Chris Smallwood I got tips with dip. I love the atmosphere and the kindness. I got exactly what I asked for. I wanted pink nails with a blue butterfly on my ring finger and thumb. Can’t wait for the next time. Love the atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and are eager to give me what I ask for. No tips this time just dip and design.

Lb Villagomez My sister went to get her nails done and explained and showed a man a picture of EXACTLY how she wanted her nails to look,(color, and design). He proceeded to do exactly the opposite and wouldnt understand when she would speak up and say multiple times thats not the color she wanted. I dont know if they dont have a BROWN or NUDE color?? but she came home with GREEN and PINK nails WHEN HE HAD THE PICTURE where it clearly showed dark brown nails with designs and nude!!! She had to correct him on the designs and he wouldnt show her all the colors they had and/or any brown, and would pick a completely wrong color. This is not the first time they do a horrible job on her nails. I dont understand the reason he completely ignored her request for a simple brown. We will never be coming here again and would not recommend.

Heather Jackson I love these ladies and this place!!! I wish I didnt live so far because this would be my only nail place Id go to! I took my daughter here to get her eyebrows waxed and her fingernails and toes painted. They were extremely patient with her and did everything exactly how she wanted. My daughters nail even got messed up and they fixed it with no issue. They were good to have fun conversations with to both my daughter and I! They also are not greedy as my daughter was being a baby during the waxing and they werent going to even charge me for it. (I tipped them instead.) It was very inviting and they were beyond great, work and personality wise! Would highly recommend!

Mistie Kibodeaux It was a very comfortable salon. All employees there were very nice! I stopped at the Mexican ice cream shop a couple of doors down from the salon. I got chicharrons in a to go box. I took that lunch and my book to the salon. When I got to my appointment the nail tech brought me a Dr Dr pepper! I ate my lunch and read my book while my nails were being beautified. I had a very enjoyable afternoon here getting my Pedi done.

Susan Pams Nails Salon is a fantastic place to get your nails done! The salon is spotless and well-maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. The staff is friendly and professional, and they pay great attention to detail. I had my nails done by Moon, and she did an amazing gel full set—perfect shape, smooth application, and long-lasting results. I highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for quality service in a clean and welcoming environment.

Sonia Odum Today was my first visit to Pam’s Nails. I have tried other places and the prices were too high or they turned my natural nails green. Before going I called to get an idea of what their prices start at. Q was the one to answer the phone and was very nice and willing to answer my questions without rushing me. (A lot of nail salons rush to get you off the phone). I let him know I would definitely be in some time in the future. After thinking about it and how happy I was with the phone conversation, I decided to go ahead and go. I called again to check the wait time and he Q greeted me by name and let me know there was no wait. When I walked in Q already knew it was me and greeted me right away. I sat down for my nails and Q and Katie were both happy and willing to answer my questions on extra costs and listened to my wants. I decided to go with the cheaper option this time around and they didn’t try to upsale or push me to go the more expensive. Katie did a great job and I love my nails. Tammy then did my pedicure and took her time making sure everything was done right. Everything was done in a decent amount of time without rushing. I am very happy with the results as well as the service from everyone. I did go ahead and pull up a picture to get a quote on the next set and I am SO EXCITED to return when it’s time! Thank you so much Q, Katie, and Tammy for everything! I’ll see yall soon!

Delfina Chapman I’ve been going to Pam’s nails for a few months now and am extremely satisfied with my service. My nails stay healthy and strong. I’ve had my own nails for awhile and they don’t get brittle or chip or break. Plus they always look great. And talk about a fantastic pedicure. They do a wonderful job and my feet always look and feel great. My only complies I didn’t start going to them sooner. Now I won’t go anywhere else. It doesn’t matter who you get they are all fantastic and so nice. 100% recommend Pam’s Nails.

Stormy Wisenbaker This nail salon is so welcoming and friendly! Lindsey is absolutely amazing! I’ve always had a hard time relaxing while getting my nails done with her it’s not an issue at all because she listens to what I ask and she’s very gentle!

