They asked I speak Spanish. I said no I don’t I speak English and then hung up on me. Unprofessional and unprovoked behavior.

Xena A Not recommend this place, terrible!!! Be careful girls ! I have long beautiful hair before I come there for put highlights on my hair, the women with green /blue hair destroy them ! She burned it and I had to cut it off because it just fell off , And at the beginning of the conversation She assured me that she was a professional! After they realized that they burned my hair, I burst into tears because I really take care of my hair and take care of them, they became rude to me, Pull my hair hard is for try to brush them. Then she asked for a woman helper to come (with short hair dos not speak English)in and they together try to brush my hair and make my.. so My head still hurt for a few days! In result they change me $235!!! With smile in and off what I done for seat there 6 hours… and nobody! Nobody say to me sorry… for being rude and destroy my hair. Not recommend this place and if I can I put -100 stars! Be safe everyone and I do not know who these people are who gave five stars to this salon most likely they are not real!

Jacqueline Blanco We called to see if it was busy because the salon we were at was super busy, and the lady told us no they werent busy. We literally drove less than a mile to get to this salon, the door was locked and the lady who unlocked the door told us the stylist went to lunch. We literally drove less than ONE MILE after we initially called. Terrible, do not come here.

Jodie Morales I must have caught this owner on a bad day because when I went theres was no sweetness. I went in and let them know I wanted a cut very hesitant to provide service. Another lady from the back comes and I let her know I havent cut my hair in 3 yrs and Id like some body and volume in my hair. She must have been scared to do it because she thinned it alot after I told her I hate to have my hair thinned out. and I dont have either and since then my hair is super frizzy. Thats what I get for giving people the benefit of the doubt. Owners should not let just anybody cut customers hair especially if they have waited so long to cut it.

Lauren T My family has been going to Emma for many months now. She’s fantastic at eyebrow threading! My husband even gets his done every few weeks with me. Her salon is so nice and she allows kids to come as well. My kids adore her! She has done haircuts for all of us and is fantastic at matching inspiration photos for hair color and cuts!

Leslie Rivas Ive been going here since a young age and so has most of my family. The service is great and the staff is friendly. Recently went to get my hair cut and as always the result was amazing. This is the only place I trust to get my hair cut and have never left with a bad result. The prices are affordable and fair. Just be cautious of the location as its not in the best neighborhood so you may see some unsightly things.

alejandro pedraza They take for ever to cut your hair they are other in the phone or doing something else while cutting your hair you could be there waiting for over 30 minutos someone walks in and they have an appointment so you wait another 30 to 45 minutes.

Sophia I came in as a walk in and they were nice about it. Mariya was really nice and gave me a good cut. However, the price was not what is listed online. I was charged $85 for a wash, cut, and style when it says $65 online.

Getsemaní Smith I have been in different places all over the dfw area and I finally found one that understood what I wanted and did it even better than I expected! This place is SO cute and everyone here is so nice and friendly. Janie did my hair and she did so good, she is totally an artist and also she is so easy to work with. I had a haircut and highlights and I think she did better than the picture I showed her. I will honestly make this my to go place to get my hair done, even if I move to north Dallas it’s worth the driving. Valentino and Felipp came personally and talked to me and I think THAT is great customer service. They offer the whole package and they made me feel like a queen!

Kaela Harvey I went to Bridgett for a keratin treatment and I was not disappointed! She was efficient, chatty (in a good way), and very professional. She was also really thorough and patient answering my many questions about the treatment since I have had some bad hair experiences and wanted to make sure I was doing my due diligence. My hair feels great and she gave me a trim that made it look great too! Will definitely be going back!

t briggs Best color specialist in DFW!!!!! Hannah is such an amazing stylist!! She did a color correction on a stubborn blonde section of my hair and she made it BEAUTIFUL!!! She went out of her way to get me in with an appointment and went above and beyond my expectations! She is so talented and has such a unique way of styling hair that blew me away. She is also the reason why I fell in love with Kerastase - the brand they use in the salon! My hair has never felt better!

Meg Milosevich I’ve been seeing Britteny at ERA salon for a few years now, and she’s not only an absolute sweetheart and joy to hang out with during our long appointment times, but she’s an amazing hairstylist. I’m not the most adventurous with my hair, being a brunette and wanting to stay within the brunette range, while still having fun with highlights and different tones and Britteny nails it every time. She can make you a gorgeous Dallas blonde or a unique color queen so I highly recommend her for any of your hair needs! Based on the relationships I see amongst the stylists at ERA, I’m sure you can’t go wrong with anyone at the salon if Britteny is booked :) I’m happy to have found this salon many years ago and will drive back to see Britteny if I ever move!
