Liz Gray Amazing! The staff was absolutely incredible and informative. Easy and quick to book appt. Serena was so patient and kind, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I had micro blading done for eye brows and they turned out flawless! I also returned later on in the afternoon for Botox and lip filler, it was such a relaxing and nearly pain free experience. I would 100% recommend. You might pay a bit more but well worth it for your safety and the knowledge of knowing you are in great hands and receiving the best safest products. They are always on top of new and cutting edge safer ways to make you beautiful! I have been many places over the years and hands down the best experience to date! If you want to improve the way you feel and look the part please do the research but please def give this place number one to try!

Elisa Chacon First time here and I can’t explain how happy I was leaving ! I went in for a facial and she recommend the best facial for my skin. And I left not only glowing but educated on how the skin works and what happened with prone acne hormonal skin ! She even gave a gift for me to try. I couldn’t have been happier and my face looks amazing !!! Thank you !!!

Kare Castellano Microblading with Serena was amazing. She was fast and light handed. I was really nervous to try someone new and I definitely don’t regret it!! I would highly recommend her to all my friends! Great place. Very clean and smells amazing.

Caroline Ashley I got the Refinery Signature Facial, and All I have to say is Olivia is absolutely amazing! Highly recommend setting an appointment with her, the atmosphere is extremely peaceful, very clean instruments, and excellent service! Olivia gave me a perfect pamper session, will be coming back! Also loved how much she explained what she was doing to my face, and the suggestions to improve my daily regimen. ❤️

Beth Bohan Istarted going to the refinery and met Nicole when I was turning 50. Ive never done a spa treatment before or a facial. So this was very new to me. I kicked myself every single day that I did not start sooner. I see her every 6 weeks without fail. And my skin looks so much better and feel so much better. On top of every time I leave there Im so relaxed and feel refreshed. Highly recommend the Refinery!!

Judy Truesdale David is an awesome stylist. He is always very sweet and does a super job with any thing I have done to my hair. I had it colored this time and it turned out perfect as always. He really pays attention to what you want done to your hair. I have a follow up set up already.

Crystal Smith Saundra is the best! I was so pleased with my haircut. I’ve been to multiple hairdressers prior to her and they didn’t cut my hair in layers the way I liked it. Saundra nailed it with the layers I wanted!

Cindy Griffin I have very long hair and have had long hair for a long time. It is very difficult to find hair stylists that understand how to make long hair look really good. I know its one thing to have a blunt cut all one length. But I am older and I needed layers and body and a way to make my gray hair look good. Saundra did a fantastic job...She is an artist... I absolutely love my new haircut on my extremely long hair that accentuates my gray and makes me look fabulous!...HIGHLY recommend her.

Renee Cowan You won’t be disappointed trusting Aracely with your hair. She is an amazing stylist who is an expert in her field. She has styled my hair (mid-40s) and my teenage daughter’s hair and we are both hooked. We have very different hair styles and hair types and Aracely easily turned us into life long clients. She really listens to what you want, makes amazing suggestions and then delivers expertly.

Kristin Ray I went to Gabby for the first time today and cut about 7 inches off. She gave me an adorable cut that looked just like the photo I brought in! She was fun, and kind, and very professional. Her space is clean and the products she used made my hair smell amazing! I’ll definitely be back!

Cathy P Gabby cuts, styles and colors my hair. She friendly, professional and has a very clean and environment.

Sweet Crystal Esther absolutely butchered our hair. She cut almost 4 feet of hair between all 3 of us. She didnt listen to us. She was shown pictures and told what each of us wanted. I got home and realized that besides over a foot of hair was cut off, it still looked like crap. I went back the next day and showed her another picture. Still she cut off even more of my hair and now my hair is up to my ears. Mind you I had about 2 feet of hair when I started. Which I told her originally that I wanted the length of my hair to stay like that. Against my better judgement, I thought going back she would get it right. My dog could have done better. If you are thinking about going here. You probably should go somewhere else. Unless of course you want a botched haircut or no hair at all. All while being charged to receive horrible service. Esther I think you should just retire because youve lost your touch. unless of course you did horrible to us on purpose.

Denise Causey I was a walk-in, and this was my first visit. Karen was my stylist. I only wanted a trim, and she did a great job. I may have found a new hair stylist.

JESSICA MARTINEZ I come here every so often....we have not had much luck finding a good salon for my sons hair. He has a weird hairline and everyone wants to straighten it. With the shape of his head, you cant do that, we have been there, done that. We have settled for this place, we like to invest in mom and pop or locally owned businesses and as a business owner we understand the importance and value of each customer and customer service. Two ladies work here, the owner and a younger lady. Let me tell you that the owner has a piss poor attitude, she is condecending, rude and has a sense of entitlement....like she is doing us a favor or that we are bothering her with work. It isnt just this time. It is all the time. She does not do a good job and luckily we work with the other lady....today we had no choice due to many things. The owner started asking me what we did to my sons hair, "what is this?" or "look at this?" all I know is that the last time it was cut was there......and she wants to criticize? judge me for their doing? tip of the iceberg for me because time is precious and our money is earned, it holds value and I for one will help her out by no longer going there. She can retire early, she obviously doesnt need to work and feels the need to be unprofessional. She doesnt give customers that have chosen to invest in her and in her business the slightest respect that as individuals we all should receive.... basic common courtesy, respect that you would give a stranger. In no way shape or form have I ever been disrespectful, rude or am I going off one incident. I hope she reads this, you know who I am and I truly wish you could see that your business is not as successful as it could be because of your attitude. In all reality, I have no idea how you have kept such a good employee that is obviously the source of your income and not because we have a license to do something, should we dedicate ourselves to do it because sometimes we just arent blessed with the gift to do so. I wish you well on your retirement. I am aware that it will my take more than me to stop going but the funny thing is that you will run them off in due time....as you have been. Should your business truly mean something to you recognize it is an acomplishment that needs to be nurtured and each day is a blessing, give love to your business and respect to your customers, it may bring the joy that you so desperately need.