Adrianna Cervantes I wasn’t going to comment at first and now I’ve had the set for over a week but I’m disappointed. My friend and I went for the first time and I asked for shellac. The tech convinced me to do dip powder even though I was okay was paying more. She grabbed the wrong color and tried to correct it with a shellac coating. It’s peeling and it looks ugly. The set had so much potential to last but it’s ruined by the chipping/peeling color. On a positive note, the ladies that talk to us were very kind.

Carley Dunford Classic mani with deluxe pedi using gel polish. Jessica and Suzie did an amazing job. Very welcoming, caring and I truly loved Suzie’s bubbly personality. The atmosphere is relaxing, they have very comfortable foot baths with massage chairs. Very new and I love it. Edit 02/07: Two days later my nails already started bubbling to chip and peel. I was going to come back in to repair the one nail but by day five, they are basically all peeling and just not properly adhered to my nails. Gel polish on average lasts a minimum of 10 days without chipping. So I’m disappointed. I’m not sure if it was something wrong with the application, polish brand or the curing of the polish. I won’t be returning because I don’t have the time or energy to hope it will last correctly the next time. I hope anyone who gets gel polish in the future will have a better experience.

Christina Simmons I tried the nail salon today and I can’t say enough great things about it. From how beautiful it is inside, chairs are amazing and have lots of options for massage. They offer drinks to help you relax and enjoy the little bit of time you carved out for yourself and I had the pleasure of having Macy and she’s amazing. I picked the deluxe pedicure with shellac and her massage was the best one I’ve had since I can’t remember when. This will be our new nail salon!!

Kathy Perla This is my third time coming here. I definitely recommend Kha. His attention to detail and great service has resulted in one of the best nail services. Yes my full acrylic overlay and gel set was a bit more than some of the other salons in the area but it is well worth it. The thinnest and well done set His wife also did an amazing ghost design I wanted. Love my nails! Second pic what I showed them for reference.

Torrick&Anna Henry Let me just start by saying PLEEEEEEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! I have NEVER been treated like this. I started with making an appointment. From the moment I arrived they were super short with me. I should have walked out then! No colors were offered to choose from. So I tried to show “Trish/Tish” a picture of what I would like. She literally just kept saying “I got it, I got it.” (She DIDN’T have anything!!) She had some guy doing my nails and he kept messing up and starting over 3x. The guy doing my feet cut me twice on my toe and once on my heal. He was just looking around the (EMPTY) room NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Please don’t waste your hard earned money on this place! TOP NOTCH ** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/ PRODUCT **

Rebekah Youngblood I think customer service is super important in an overall review and will therefore allow it to carry the review closer to the 5 star mark over negative feedback. The customer service here is superb, they “treat you like family”, the mood was lighthearted between the workers and owners, the employees talked to me like they’ve known me my whole life and made me feel comfortable. I had a French shellac manicure ($45) and basic + shellac pedicure ($50). My pedicurist did a great job with everything, except they really don’t do any leg or foot massage, maybe one minute each leg total, I don’t recall a foot massage at all. It’s strictly pedicure with their $35 basic option, no relaxing aspect at all. I’ve had a million pedicures and sometimes I notice nail salons do this for the $30 or $35 pedicure that is their low tier option, even though their description includes the massage time. It’s like if you don’t spend $50+ on pedicure alone (not counting shellac) then you don’t get that treatment, which to me signifies a shop I don’t want to get a pedicure at. As long as shellac is a $15 add on, I will continue with the low tier pedicure option every 3 weeks for cost efficiency. The place was very clean, the equipment was clean, the shellac options were top notch high quality products. My real disappointment here is the products used for my shellac French manicure. The white tips cracked on each nail, the clear coat is bumpy and bubbly. One week in and my nails look so bad I have to have them redone already, whereas normally a French shellac manicure looks good for at least 2 weeks where I usually go. My friends love this place, and my normal go-to was closed, so I thought I would try them out. I honestly probably won’t switch because the pedicures are a lot more relaxing where I go, and the manicures look a million times better. I think the shellac and shape look awesome on my pedicure, wish I had the same results for the manicure. 4 stars from me.

