Charles Chambers Great place! I took my 5 year old daughter to get her hair styled. She loved it and had a wonderful experience and is excited to go back. Her stylist Ashley did a phenomenal job and was very patient and friendly with my little girl. Thank you Ashley and the rest of the ladies for creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for our daughters. Highly recommend this place!

Maria Garcia Visited for the first time on Saturday and had a horrible experience, I got eyebrow mapping service and eyebrows and upper lip wax. I had outgrown my eyebrows for the sole purpose of reshaping and keeping my eyebrows thick (which I explained to the tech). Once the girl did the mapping I was happy because she explained that only the hair outside the white lines would be waxed, it was minimal waxing what she explained she would do (just cleanup). Well when she started waxing I could tell that the wax was not hot enough and the wax kept sticking to my skin, she had to go over with the cloth strip to remove the residue. She also did not apply pressure after waxing which made the whole service uncomfortable, since she had to go over the area because the wax was too cold. After she showed me the results I was upset and let her know my eyebrows were thin, and one was visibly thinner than the other. I’m disappointed because I saw a lot of good reviews online, Unfortunately it’s a no for me.

Y I’ve been going to Dinora since I was like 15! She does amazing women’s haircut. I’m now 27 and still drive in from San Antonio to go to her. She’s the only one I trust to cut my hair. I’ve tried to find one in San Antonio since I live there but no luck. My husband recently started going to cut his hair here now with Laura and she’s incredible! She does such clean work and such a natural fade. That’s his go to lady now. He’s cut it previously in San Antonio at Fantastic SAMS but they’re just not great with their fades and cost way more. This place and their workers are so underrated. They do phenomenal work and deserve more credit. Great prices and wonderful work!

Heina Lahes Worst family owned business. I was a tenant who previously rented there and shared my meter with these people. The light was under my name being that there was one meter for two suits (suit B and C) and I was there before she moved in. First couple of months was okay w/ her giving $20 extra for the bill(with the given fact she is a hair salon and is open all day everyday). Third month the mother failed to pay me on time in which they cut our light. Even then, i had to pay her half of the bill to restore services. When it was time for her to give me what she dint pay she only decided to pay half obvi because she was upset that they cut out light. Following month comes around which I dont show up to the store anymore because at this point Im feed up with these people and have already found a new locations for my store. She proceeds to run up the light bill and again pay only half when she knew I had not gone over or used the light in three weeks and then cleaned her hands and told the landlord "the bill was not under her name therefore it was not her problem ". I just cant belive there is people(older people at that) who deliberately act this way from one business to another. But Ms. Claudia has a history of talking to our landlords very rudely so I wasnt surprised when she did what she did to me.. I ended up moving to a better location due her and her daughter not paying what they knew needed to be paid.
