark brown/black hair. I previously had a red that I then had dyed back to dark. I was nervous about going lighter again after having a dark put in. Elena was great she did a test strand, gave me great information on products, etc. the color looks better than I expected I will def be coming back :)

Faith and Fire Photo & Films I had an impromptu trip to Georgetown today and walked into the salon to see if there were any blowout appointments available. Taylor was able to squeeze me in, and it was the best experience. She was kind and professional, and I loved her shampoo and conditioning massage (I almost fell asleep). Her blowout looks amazing, and I still cant believe how quickly she did it. 10/10 recommend Taylor!

Melissa Huesca I absolutely love Dannie! She customizes your experience to your needs and your preferences. I have had a couple great stylists, but Dannie tops them all! I elected “the transformation” service for my first two appointments going from brown hair to blond. For the third, I was able to do “the rooted” service. Dannie will only charge you for what you need and will avoid additional costs if possible while also delivering the best result. I also love her flexibility. My schedule is so crazy, but I can always find an appointment that works for me. Update: a year later and she’s still my go-to for all of my hair needs! Check her out on IG

Shes incredibly talented and down-to-earth, which made for the most relaxed, enjoyable appointment! Shea Schroeder Dannie does wonders with blondes and really takes the time to talk to you and figure out what your hair goals are before she begins. She’s able to make wonderful recommendations and I’ve always left feeling like she did exactly what I wanted and feeling refreshed and renewed. To top it off, she’s also very accommodating (I’m often on my laptop, working), kind and fun to chat with. Her prices are fair and I’ve always thought it was a good value for her talent and color knowledge.

Kelsey Turner Dannie is incredibly talented! When I moved to the area about two years ago I searched for awhile until I found her. I was looking to go much blonder and I was nervous about finding the right person to help me do it. If you’re looking for beautiful color and great conversation.. look no further! Currently about 13 separate businesses offering a variety of services, several hair stylists, nails, facials, massage, barber etc. Each is an owner of their business so business cards are available to help determine who you would like to schedule with. I had an appointment with Michelle for a perm. I showed her a photo of the style I was going for and I am ecstatic with my hair…exactly what I wanted! Her space is small yet personal, it was a very nice experience and a pleasure to meet her. The cost of the perm for the length of my hair was reasonable. I will definitely be back!

Dana Shoulders I have been having Gabriela cut my hair before she ever opened up her own salon. I have followed her from business to business and then to when she opened her own business during the pandemic. I have always thought I had hard to manage hair because it is very fine but I have lots of it and when it is humid, it sort of just expands and can look frizzy even though it is not curly. She understands hair, textures, and products so well that she not only makes your hair look great in the salon, but you can replicate it and keep it that way with very little maintenance once you are home. I have had plenty of past haircuts where it looks good that moment but once you wash and try to style yourself, it looks awful. With Gabrielas magic, I dont have to do much more than just comb it, and it looks great. Healthy and shiny with very little frizz. I feel she treats your hair holistically and gains an understanding of what it needs on a very individual basis. And for me, a haircut that saves you time every day that you do not have to spend fussing with it to have it lay right, is an enormous amount of time saved in the long run that I can spend doing other things. Which makes the price paid a true value. Sure, you can get a cheaper haircut, but life is too short to cheat yourself when a great cut and the right hair product can make you feel so much better about yourself and again, save you time from futzing with hair that never looks like you want it to.

ellie rocco Gabriela is wonderful. She takes her time and makes sure you are totally satisfied with your new haircut. She asks questions about how you care for your hair and will give you tips on what type of products to use and how to blow your new style so it will look as good as it did when you left the salon.. I was so happy to have found her. A true professional.

T. Sonnier Gabriela is fantastic! Very kind, professional, asks questions, amazing haircut and styling. She had to help me a few days later when I struggled to style my new hairdo (zero fault on Gabriela because I was sure I could style it like she had). Went back feeling defeated about not being able to do my own hair but she didn’t make me feel incompetent in any way and changed the cut so that I could work with it. Tracey Janowitz I met Amanda earlier this year through some networking. I LOVE when I meet small business owners who not only offer a great product/service, but are passionate and enthusiastic on how they impact their customer and go above and beyond to create a great experience. Amanda seamlessly created a unique and (within my budget) girls day with my daughter + niece. The girls enjoyed an afternoon getting to know Amanda while getting a blowdry out along with some amazing braids and mini makeover to suit their ages. The girls felt like royalty and left those braids in what seemed like forever! Most recently Amanda and I were involved in a Mother/Daughter Event where she offered her braiding services to our girls. She took the time on each child not only to give a great braid, but had so much fun connecting and engaging with each young girl, which I personally loved because you dont always find that. We will definitely continue to support Amanda and Jonah Salon in the future!

Noor Nazeer Ive been to Shannen twice now and I absolutely love her! She is very professional, clean, and enthusiastic about her work. For the first cut I went in for, I wanted a short A-line bob. I showed her a reference photo and it came out looking exactly like it! I realized I wanted to go even shorter so I came in for a pixie cut next. Again, Shannen was very helpful and communicative in ensuring I got my desired cut. Plus her haircuts are so cheap! Only $35 for each of the cuts I got. I will definitely be back and I absolutely recommend!