Sarah Evans This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. I came here twice for pedicures and both times were horrendous. Both times it was a male nail tech. The first time they did such a sloppy rushed job my gel polish was too thick and didn’t cure properly. The next day I flew out and I vacation and when I re moved my shoes after my flight at my hotel all of my polish was smudged and wet underneath the first layer. Also they do terrible cuticle work, basically like you never even got a pedicure done. So frustrating to get on vacation and have ugly feet the whole time because you went to a terrible nail Salon. The second time I was reluctant to return but my husband and I were in a rush and had been in the same shopping centre doing other things and decided to get a pedicure last minute. He is not a discerning nail customer so he thought I should give them another chance. This was a terrible idea. I had gel polish on my toes that they had to remove and he filed my toes down so far on my toes they are paper thin and almost bleeding. I repeatedly kept jerking in pain and telling him that he was filing too much. I stopped the pedicure once he removed the gel because my toe nails were basically sawed off. I could not bare it any longer and at this point knew my toes were ruined and I needed to grow them out. The other really disgusting part of the salon is that several female staff could tell how annoyed and uncomfortable I was and didn’t help or take over. Two of them proceeded to try and sell me more of their services…eyelash extensions. Are you stupid??? They also didn’t take any responsibility and got me to pay for the worst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. I don’t leave reviews often but I think people should be warned - this place is TERRIBLE. Lastly there is NO VENTILATION and it reeks of toxic cleaning products and acrylic nail dust. I honestly think this place should be out of business. Horrific customer service/awareness, not well priced, dirty, annoying sales people, and horrendous pedicures. Finally just look at the photos of my feet - they literally sawed my toe nails almost entirely off.

Justina Barone-Lambert My 1st visit to Nails & Spa of Montgomery was amazing! I was greeted with smiles and quick service. I was worried because two of my nails had cracked. I thought fixing it would be painful and the finished product would not turn out well. I was reassured it would be no problem and Trish was right! The power is not thick, it’s shaped correctly, and Nothing was painful! I have found my new home for nails! Thank you Trish!

Mary Froelich My first time coming here. As soon as I walked in I was made to feel like Ive been going here for years. All the staff was so welcoming. Phil did my pedicure. AMAZING! Von did my nails. BEAUTIFUL! And Trish did my christmas art design. BEAUTIFUL! I definitely will be coming back. Everyone was so kind. I highly recommend going here for all services!

Katelyn Meredith Nice little place to get your nails done. Its a very small area with only a couple of chairs. It’s a bit more pricey than other places that I’ve went but overall I had a nice experience. As for the polish, my gel nails started to peel after 7 days but my pedicure is holding up longer. The people are very kind and refreshments are complimentary. Nice little place but a bit pricy in comparison to other locations that I’ve been to for the same services.

Savannah Neary I would NOT recommend going to this nail salon. I have been here multiple times now and the first time was okay but the next was a horrible experience. The first time I got "Ms.Lyn" and she didnt impress me and she kept telling me how skinny I was. So the next time I booked my appointment with "Hannah" and when I got there I got Ms.Lyn again instead of Hannah when I asked she said Hannah was busy so I decided to just give Ms.Lyn another try. Big mistake. I got a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was torture, I had an ingrown nail she was digging at so much my whole toe was dripping blood I kept telling her to stop then she kept doing it saying she didnt get all of it!? Then she put stuff on it that burned so much I started crying and Im usually pretty good with pain. I couldnt walk right for days my toe hurt so much and now it looks like its getting INFECTED. Not sure why I even paid for this service. Save your toes. Dont go here.

Isaac Bean I have taken my girlfriend to get her nails done several times at several different locations and I will say this has to be the cleanest out of them all! It’s a bit smaller so you will have to set an appointment but the wait is well worth it. The lady that I had did and excellent job on my feet. I am a plumber and wear my boots 12+ hours a day 5 days a week and this was the best decision I had made, my feet feel a million times better leaving this place then when I walked in, it is also great because they have a “manly” pedicure plan. I will definitely be coming back here as will my girlfriend who also had a great experience with her nails being painted

Mattie Milstead I always make an appointment with Hannah and the last two times I’ve gone she has handed me off to someone else. This is very frustrating because I only like the way Hannah does my pedi. There is paint all over my skin and the lady she put me with kept poking me and cutting me. If I wanted someone else to do my pedicure I would have booked with them instead. Very disappointed.

