Tony Dominguez Had only gotten one pedi at another salon and never done a mani, I’d have to say this was a refreshing experience. The atmosphere was very welcoming and my hands and feet feel incredible now. Prices were reasonable and everyone is incredibly warm and nice. Wendy and Julianne helped my girlfriend and myself and they were superb. Lexi at the front is a charm and is incredibly helpful. This place is highly recommended.

Pamela Dawn Adams First time here and I Absolutely LOVE this salon! The staff are so kind, knowledgeable, friendly, & accommodating! I have very thin nails (vitamin deficiency) and the filing is ALWAYS a huge concern for me! I researched so many places before choosing Nail Haven & Spa, which is why I not only chose this salon but why I also wanted to leave this review and I hope it will help others that may have had my issues! My amazing experience began with Lexi, and I have to say, what a great addition to the team she is! We discussed my concerns over the phone before I ever made my appointment. She was knowledgeable and friendly and didn’t rush me! She was focused on our conversation, I deeply appreciated that! She explained my concerns to the technician when I arrived, while Steven brought me a beverage, and made sure I was doing ok! Thank you, Lexi! Brian, a 10 year technician, is the one who did my nails/manicure, and we discussed my concerns as well as my desires for my Christmas nails. I told him that I type a lot in my job, so I couldn’t have my nails too long. I then showed him multiple pictures and told him I wanted a blend of 3 of them. WOW, he did a terrific job!!! He filed as little as possible, was gentle throughout the entire process (I have arthritis in my hands and fingers). Brian explained that he “loves to make people pretty, stated it’s what makes him happy”! I love that and it was obvious in our conversation and the attention to detail in his work! Thank you, Brian! Steven did my pedicure and it was wonderfully relaxing! He said, “it’s supposed to feel good, you just relax and enjoy it”! I explained that due to a car accident I am no longer able to get to my toes to do this myself, and that I truly appreciated him helping me. He was so kind and didn’t rush! I had to wait just a little while, as they were busy. I didn’t mind. They all kept checking on me to make certain I was alright and they just keep apologizing. Lexi brought me another beverage; It was just what I needed!! Thank you, Steven! This was a process for me to choose the “Right Salon” and it’s very obvious that I did! I will be back, as this is my new “nail salon” home! I’ve already booked my next appointment! Thank each of you who helped me today!

Rocio Sanchez Was looking for a new place after a nail salon down the road treated me horribly and so glad I found this place! They took me in the same-day I called, within an hour. The ladies were so kind and helpful, very approachable when I asked to see their selection of natural colors. I’m quite picky as I like natural looking nails and sometimes it’s hard to achieve that at nail salons but I loved the results!!! So happy with my service. I will definitely be returning!

Carolyn Byers After a few experiences recently, where no available nail technicians in salons do intricate nail designs anymore, I went on the hunt. After much diving into other reviews, I found this nail salon and Bryan was highly recommended. I went in with an inspo pic and Lexi, the receptionist, and team members were all very welcoming and excited to help me with my manicure and pedicure goals. Emily did my husband’s mani/pedicure- amazing massage and detail to his manly feet and hands. Wendy did my pedicure and of course, Brian, did my nail design. It’s a relaxed and quaint salon but has an elevated atmosphere for personable experience. It’s best to book and though it’s an often over-sighted salon it still prides itself in customer experience, outstanding pedicures, and on-trend technicians all without breaking the bank. UPDATE This set of nails lasted for three weeks strong and without popping off or lifting y’all! I put together several rocking chairs and other outdoor equipment to include cleaning out my garage on week two of having this set! Amazing strength and so needed as I like having my nails done but still work hard with my hands. The new set is the added photo- animal print design

Shayla Sale I had an amazing experience at Nail Haven and Spa! They were able to accommodate my family of four on a busy day. We didn’t have to wait long at all. From the start, the service was exceptional. Lexi was fantastic offering is complementary drinks and helping my daughter’s choose their nail colors. The technicians are wonderful and beyond our expectations. I also love the wide selection of pedicures available. I will definitely be returning and thrilled to have found our new home salon!

