Emily Lindsey I had a special event and needed an updo. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful! I showed her a couple of inspiration photos, and she just ran with it. My hair is very fine and normally falls out of place after a couple of hours, but my hair stayed up through the entire party. If you need an updo or styling appointment done, I highly recommend Jeanette!

Reem Farooq Got my little sister hair balayaged from a really nice salon a while back. We went to visible changes and wanted it toned similar to this color, which the back side of her hair was fine I want to say. A lot closer to the picture. She told me the front of her hair is purple now (pictured below, and it’s a lot more purple in person). While she was getting her hair blow dried (which they charged $75 and mine was $25 which i get her hair is longer), there was a different colorist standing there as well who reassured my little sister her hair was purple as well. On top of getting a not so great blowout, and I’m guessing it was a beginner so we understood but after getting charged the $75 we were a bit annoyed. We came back and the initial colorist said it was because her hair was so porous which we understood but after consulting with other salons, found out that it makes sense they said that to her but they shouldn’t have left the toner on for that long then. And if it was purple and she went back to address the issue they should’ve fixed it or given her more options to fix it instead of telling her “well thats normal”. Now she has her graduation with purple hair.

Moni R Victor is an amazing stylist! I have had long hair my entire life & he made me feel comfortable about my shorter haircut. He was honest and tailored the haircut to my face/needs. Happy customer!

Chastity Medellin Rubina does the best eyebrows in the area. I will drive 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done by her and her team. Highly recommend her and anyone at this store. Everyone is amazing and friendly and do amazing job

Alessandra Castro WORST. SALON. EVER! I came here hoping to get my sweet daughter a new hairdo for back to school and left UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!/!/!/ The woman who we had the displeasure of being served by was extremely rude and did not listen to our requests. We asked for a nice mid-length layered hair cut but instead were given a boxy, choppy, unblended MESS. Whenever we told the lady that wasn’t what we wanted, she immediately began to argue with us. We asked for our money back since the service was so terrible, but the lady refused and demanded we pay full price plus more. My youngest daughter even attempted to defend her older sister, angering the lady further and causing her to verbally harass her, a 10 year old girl! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. When we left the salon, my daughter was immediately ridiculed by her friends and even her family members. The poor girl was depressed for days after that. I 10000% DO NOT RECOMMEND this salon. Never get a haircut here unless you want an uneven, poorly done haircut for a far too high price and a depressed child.

Zaeema Ali I have been going to Elite salon & threading bar for the past 10 years and their service is always amazing! The salon is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly and professional. For this appointment, I came for eyebrow threading, hair cut, and blowout. I was very happy with my end result. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone needing beauty services!

Kim Dang I’ve been going here regularly for threading and waxing. The older lady always does a great job. But today, the younger one did my face and she ripped my skin off in two places. She put the wax on my face and was answering the phone to take appointment. This is unacceptable. I could have make a big deal out of it and I have a wedding to go to this Saturday. She acted like nothing happened and told me to put aloe Vera on it. No shit. Oh well, won’t ever come back.

Sri WORST experience ever.Left with sore, itchy and stinky scalp after hair color service. Lady did not wash my hair clean of the product. Burnt my scalp twice with very hot water during hair wash and drying. She was just rushing things. Very unprofessional.NEVER GOING BACK

Asfa Momin Reshma does a wonderful job for eyebrow threading. I recommend going to her! It is always best to book an appointment in advance so they make sure to take you on time. However, there are times when I am unsure about their eyebrow threading price as it seems to change. The environment is clean and tidy. Overall, a great experience!

courtney callison I’ve been a tenant here for about 2 years, and I genuinely love being here. I left to have a baby and still chose to come back to this building because I genuinely enjoy the building and location. My space has a beautiful view and my clients love the area. I moved from a salon in the memorial area so this location right off the freeway is premium! I was here during the big AC debacle 2 summers ago and at the time everywhere in the city had AC issues due to record heat, this past summer was just fine and I’ve never had issues getting work requests completed.

Codie Robles Please don’t locate your business here. I can’t help but feel so disappointed in myself by moving here. I’ve been here in suite 225 for 3 weeks. Last week the ac went out that was my second week. Now this is my 3 week there and the ac is out again. My suite is hot and stuffy even though I brought a fan to help cool me and my clients down. The ac going out seems to be a reoccurring problem and they don’t ever fix it completely just put a band aid on it. Truly frustrating having to chose between working in hot uncomfortable conditions or cancelling your clients and risk losing them and not making enough money as this is our business and source of income. I signed a year lease. And I’m only 3 weeks in dealing with such stressful working conditions. This is extremely unprofessional.

aimen ali Services are nice but the customer service is so shitty. They have just one employee at the time and will make you wait for hours for small things. The poor employee had to send customers away too. This is very ridiculous. They should do better and hire more employees.

zaitoon Dada I was looking for Salon near my house and doesnt take long wait and appointment. Queens has clean and comfortable place with nice service. I would recommend to visit and have face cleanser service which is only for 25$, actually its mini facial.

Emma N This place is cheap yes. But they do everything so rushed and don’t have good customer service. Every time I go for wax they burn my skin and try to gaslight me that the wax is not hot. I’ve gone a good 6 times to give them a chance because the price is good but they always burn my skin. I know that you get what you pay for but honestly it’s not worth it and I can say that with experience. I’m so mad that they don’t do it with care and left scars on my skin.

Taylor I can’t adequately express how grateful I am to have been referred to Nicole. I had been maintaining my natural hair at home, but it had reached a length that was making it too time consuming to keep up with myself. Nicole is big on education and spent a good amount of time explaining what I had been doing wrong with my maintenance. Because I could already see a difference in the moisture level, I gladly purchased the list of suggested products. My hair is so happy! Today I got a silk press and couldn’t believe the growth—and that’s after a good 1 1/2-2 inch trim. I received compliments from other stylists in the salon suite. Sehar Tejani Lush is amazing! The customer service is awesome and Beena the owner is the sweetest. She is so friendly and makes you feel so comfortable. She knows exactly what you want and she delivers. I was hesitant at first to get my lashes done from here but once I saw the work she did and how amazing they turned out, I fell in love! This is my new go to salon!! I absolutely loveeeee my lashes! I been getting so many compliments on them from everyone and haven’t had to wear makeup either because their so perfect. Aathika Tamheen If you’re in the Houston area I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Beena for bridal/party makeup! I had 4 looks done by her for my wedding and each one of them were extremely detailed and the work she puts forth is commendable!
