Tara Reed I absolutely love Crystal! The one on one attention she gives you while in her chair is absolutely top tier. Her scalp massages during the shampoo is so relaxing! She is efficient and focuses on healthy hair growth and retention. She also teaches her clients how to care for their hair between visits. 10/10 ! I guarantee that you wont be disappointed! Stop looking and start booking!

Dory Johnson Crystal is doing what she enjoys, and is so well skilled at! That’s the perfect ingredient for a good beautician. I’ve had some ups and downs with my hair in past years, but after my first time in Crystals chair my hair journey has elevated :) The wash/condition and silk press is my favorite. It’s so refreshing and relaxing. Maintaining that, with my trims contributes to my hair health. It’s been about 2 years of consistency with Crystal and I’ll be back again and again. She encouraged me to take more pride and time in how I treat my hair on a daily basis. I also have to mention… that I always feel warmth from her energy soon as I walk in. Good Energy for sure ✨There’s also a personal sense of self care for me when she does my hair. I work hard, as we all do, and sometimes I just want to enjoy a moment for me. I get that with my hair days in her chair. She talks through my hair concerns and answers questions anytime I have them, even if it’s the same questions lol. The attention to her techniques, to my specific hair conditions, and even her selection of products is appreciated. She really cares!! Definitely recommend a visit to experience her services!!!!

rJacquy DOnofrio My hair looks awful! I will NEVER come back. I gave her a picture of what I wanted. It was so simple. I wanted LONG side bangs and some layers. One of the most popular cuts that women have these days. This woman made me look like a 5th grader. Its so ugly. I have to keep clips in my hair to hold it down since she cut off WAY TOO MUCH!! Instead of giving me a discount or trying to make it look better after SHE screwed it up, she kept telling me "Sorry theres nothing I can do about it." Very unprofessional. She shouldnt have even charged me for this crap.

No ownership or responsibility for messing up someone’s hair. Seems to only do it for the money not caring how the product will come out.

Jennifer Haithcoat Danielle did such a great job bringing my eye brows back from what I thought was the point of no return. I have a weird scar that prevents them from being even and it’s made me self conscious my whole life. But she assured me she could make them amazing and she DID!! I get that it’s a little pricy but honestly for the confidence having micro blading done has given me it’s priceless! She’s very professional and her office is clean, she really makes you feel at home!

Miri O $70 for 2 haircuts. A comb over and a kids regular trim. They didnt do eyebrows or even put gel or spray on the comb over. I wouldn’t mind paying that amount for a good haircut but for what they got it was ridiculous. I highly recomend going to Professional barbershop Jm on avenue h. They do amazing cuts and won’t charge an arm and a leg.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and welcoming atmosphere of the barbershop. The barbers were all friendly and knowledgeable, and I immediately felt at ease in their hands. Tonya was my barber, and I have to say that she was fantastic. She listened carefully to my preferences and gave me a great cut that exceeded my expectations. She was skilled, thorough, and attentive, taking the time to make sure every detail was perfect. My head shave and beard trim turned out perfectly, and I couldnt be happier with the results. In addition to the excellent haircut, the barbershop itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with all the latest tools and equipment. The prices were also reasonable, especially considering the quality of the service. Overall, I would highly recommend All Star Barbershop to anyone in need of a great haircut or beard trim. The staff is professional and skilled, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. And if youre lucky enough to have Tonya as your barber, youre in for a treat!

Ilse Tirado This place was horrible. First of all, I made an appointment for 12:10. The lady told me to get there 10 minutes early which I did. I didn’t get my nails done until 1:05! I was already upset because if I would’ve known I would’ve never made an appointment and just walked in. Also, the lady kept trying to make me do the nails she wanted to do on me, she didn’t want to do the ones that I wanted. She kept insisting and I said no, I wanted the full set that I chose. After she was done with my nails I was extremely upset. She left them uneven, did bad filing, and she also left acrylic residue behind my nails. It was horrible and I paid 50 DOLLARS just to have such a bad job done on my fingers. I’m never going there again.

soroya ruth Yesterday was my first visit. I enjoyed the quite. I was the only customer which made me a little suspicious. Lol. I needed eyelash extensions done. I was a little set back because I wasnt asked which length or style of lashes I wanted, she was just preparing to begin her process until I asked her "what kind of lashes do you have?". She looked surprised. Anyway she begin to explain that she needs to order more. She only had 2 kind. One was horribly plastic looking. So I chose the other of course . Anyway, she took her time and I felt comfortable during the process. Even though it was done sitting in a chair. Ive always been asked to lay down everywhere else . Well to get to the point, I woke up with one last off and the other barely on. I paid 18$ for nothing. Not even 24 hours and they need to be done again today. #thumbsdown

GONZO Great barbershop great Ambient great people great location five stars all the way. All of the barbers are great, this is a FAMILY business. SARA has been cutting my hair for years now. This is the kind of place where you can be a regular and they know your name. Honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. Plus this is one of the only places I know of that will open on Monday. Anthony Wall Definitely the worst and most expensive beard trim Ive had. I asked for a minimal trim and got more than half taken off. Complete opposite of what I asked for and it looked hideous. On top of that I was still asked to pay full price! Would not recommend

Liz Vazquez Three stars just for a one person that works there who is super rude. I’m a regular store and salon customer. I love going to this location since it’s convenient and because I’ve found the perfect stylist, but there’s a lady on the sales floor who is extremely rude I’ve had a few negative encounters with her I’m surprised she is still working at the store with the terrible customer service she has. Come on Ulta management, there are plenty of people out there with great customer service who are looking for a job, get rid of those who bring a negative energy and hire those who are really passionate about their job and serving others.

Gabby Kanu I recently visited this location to purchase some cologne. They directed me to use one of their mobile check out machines. Its one of the handheld devices they use. Their machine charged me even though they said it didnt. I showed them where the money was taken out of my account, but the said it wasnt showing up on their end. I told them I didnt want to be charged twice. They reassured me I wouldnt be and checked me out at a regular register. That failed. I was charged twice. They said it would come off my account after 24 hours. It didnt. I returned the next day to show them they charged me twice and I filed a claim with my bank. They gave me a refund. None of this should have happened. They dont need to use those machines and Ill never use them again. Always go to the register.

Yulissa Mares This was my first time visiting this Ulta, and I arrived at 8:45 PM to pick up an order. Unfortunately, I was met with rudeness from an older Black woman who did not greet me or offer any kind of welcome. Instead, the first thing she did was check her watch and inform me they were closing in 15 minutes. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and will not be returning to this location, where it seems customers are not made to feel welcome. After reading other reviews, I noticed that another Hispanic customer reported being treated rudely as well.