I had an older man with glasses do my pedicure and he was so sweet and amazing. I also got a full set with Mary and she was great. I love my nails. I will definitely be coming back.

Anya Hommadova Lu Does this look even to you? I am embarrassed to go out but hey they said this was what “looks good” To me it looks like I have a permanent one eye brow raised. She did it all from the same side, didn’t bother to go on the other side of me just turned my face, no wonder it’s completely not even. Horrible, I wanted to cry. The lady gave no apologies! Previously the lady that does eye lashes did my brows so good this time it was someone else. So I highly recommend this place to anyone who likes asymmetric brows and is a risk taker. You might get a great job or will want to hide inside for weeks.

Rachel Storms Min gave me a mani/ pedicure. Min did an excellent job. I was so relaxed. My nails and toe polish looked beautiful. However He let me leave and the nail polish over my real nails were not dry. When I was about to get into my car the polish came off the tip of 1 nail Min was very nice.and did the nail all over again, then he let it dry. The next day I took a shower and my polish started falling off my nails in the shower. He said it was because my real nails were too long..my nail polish has never fallen off like that. My toe polish is beautiful and stayed on me. The whole price was $55. Very good price. I will be going back. I tipped Min $ 20 he did so wonderful.

Laura Higgins Went there for the first time today because of all the positive google reviews to get an acrylic fill in and will never come back. They do not respect your wishes and talked me into an color I did not wanted . Even tho I always get light colors and never had any issues with a light coat on a pink and white nail . Wanted a matte top coat and they did not wanted to do that either they said it will look blotchy and ugly anyways . 0-10 very unprofessional. I payed $65 for an acrylic fill in and its been 3 days and the color that got recommended to me is already falling off :( .

Destiny Catalan Ever since I first started going here they’ve always done a good job with doing acrylics nails and powder on my regular nails as well. I would really recommend Nancy for doing designs she’s the one that I’ve been going to for my acrylic nails, and I always trust her opinion when I ask her what she thinks about a design I’m not sure about. She is the reason why I started loving the almond shape on my nails. Would totally recommend her!!

Camryn Jefferies So normally I get shellac which they do very well on! However, this visit I had a wedding out of state so needed acrylic so that it would last longer. Got the nails done Friday 2/28 by 3/1 Saturday at the wedding the middle nail popped completely off. I had tongo buy a Lee press on which is what the green nail is..it is still on and has not needed new glue. It is lasting longer than the acrylics. Lost thumb nail tonight. The nails were suppose to be almond shaped none of the are sane shape and they flip up. I did not have time to have him redo them before I left. Very disappointed!

Was excited with my daughter when she picked out five different colors and randomly picked which nails were going to be each color. Kimberlea Little-Jones When they first opened it was good. Service was good and finished result was good. But this last time I cant say that. I wasnt overly happy with my pedicure or full set. Your Local Guide First time and last time. I went because of good reviews but the nail tech I had (Kim) was horrible. She was super rushed, threw things around as she was working on my hands. Incredibly inpatient. When I asked to see the nail color palette she literally huffed and puffed as she went to get it. She then proceeded to speak in her language for 5 minutes straight to other people and smirking at the same time. Sure you can speak whatever you want in your own business, but it was very weird timing. She threw my hands into different positions and not gentle either. I started to say excuse me and ask for someone else, but the fact they hired her shows me maybe they’re all the same. Sucks, im new here Im just looking for a nail place. Guess ill keep looking. And if you get her make sure your nails are the same length, because Im home now, and I just now remembered she also didnt even check the lengths of each hand to make sure they were the same on both hands, and yeah they’re not. Horrible place. Joe did my toes and she paints the skin too.

