I always relax every time I have a facial. Ive been a loyal customer for more than 15 years, and the staff always exceed my expectations. Highly recommended! Adriana Craft Do not use this salon if you value your hair. The lady didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Completely cut my hair wrong. There was no way to fix it. On top of that she still charged me even though she messed up my hair. Terrible place. I warn you not to use this salon. You will regret it.

Omar Santos Had one of the worst haircuts here, I showed the young lady a picture of the haircut I wanted which was a 0 fade at the bottom and a 2 on top with an edge up. My fade is not skin close and my edge up was crooked, also my side burn was an inch higher then the other. I would not recommend this place at all. Paid $16 for a mest up haircut.

Adriana I drove all the way from San Antonio because Berty was highly recommended and I’ve seen her work. Sadly, I did not get to what I asked for. I was under the impression that Berty was going to do my hair because that who I spoke to and have a deposit to. Unfortunately I was handed to an intern or something. Horrible thing to do on a first time client!! Never returning and should receive a refund. I was there for 12 hours! I was received color remover and bleach test, no one discussed the price with me! I paid over $500 for this TERRIBLE “balayage” I was charged for a haircut which took less that 10 mins, that was terrible too! Worst hair experience! Thank goodness for my hair girl in San Antonio!! Do not come here!!!

Kimberly Kristensen Went in today as a walking for a shampoo and blow dry as I have been having arm/elbow issues and my hair is long. Gabriella (Gabi) took wonderful care of me and even trimmed my bangs! I will be back as I only see my colorist about 3 times a year. Thanks !

Scott Sanders I found a cool place to get my haircut which is hard to find. The girl that runs the place is one of the best but I recently went by to get a haircut and looks like she moved or closed. If anyone knows where she went please let me know.

JANET ANDRADE I called here to see if they could do a hairstyle for my daughter. We took a picture of the hairstyle and she did not say she was not going to be able to do it. So, l left my daughter there, while I went to do other stuff. When I arrived to pick her up, it was not even close to what she had picked out. I hurried up and took her home washed out that nappy hairstyle and fixed it up for her prom. It is ok to say you cant do something if you cant. It is not ok to say yes. Only to charge people $55 cause you need the money.

Arturo&Kassy So today I went to do my hair I told her I wanted it balayage and she didn’t knew what that was I showed her a picture so she kind of told me she knew not sure if she did though anywho she bleached my hair left it to dry too long while she was yip yapping to other customers and well I thought it was fine till my hair started to fall off it started breaking in pieces my hair was long and now it’s short and by the root of my hair there is some pieces missing the worst thing was she knew my hair was falling she did not tell me I stayed calmed I wanted to scream and cry well because hair takes too long to grow and keeping it nice and healthy. She was too rough on my hair she did everything fast I don’t like my hair up to this point I will keep treating it at home with natural remedies. Yup I definitely don’t recommend this place ladies if you love your hair long and healthy don’t go to this place she will just ruined it!