Tara Glasson Tyler is an AWESOME hair stylist. It took me over a year to find someone that knew how I liked my hair. She does great with my hair style and I get compliments on my hair color. Recently, I went to Vegas and went to a spa and got a blowout. The stylist said I had great hair, thought the coloring and style looked great. So, Tyler really listens to what I like and what she thinks will look good for my hair style. She recently switched locations but the drive I make is so worth it. Thank you, Tyler!!!

Meredith Ragsdale Moved to the area in 2023 and needed my hair done so bad. Tyler swooped in and fixed my grays along with everything else I had going on. Since then she’s been amazing, I feel 1000% better after my hair appointments with her and I look too. If you want a stylist who cares what you want for your hair and who actually cares come see Tyler she’s the best.

Heather Cooper Tyler is an amazing hairstylist and excellent with color.. I sat in her chair for the first time a year ago in need of some TLC to my damaged hair; she did just that and more.. She is a wonderful person, listens to your thoughts along with your ideas and delivers to your requests..

Lucian Whitman She does the best job of cutting my kids hair. She is usually available for walk-ins which is awesome but sometimes she closes early and I can’t get the kids in. Today was a good day. I called ahead and she confirmed she would be there till six. Happy heads. Happy kids. Happy dad!

Rebecca Hagin Chavez We have gone here twice to see Hortensia and she cuts my sons thin blonde hair and does an excellent job! I think she gives the best haircut he has ever gotten!

Reatha Gooden From being asisted by the young woman at the counter to getting my cut, very satisfying visit today! I showed Dayla what cut I wanted and she delivered! The complimentary shampoo afterwards was relaxing. Ill be a regular because theyre just excellent!! Watching customers before me had me convinced quickly that Sharon and Dayla would have another satisfied customer in me. Again, thank you Dayla and Premier Cuts!!

Melissa Erskine After not having a great experience with another salon in the morning. I came here with my 3 year old and 12 year old for haircuts. Everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. They treated us with such kindness and respect. Sharon did my 3 year Olds hair and made it so fun and he looks so great. I didnt catch the name of who did my 12 year Olds hair but she looks amazing as well. They have gained a loyal customer and I appreciate them being so kind!

Lemyn Sage I tried to like this place. I came three times, saw a different person each time and left with cruddy haircuts each time. The front ladies are a little clueless and the hairdressers dont like to listen to what you want. They have attitude and its just not pleasant coming here.

Brenda Riddle Love Love Love this place..... Katy does a great job. I highly recommend this salon. Very satisfied with her. It had been a while since my hair had been cut, my previous hairdresser disappeared so I was very nervous about getting a new one. She sat me at ease immediately by just combing my hair and talking about what I would like. We ended up cutting about 6-8 inches off and adding some color......wow did it look amazing. The following appointment we went a little shorter with a cute side bang!!! My hair is still long, and my husband and friends love my new hair style. Great job Katy, I can not thank her enough!!!!!

Michele Huntington This is my usual hair place, and Reagin is my usual hair dresser, but I hired her to do my hair and makeup for both my engagement photos and for my entire wedding party the day of. She did an amazing job! She knew how much time was needed and came to the ladies hotel to get a jump on hair before heading out to the venue. Faith Hunter “Chase” Katie Caldwell is my hair stylist, and she is so fun and kind, and she really cares about her clients. She is GREAT with color, and when you give her the reigns she always does what can to flatter your features.

Tricia LeClair If I could give it zero stars if I could, I went on Sunday evening with my daughter and husband, just to get my daughters hair washed and bangs trimmed for picture day at school on Monday. It was still more than half an hour before they closed and one stylist was already packed up to leave and the other was finishing up the gentleman she was working on and very rudely stated we are done you can come back tomorrow. We left with our daughter in tears that she wasnt going to look good for her school photo. We ended up going to Great Clips and they happily took care of her and made her look great.

Sarah Livingston Ariana is fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and respected my choices. It’s clear she’s gained a lot of experience from family in the same industry and from her own experience in the field.

Lori Campos-Bautista Loved my experience at this Salon! Switched from having great stylist for years to this young lady. My stylist switched location and hours and "broke up" gracefully. I only go for root coverage and I chose Stylist Crystal and she did an AWESOME JOB!! My favorite part is always the wash... love the warm water going through my hair! Matched my hair color perfectly and styled my hair the way I requested. Received lots of compliments! Went to see a show at the Majestic that evening and I was "Star" ready!!! I loved the availability options as she also has Sunday schedules available. Location is right off the highway. Entrance is a little tricky, so slow down as you approach. If you miss it and end up on side of the building, drive up slowly as there is a very curvy bump. I came from Seguin and chose the McQueeney, then NB County line route as there was a backway. It is right before the Planet Fitness, JoAnns shopping strip. Free standing salon in a house style venue. Very pleasant location. Bathroom available and water/drinks available.

Patty Morales Mai is an awesome hairstylist. I have been with her for years. She can give you what you want. She loves what she does and will always work with you. She is very Flexible as far as appointments. She does a great job with coloring and knows what she is doing. Awesome hairstylist and knows what shes doing.