Adri R. Every time I come here the service is exceptional 10/10! This is the best rated salon in the area for a reason. Management is always so sweet and the color selection is immense! They’re always cleaning and are always so neat with their work. Staff is also very friendly. I also love how they have a point system which eventually leads to discounts for your loyalty. Charm Gutie I have been back time again time again due to the service and attention to detail. Tonight I had Nancy and it was my self care outing, to say she did an amazing job is an understatement. Great conversation and hark work put into my pedi. I will be back and looking for her specifically I feel not only taken care of but that I got my moneys worth. Thank you Nancy!!!

M G Update! I keep getting compliments and have already referred over 3 ppl within a wk ❤️ Best manicure I have ever had done! I love the place! Beautiful aesthetics! It gives a very elevated vibe. The space is not over crowded, does not smell of fumes. My manicurist was so detailed, my cuticles have never looked this good. She would turn my hand to multiple angles to make sure it looked good. I did not feel rushed. They have cute cocktails, teas and latte options that change regularly. They serve you in real glasses and it doesn’t taste like sugary cheap stuff like other nail salons. I don’t like most nail salons, high prices, low quality, rushing, damaging my nails, feels crowded and always getting upsold only to have disappointing results. I honestly dread getting my nails done bc of this and have tried 4 salons recently and given multiple chances hoping a different tech would do better.

Dana Ionesco Oh My Nails it’s simply the best nail salon in San Antonio and also, my favorite. Olga is my nail tech and she does a perfect job every single time. I also had my nails done by Mari. Both Olga and Mary are exceptionally talented. I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and the whole experience at OMN. I highly recommend the salon!

Danielle Grosdidier First of all… This place is immaculate. Not a spec of dust anywhere. All the instruments are surgically sterilized in the little peel packs. Decor is adorable. Chairs and arm rests are super comfy. I have never before had my cuticles looking this good. Alina is an artist ❤️ so happy someone told me to go here. I wish I was a better photographer lol

Shay Rho Update: Its been some time now that Ive been going to Oh My Nails! The customer service is still top notch. Perla is no longer there, but I go to Candace and Jasmine! I book my monthly nail appointment as part of my self-care routine. I get compliments from women and men both young and older. Love this place!! And my nails have grown Perla was amazing! I have never had a manicure that looked this good and clean. She took her time and did an impeccable job!! Its been 6 days and they still look great!!

Cynthia Vahle Luxor is terrific nail salon! Ive gone to Mike four times because hes very good at pedis. My toe nail polish always looks great & lasts for weeks!

Elijah Noelle The staff was very nice and the salon was very clean. My only complaint is that the gentleman that did my nails used the drill to push my cuticles back and it created several cuts. This morning I noticed how bad it was . Also when using the nail file he was a little aggressive and hurt me several times . I had also asked for square and he chose to do almond .The pedicure was ok not my best that o have gotten .

Geneva Bracken Had a relaxing couple’s pedicure accompanied by my manicure here. The salon is inviting and comfortable. Tiffany was so friendly and made great conversation with us. My nails were done to perfection - and I mean that. My nails are shorter, but even so, they were top notch. Surprisingly, it was also not overly priced. Excellent salon!

Nicole Aragon I’ve been getting acrylic nails for over 10 years and I am extremely picky about them. Usually when I go to a nail salon I have a favorite technician that I go to every time and know will do a good job. At Venezia I don’t have to worry about that, every time I go they do a good job no matter who attends me and I’m happy without complaints!

Chani Cordero I just moved to the area and went to two other places that I wont leave a bad review but I didnt want to go back. Found this one and I am extremely happy. My nails look really natural which is what I go for, the technician was polite and listen to what I wanted when it comes to shape and length. Very happy I will definitely make this my new spot. To start, they greeted me with kindness, which then extended to all the staff.. everyone was so nice!! (That sadly doesn’t always happen this way anymore.) The place is very clean. Great vibe. And my nails… PERFECT. I loveee them. Exactly what I wanted! She talked to me the whole way through, making sure everything was the way I wanted. Very grateful & happy with my experience here!

Amy Lincoln Diamond is absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have a perfect experience and leave happy with your services. The cucumber pedicure is hands down the best pedicure that I’ve ever.

Kirsten Draper I went in and received Gel X nails, and they look AMAZING! Ellie took care of me, and she did a great job. They were clean and quick, and i got exactly what I was envisioning. I definitely will be back.

