Olivia Flores Their employees proudly tote racism on social media from their business social page. The last thing I want in a hairstylist is someone who harbors hatred towards people of color. If you’re a person of color, AVOID!!

Tamra Krohn This was our first and last time here. It was booked for my husbands birthday. We arrived early for our 45 minute couples massage scheduled for 5:45. We were finally taken back and asked to undress to our comfort level at 5:59. They finished our massage at 6:29. I really feel like the girl working on me just didn’t want to do a massage. Also, I hate being cheated on the time. Massages are not cheap, and then we were ask if you want to leave a tip (which my husband did)?!?

emily day AMAZING!! The staff here is so sweet and Heather absolutely killed it with my hair!! She was thorough in asking questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, she explained what she was doing every step and was so friendly. She absolutely exceeded my expectations:)

Cindy I have been going to Brittney for years and she always does such a great job with my hair. The coloring and highlights she has done for me are exactly what I wanted, she always knows what my hair needs when I dont. My hair has been struggling a little lately from having Covid but she has done an amazing job with bringing it back to being healthy and growing again. I have purchased shampoos and conditioners from her as well and they are helping along with the treatments she has given me. I trust her completely with my hair and wont go anywhere else.

staria Beebe Had my highlights done back in July Brittany did an amazing job she color corrected the last highlight I had done and fixed my haircut from the last hairstylist who actually cut a chunk out in the back of my head. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Adeline Clemons Although she’s very sociable and makes you feel comfortable (the reason for two instead of one stars) she completely disregarded what I wanted and the photos I showed her. On top of that she cut my bangs uneven making one side much thicker than the other and upon saying something to her she just said it was because of my part (she even asked how I wear my part and should’ve cut accordingly). All in all I would have much rather had good hair than good conversation considering that’s what I paid money for.

dina mcbride Linda was amazing! Great haircut. She knows just the right cut for your face shape and the right color for you skin completion. She is delightful to talk to! Very down to earth and funny. She makes you feel at ease right away! We will absolutely be back!

Betsy Friedman My daughter was so upset when she went to another colorist who didnt listen to what she wanted. Leanna agreed to do some corrective coloring and my daughter got exactly what she wanted. She loves her hair. Leanna also does excellent prom and wedding hair. Go see her with your ideas!

Laura Adair Leanna is an excellent stylist, and I was very pleased with her prices. I went to her after I had gotten an unfortunate haircut at a chain salon, to see what she could do for me. She was sympathetic and reassuring that we could fix the haircut without cutting much more off. I went in with some pictures of haircuts I felt would work, she discussed pros and cons with me, and showed me some other options until we found something I was happy with. The cut was excellent, and then she showed me how to style it (the chain salon had cut my hair MUCH shorter than I’d asked, so I was inexperienced styling shorter hair). Leanna is very friendly, skilled, and real. I will be back!

Chris Romain I can’t say enough amazing things about this establishment. We are first time customers and Emily literally came in on her Monday off to make sure we were taken care of before school. K. King The store was disorganized, they were out of stock on numerous items and the staff was not knowledgeable on product. Its worth driving further to Denton to get what is needed.

Anna As a hairdresser, this place is fully stocked with a great number of hair products. Never have an issue with what I need being in stock, but my only complaint is that they need more space. Feels a bit conjested.

Reannon West Great selection of hair products. I wish they carried more facial products and better wax. Its also hats to find prices for some of the products

Robin Hopper I really wish I could only give them a 1/2 a star. This is the worst supply store I have ever had to deal with. When you order from them to be delivered to your shop you never receive your whole order. There is always an excuse as to why you didnt receive something. They claimed product is on back order but yet you can go in the store and find it on the shelf. Not to mention they want to charge you $5 for a piece of paper that has the amount that you have spent in their for your year end statemen .

JennyRay729 I have been a client of April’s for well over a year. I came to her after having severe damage to my hair, and needing an experienced hairdresser I could trust. She saved my hair, and I have been getting my extensions done by her ever since. She was able to give me my confidence back. I also have my lash extensions done by her as well. I have been having my lashes done on and off for years and my lashes have never stayed as long as they have with her. She does an exquisite job. I get compliments on my hair and lashes ALL the time. I’m thankful for April and her services!

Jaylee Love April Reust is amazing. She has been doing my lash extensions and my hair for years. She uses top of the line products for my lash extensions and hair color. She also does my eyebrow lamination and I love them every time.

BJ Hollins Walked in today at 2pm no customers in the store, 3 employees talking. No one said hi, went to the wig section was standing for a 15 min and still no acknowledgement. Was about to spend $200 on human hair but decided to keep my money and walked out and won’t ever shop there again.

Madison Patterson I have heard of CJ’s before and it was actually recommended to me by a lady I used to work with. I was told that all sales are final with the exception of exchanges. I was told that if my products didn’t work for me then I would be able to exchange them. Of course this policy wasn’t posted to j my receipt as I took my goods and left with the “good” word of the lady “running” the shop. Don’t shop here unless you know for sure what pieces you need other wise you will spend $43 and be left with products that don’t suit your needs.

