Melanie Irish I was referred here by a friend. I got my hair cut here twice, and was very happy with how it came out. After that I started feeling like I didnt matter. When your appointment is blown off because a quick getaway is more important, and then you keep getting told that the schedule is booked and you have to wait. Meanwhile over a month has gone by and your hair keeps looking worse and worse. Then youre passed off to the other hairdressers. One of them gets back to you the next day saying, she is booked, and the other hairdresser never gets back to you at all. Please dont waste your time going here. Your business wont matter.

Millie Parash Be aware, extremely rude when answering the phone and in person:
Obviously, an owner mindset wouldnt rudely hang up the phone **twice** scaring off future customers just because she said “she didn’t understand you”, and when you walk into the business, in disbelief that its the owner who answered you, confused by the 4.8 stars that took you to contact this business in the first place, she, who calls herself "the owner", realizing that you are the same person she mistreated on the phone a few minutes before, asks you to walk close to her so that the other customers do not hear what she just did to you, and when you refuse she asks you and your son **in the most humiliating way** to leave the place.
That morning, my teenage son, a high school student, was looking for a walk-in haircut. The 4.8 stars recommending this business prompted us to make the first call, the second call, and our visit to the business in disbelief to alert the owners. In the current times we live in and thanks to the Internet, you cant act so mean to citizens of your community and get away with it hoping to maintain your high starts levels.
I pray that whoever decides to approach this business will not be treated so badly. In our case, before calling, we did not get to read at the bottom of the “reviews” on this page where another person from our community also has complained of the same rudeness.