Ashley Holbert I went in to get my nails fixed after wearing a full set that I got for my baby shower only 10 days prior. From the moment I left the previous salon (Malibu Nails) I knew I didn’t like my nails. But I was in complete shock and didn’t address this with the previous salon due to how much I had just spent for something I didn’t love or even like - I figured the problem must be me and maybe they will grow on me. But they didn’t. They were different lengths, the shaping was AWFUL, the color was not at all what I asked for. Fast forward, I needed them fixed before my maternity photos so I tried a different salon near my house (we just moved to the area and there are 3 within 5 miles, the first one I went to being one that I’ll *never* return to). I decided to try out Tif Top and walking in I felt immediately better just based on their attitude and willingness to hear my concerns and fix my set. I sat with Ivy and she was wonderful. She was patient while we found the right shade I was looking for, she gave me quality recommendations and ultimately we decided a soak-off and fresh start would be best because the base we had to work with was just atrocious. I will absolutely be coming back and I’m so happy to know I found my new go-to nail salon.

Billy Little Omg Cindy is incredible!!! I had dip nails done with a manicure and my nails have never looked so good. She is a miracle worker on ingrown nails. Cindy was so kind and friendly we chatted through out the entire visit it was very pleasant. Most other salons I never got to have a real conversation with my nail techs.

Jennifer Luley Jennie did a great job on my nails and was very sweet. I have recently started the learning process of doing my own hard gel manicures at home, but it takes me forever to do, and I am still improving. She was kind enough to talk through steps and answer my questions throughout the whole process, which I know not everyone would be willing to do. She also took the time to make sure I was happy with the shaping, and I didn’t feel like she rushed or was too rough at any point, like so many nail techs often do. I will definitely be back! Side note, I purposely asked her to make my thumb nails shorter… I am too rough on them at work to keep them as long :)

Deborah Williamson I have three favorite nail salons in Montgomery County, and P L Nail shop is one of them. It is tucked away in the H-E-B on FM 1488, which actually makes getting a pedicure and/or manicure extremely convenient and time-saving. The nail technicians are all great; I’ve never gotten a poor manicure or pedicure there. They’re extremely qualified and super friendly, and they’re just as great with my young granddaughters as they are with adults. They have a plethora of regular and gel polishes; if you can’t find a color you like from their selection, it probably doesn’t exist. They’re also happy to use your own polishes if you prefer. The spa chairs are great, and they’re very flexible with the TVs in the room. It’s best to make an appointment, but they will do their best to accommodate walk-ins.

Sonia Barrios My mom and I went there by causality. We found very convenient in our way out of HEB. We were impressed by how calm and relaxed it is ones you are inside, and the service and the price unbeatable!. Not rushing to rid off you - wich the way we feel in Nail of America- They were fantastic! And Annie is the best!

Donna Rigsby Called ahead to see if there was a wait time, gentleman answering phone was very polite and inviting as he told us a wait time and that we could come on in and he would work my daughter and I in. During short wait I offered a beverage and was checked on multiple times ensuring I was ok and if I needed anything. The tech that came to do my nails was very friendly, talkative, personable and made sure my nails were acceptable as he did them! Salon was clean, well organized and we were in/out in reasonable amount of time. Great experience and everyone working at salon made us feel as if we were the only ones there! THANK YOU MALIBU NAILS!!!! We will be visit again!

Maggie Mae Design in the left picture was done by a licensed professional. The one on the right, was done by ME. I came in and had a clear idea of exactly how I wanted my nails to be done. White acrylics, with a red lightning bolt, outlined in gold on the ring fingers. The inspo pictures I had on hand were mainly focused on the shape of the bolt. Fairly simple. Yet, this is what I left with. Although I am very pleased with the outcome of my acrylics themselves, the design was consciously done so poorly that I also left with a $5 voucher and a recommendation of who to come back and see to fix it. I was also told that my nails were “too short” to be able to achieve such a design. But, clearly that was not the case. Said licensed professional was more focused on giving me the drama of another customer than the actual service and art I was hoping to receive. So in conclusion, my left pinky toe has more ability to draw a simple design than…that.

Jalisha Jackson Beat Pedi I’ve had. Mary was so great and precise in making sure feet were clean and pretty by the time I was done. Lynn did my nails, dip. Will definitely be back. Coco the manager was great. Welcomed me and made sure I was taking care throughout my time being there. Would highly recommend anyone to go here. It was also a very clean nail salon.