Jasin Contreras Leila is great just very limited on availability, weekends only. I went in and let Yvonne do my hands and it’s been problematic. First time the nails were literally flat. Beautiful from top view but party city status from side view. She tried to fix them and she kind of did but the finish was lumpy. Shortly after, the nails began to lift and were very painful. I have to use bandages to keep them from pulling and hurting. Ugh, not worth the $110 plus tip I paid whatsoever! Very disappointed and will not be back. I tried to be loyal but for the price, I should have nails to brag about but not the case.

I saw yvonne’s work on the reviews and decided to see for myself. I am beyond impressed with my nails!! yvonne did an amazing job and was so kind and accommodating. shape, color, and design were all exactly what I wanted and she made sure I was 100% happy with my nails every step of the way which is something I have never experienced. One visit was enough for me to make Da-Vi my new go to and I’ve already told all my friends to visit! Please support this business, you will not be disappointed :)

Jasmine 4th visit here. Their work is good and theres always some deal going on. A little expensive, if you get your nails done often. Still going to make it a go to salon.

Jazmin Olivarez I was a little upset at first only because my nail artist did not listen when I requested I wanted white acrylic, he used nude pink and then white shellac but they turned out great. And the receptionist was super nice. They have great prices and even gave me a free lotion. Definitely will return

Clarissa Campos Paid $72 for a shellac pedicure, eyebrow wax with tip. I feel like that was a very reasonable price for the service I had . I didn’t wait at all , maybe I was just lucky but they were ready to get me situated as soon as I walked in. Both ladies who helped me were super nice. Great first time experience !

Dora Lopez We stopped on a Sunday an hour before closing with my mom, daughter and me. We wanted a pedicure and nails. Mirna, Harry and the owner are super sweet and nice people.They took their time to complete our nails and pedicures. They did not rush although we were there after closing time. Kirsten Cevallos Hands-down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon!!! I am a mama for and never have time to do anything with my kids. I was so skeptical about going with all the kids because I mean it’s a nail salon a professional shop who wants kids there but it’s my daughter‘s birthday and she really wanted acrylic nails for the first time so I choose to face the ugly looks but that was definitely not the case here from the moment that I walked in with the car seat and my three other kids, they were so attentive and helping and definitely doing everything to make me as comfortable as possible along with helping care for my kids . Making the baby laugh . Customer service definitely top tier!! So thank you so much Glo salon for helping this mama accomplish her daughter’s birthday dream and also make this mama feel beautiful again!! Claudia Andrade $80–100 I always use to come here and they were super great! BUT.. my last visit wasnt. She was using so much product for little almond shape. Probably time to find a new one, got french with chrome for $90 . Had to keep telling the lady my nail was thicker or the French didnt match the other fingers. She kept asking how it looked but I had to keep pointing out that they did not look symmetrical. After that I just got tired of pointing it out. I got the pastel color with multiple colors and designs of flowers with shape for 120$ I can not remember his name but he did so great! I would have gotten something more instead of basic, for the price. But not with the nail tech

Joni Miller Visiting on business and needed a good full set. Yuka was outstanding!! Amazing service. I asked for almond shape and wanted to go a little more daring than my usual french manicure. Yuka did my manicure and pedicure, full set of pink power acrylic with custom gel paint. She took her time and I really enjoyed getting to know her during our conversation, she was also very helpful answering questions and giving suggestions based on my preferences. So willing to accommodate. The pedi chairs were excellent as well as the service. Would recommend.

Roshell Lyles I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the nail salon! I couldnt help but admire the stunning design my nail tech was rocking. When I asked her about it, she looked at me with a playful smirk and said, “Oh, honey, it’s a bit on the pricey side!” as if that would deter me. But I just smiled and replied, “Yup, that’s what I want!” Because, really, who can say no to fabulous nails. It was one of those moments where you know you’re about to treat yourself, and the excitement just hangs in the air!

This was my first time getting a jelly effect nail color and getting TAP nails instead of dip or acrylic and I love both! My nails are much lighter in weight and a lot less bulky/thick than when I get dip, which is a really nice change.

Daisy Vela Lisa was wonderful. I’m really really picky about my nails and I had done them myself and made them extremely brittle and damaged. We went in just for pedicures but she did exactly what I needed for my nails they are beautiful and I feel dainty.

