Robert Pierce My husband and I were greatly disappointed with the quality of service we received from Pure Image in Stephenville, Texas. We purchased laser hair removal. Yes, the price was wonderful but for good reason. After our treatments were over, we noticed that the hair was still there. I have been trying for over a month to get a hold of the office but no one is returning my calls. This may have just been a major, one-time blunder but it was enough to really upset us.

Extremely happy with the results and actual improved the results from the last company I used. They offer a lot of services I did not realize Stephenville had to offer. Friendly and educated staff and all right here at home !

Kelsey Wade Super friendly, Ray is my go-to, but you cant go wrong with anyone who works here.

BKR Love this location, mainly bc of Brae. Theyre always very helpful in choosing the right color, developer, product, etc... Very knowledgeable, and has never steered me wrong.

Susan Moody I have been going here for 2 years and if I didnt have some sort of experience myself with my own color...well...even to ask a simple question, they have no clue and like I asked if they had a wrap around towel for when you get out of the shower no one knew...she had to go search the store herself and then I had a question about a hair color and she could not answer me and said she would look it up but she never did. There was a person there who survived a fire and they suggested she wash her hair in Tide. I tried to get them to buy the ion cleanser and then take distilled water to rinse but...I feel sorry for that girl and I have also witnessed an employee suggesting a high school girl who had damaged her hair and just wanted to look good to graduate actually suggest more damaging solutions... I was like...just condition you hair and get some hair extensions that come down under your cap...I am going to make a point to never go into that store and to order my stuff online as Sallys isnt the only place that you can get products from. I hope they close down as they obviously do not teach their employees anything!!! But yet they will offer you to open a Sallys credit card.... Like these people are making peoples hair fall out! They have no clue about anything! I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Tia Kroo TRAIN YOUR DAMN ASSOCIATES !!! Theyre awful!! They have zero knowledge, they guess, and are all sell happy! I was provided a terrible suggestion that was PROMISED it would work, I go back because it looked TERRIBLE, I was given "I dont know", "maybe", "you can always try it..." seriously??? I understand that basic purchase knowledge is required but I DONT KNOW ? MAYBE? TRY IT? Are you kidding me???? I just spent $200 fixing my mistake at trusting your employees . I am not thrilled with your company or your services. You are a joke and a disaster!

Color style etc. Megan Reinke the stylist very informative and listened. She did a great job on my hair.

Jessica Killman Loved this place! I was getting ready for a formal event and the staff there were phenomenal! Jessie is amazing and really makes sure he takes care of clients throughout the entire process. Loved the blowout when it was finished. And ask for Hadlee when it comes to makeup. She did such a good job and my makeup lasted for hours! And Amanda was so helpful when it came to everything. The manager there is doing a great job and hope she knows how grateful I am I chose Ulta to help me. They truly care for there customers and I will be coming back anytime I need hair/makeup done again!!

Amy Floyd Ive been going to Nina for 3 years now for my waxing needs. I drive 30 miles one way. For a good reason Always been professional and friendly at the same time. Shes always done a fantastic job for me. And let me tell you ladies, hormone replacement therapy has saved my life, but, its made it a hairy situation lol. I dont have to ever worry. Ive got Nina in my corner!!

Emily Kilpatrick I had a great experience here!! I’m a redhead and have always had a hard time matching my brows to my hair color!! Not only did she color my brows wonderfully but she improved the shape by far!! CiCi did an amazing job and I will definitely be back!! If you love your brows, go to CiCi!!

treye madden He was such a nice barber I was trying to get a cut all day and helped me out even after he closed up shop. Such a good barber gave me a hundred dollar cut for 25bucks. Best barber in America.