Amber Garland Hair, nails, hair products... they have some of the cutest stuff for a great price. Some of the jewelry is a bit cheap made but its ok. Still got a ton of other things that r adorable or just what u need to get adorable lol. Definitely recommend. I absolutely love this place. I want to buy everything in here

Grace Parker I had Bad experience from Grace, she probably new just by observing the way she did my highlights and my hair treatment, whats supposed to be a highlight looked uneven overall bleached hair, bcoz she didnt separate the hairstrands while bleaching. The ussual 2 hour highlights and treatment I always get from other salon became a 5 hrs session with her. by the time i get off the salon, i was exhausted. When i told her how it affects my time she told me that next time, i have to put a full whole day for it, i dont think that it will take a full whole day just for highlights, but she just disregard how it had wasted so much of my time plus the look of the highlights shows more like an uneven spotted bleached hair. This is after she knew my hair is already dried enough from bleaching. I will never be back here.

Lauren Durham Took FOREVER. I asked how long it would take for the color to process and was told 45 minutes but was still waiting an hour later. Then they charged me $25 blow dry my hair which the stylist said nothing about it being an extra charge. Tell me how someone is supposed to evaluate the color job if they don’t dry the hair? Plus, I paid $110 for all over color (mainly wanted roots covered) and was left with big splotches.

Michelle Sonnier 10 out of 5 stars! I had an amazing experience. My stylist was Kelly and she did such a great job. She answered all of my questions and gave me an amazing cut and style. Im so happy!!

I’m new to Sherman and she is the one I will go to from now on. Such a nice person too. I recommend her. Not a fancy salon like many others but she did a better job than the more popular salons I’ve been to.

Brittany Smithson Terrible experience with an obviously unhappy employee. As I was looking at the rack behind the counter waiting for my turn, I hear someone unpleasantly say “Are you ready?” As I’m smelling a Candle… I turn around and nicely place my things unknowingly on the wrong side of the cash register, The employee by the name of Brooke for fully placed my items to the left as she scanned them, then proceeds to ask me for my phone number for the rewards. I then tell her and she confirms my name then proceeds to ask if I want the Ulta cc, politely tell her no thanks. She tells me my total, I say okay then have to ask if I have any rewards available. Again visibly upset and annoyed she huffs and puffs and cancels the transaction to tell me I have $17.50 in rewards available. I let all that go and still being nice. She then asks for my id I pull it out and it’s upside down, she then is RUDE and has a major attitude that she can’t read it, I then proceed to ask her if she’s having a bad day because she’s obviously upset about something . She called a manager over but didn’t bring up why she needed her as I stood there waiting on my bag to be handed to me, which never happened and I had to reach and get it myself with no nice remarks. Terrible experience hope you don’t catch this cashier on her bad day because you won’t be treated like a paying customer!!!!

She is so knowledgeable (product knowledge and color matching), kind, and has an amazing chill-bubbly vibe. She made buying a whole face worth of products easy, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. And after hair I always shop around or while I am letting the color set in! As for the store, they have everything you are looking for, hands down the best place for beauty products. Julia Vrska DO NOT COME HERE! My fiancé has gotten his haircut there multiple times and it never comes out right but this last appointment was the last straw. A whole chunk of the front of his hair is missing and it’s not blended or even. Do not recommend coming here. He has to go pay for another haircut to get it fixed. She put gel in his hair before she cut it and my fiancé thought that was really odd. Left the salon saying his head hurt from the stylist pulling and snagging his hair.

Jo It was a great visit today. The app was timed perfectly so I did not have to wait very long. The attendant that was cutting my hair didnt excellent job.

Jennifer Smith Totally unsatisfied with my Sons haircut and she claimed to be the best barber there well smh this isn’t the first time but it will be the last time I ever take my Son here!! His haircut is so bad my Husband left without getting his hair cut!!! The first time I was like ok well maybe the lady was just starting out but this time it’s even worse!! Like do they not teach you to blend at the school you attended now I’m gonna have to pay for another haircut to fix the first one!! If I was there I definitely wouldn’t have paid for it!

Kylie Stylist was obviously overwhelmed with the amount of customers. Completely rushed and didnt spend the time to ask the client what they wanted, or checking in through out the process to ensure customer was okay with the length that was getting removed My son left in tears because they gave him a butchered buzz cut. Stylist claimed there was a difference from the top and sides, there was not. When I came back in, they offered no apology just excuses.

Alexandria reetz Honestly Ive tried going through a quiet route with this issue but have not been successful. On Aug third right before school started my family went to sports clips for a quick trim. We had three cuts, to Jr and a senior. They were rude but I get it sometimes customer service jobs suck and honestly I was just happy to get everyone in and out because they were busy. That wouldnt have been a problem. The problem arose when I got home and realized instead of 55 bucks they adjusted my charge on my card to 66. I had left a small tip, what we could afford given that my family was going through a dry spell and having to buy school supplies ect. And yeah small tips suck, but we did what we could. They tacked on 11 extra dollars to my card. They stole from me. Im guessing because the tip was too small? Honestly I dont care what the reason was. As someone whos worked on a top based income I couldnt comprehend stealing from someone even if they tipped me .50¢ It completely broke my trust in this business we have been coming to for the past year. I reached out to Tim the owner and he said he would refund my account, then changed his mind to just give back the 11 bucks. At this point I still have yet to see that refund and honestly I dont want it. If you need to steal just to get by as a big business dont stay in business. I dont recommend going here. I dont want what happened to us to happen to anyone else because if they were dishonest with such a simple card transaction no telling what else they will do.