Jamie M McCrimmon Best Nail Salon in Conroe. I’ve tried two other nail salons in the area (Tender Touch & Nails of America) and every time I went to those salons the tech was extremely rough and continued to be so even when letting them know it hurt. Pedicures should be relaxing, not painful and that’s why I like this place. They set a timer for the 10 min massage which I thought was great so you know you’re getting what you pay for! It’s a really beautiful salon. Bright and modern and not at all dingy. Ditch the other places and come here, it’s great!

Nancy ochoa Just moved to the area and decided to give it a try. Not bad but they lack attention to detail. Some paint was left around my nails. Lady didn’t bother to remove it. She seemed pretty rushed and it was not busy. Now I will be going home to remove the paint around my nails.

Melissa E I got my nails done here for the 1st time yesterday. Vicki did the absolute best job on my pedicure. She took her time and did an incredible job. I loved seeing everyone walk in and the employees calling them by name. They treat each person like family there. So glad I found this place.

Kristie Legge Ive had my nails done here for years. Don & Hannah (owners) are the best, but there are other people who do a great job too. Tom is a little rough :( They are usually pretty booked so I always call in advance and make an appointment. I go somewhere else to do my pedicures, because they seem to last longer for the same price. Id say they are pricey, but every nail place in Montgomery seems to charge higher than other areas (Magnolia, Conroe). A full set will cost you $40.00 and if you just want shellac covering your own nails its $30.

Angel B. This is an older nail shop right down the street from my house. I thought I would give them a try about a year ago. I have been coming here ever since. It is clean and the people that work here are very experienced, nice & professional. Prices are fair as well!

Kelle M They were busy when we initially stopped by for pedicures. We ran some errands and came back. Excellent customer service and more than one employee thanked us for coming back. The pedicures were amazing and they paid attention to detail, very meticulous. If we are ever in the area, we will return.

Michele Wingate I live out of state and I really needed to get my nails done. I found this place pretty close to where Im staying currently. They were extremely accommodating and really nice people. Sadly I do not recall the name of the gentleman that did my nails but he has excellent salt and pepper hair. If I lived in this area he would definitely be my go-to guy. Very friendly and super gentle on my nails. I love them!

Alexis Gutierrez This is my second time here and I had a great experience again! Molly kills it every time she does my nails. They lasted about a month and a half last time. The staff stayed late to finish both my mother in law and I plus 2 other guest that came in. Great service and spirit! Definitely coming back! Update December 2024: again amazing experience, Molly and Tony killed it again! Pink nails this time and they look amazing!

Jo Beretta Went here for the first time because my main salon happened to be closed on a Sunday. I hadnt been to a salon in almost 4 months after my son was born, so I was due! Tony, Molly and Tina were all extremely friendly! I had to wait a little bit because of a customer pitching a fit that Tony had to diffuse, but all the other customers that went there were so sweet. I even made two new friends while there. I loved the job they did and even though more customers came in after I had waited, Molly and Tina took the time to ensure my nails were done beautifully. They didnt fall to the pressure of others waiting since I had waited over 30 minutes. I even found my new place to get my eyebrows waxed which I hadnt done in over 10 years (bad experience with a different salon). Ill definitely go back, though I do wish they had a punch card system like my other salon does.

Jessica Mcgeorge Ive never had a dipped nail just completely separate and fall off before LET ALONE 2 OF THEM. Ive gotten dip for over a year. Every nail has bubbles and is a different shape. Worst 1st experience at any nail salon Ive ever been to!

Dana Scalf Wow!! This has been the best full set and pedicure I have gotten in a very long time! My nails look amazing not a single cut and my fingers aren’t sore! They look perfect! The guy took his time and really paid attention to all the details! They don’t have a lot of colors or design options but that’s okay with me. My pedicure was great also!! I love the fact that if I go next time I’ll have the same people and know what I’m getting. Also the fact that it was by appointment and there was no wait! Will definitely be going back here!

Vee Andy always does such amazing work and their prices are the best Ive found. He pays attention to detail and makes sure everything looks perfect. Hes very patient and takes his time, even when people like me request complicated designs.