Chennelle Reyes Kelly slayed my nails!!! She corrected the shape that a nail tech from another salon did, which I did not like, and now I absolutely love them!!! She definitely knows what she is doing! I will be coming back again for her to do my nails, I got the color: 550 Pink Gel/Shellac!!! Also, Andy did my pedicure and he was very attentive! He absolutely did an amazing job! Overall, I loved my experience here! I’m so happy I found this salon!!! They are very clean, the prices are very reasonable and all of the techs were really nice. I recommend you go here to get your nails done! (7/19/23) Back again and Kelly did another excellent job! I got a fill and as always Kelly slays, I love my nails!!! The color this time is: 529 Blue River Org. Gel/Shellac! I also got a pedicure but forgot to get the techs name, however she did an amazing job as well. I absolutely love this nail salon! Tanya Trujillo I’m waiting outside for them to open got here at 9:55am and they open at 10:00am. It’s 10:15am already and they still have not opened. I called to see if anyone is inside and no answered. Very poor customer experience if you have a certain time to open understand your customers are waiting for that time. Not a good way to run your business. Understand as customers we have things to do as well.

violet Lukobi-Browne First time at SA 1 Nails! Arrived close to closing time and was accepted by a sweet and energetic Lady with a warm inviting presence and loyal attitude! Beatrice C I’m giving this salon 1 star. Got there at 10 am , signs said OPEN, but they weren’t. We left to find another salon, then noticed someone walked in. We turned around and went back in. My elderly mother needed a simple pedicure, which was fine. I needed to get some business taken care of so I politely asked if they could give me the password. They said no. And she was rude with her answer. I hope they realize one day that…kindness goes a long way! I won’t be returning to this unfriendly establishment anytime soon.

Natalie It was my first time coming here, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. The staff was very sweet and attentive, and really took in consideration on what I wanted to do And what Design I wanted to do On my toes, I will definitely be coming back here for my manicure next time. Seriously, one of the best massages I’ve ever had in a pedicure as well. This place in overall I gave it five stars and I can’t wait to come back next week for a full set.

Amelia Rosenthal The one who did my nails was a young man who I didn’t get his name. He was tipped based on his labor not his customer service. I’ve been here a handful times. I went in and showed the reference and asked to add glow in the dark as I’ve done it prior. He immediately said “we don’t do glow in the dark.” And when I stated I’ve been here before, and y’all did. Do you not do that anymore? He simply stated at me and said “let me ask.” Which he never really did or even let me know it was a yes. Instead he led me to the nail polish colors and told me to pick colors. The customer service was decent from the start, very friendly and they offered drinks etc. half way of doing my nails he yelled when I almost put my hand outside of the black light, which I understand. He was worried. But still, do not yell at your customers at all. Patience was another skill lacking. His demeanor was real rude and risky, when painting the spiders and he kept saying “don’t move,” while stopping and it was more than 5 times. My hand was not moving and then he proceeded to say “give me five minutes…” as somebody who does daily calisthenics and exercises including hand exercises, and military family, I’m pretty aware of my surroundings including others behaviors and my own included. Rosalinda Martinez Never really had a bad experience here until today when I’m guessing one of the nail tech where having a bad day and was very rude rough and did not know what she was doing first she started off by filling my nails with clear fill instead of pink and then she kept cutting me and refused to stop after I asked her to be careful and on top of everything she started to just paint my nails one color instead of the French tip I asked for because she didn’t want to fix the mistake. Not to mention yelling and screaming like a child’s because I was not happy with what she had done and had to force her to stop doing my nails because she was hurting me. I will not be going back that’s for sure I would advise to stay away for sure. They are slowly but surely getting worse in all services.

Yaminy Medina I came here for the first time, and sadly, will not be returning. The deluxe pedicure was good but not great. I got a new set which started out good but as soon as I said I didn’t like the base color he was going to use, he turned hostile and remained hostile until the end. They do charge extra for everything on the nails, shape, size, design, etc. Overall, I didn’t love my nails and I do not return anywhere where I am made to feel uncomfortable. I should also mention that during my visit there was another customer who was unhappy with her nails, and two of the employees were arguing with her refusing to listen to her concerns regarding the poor polish job.
