Deidli Serna I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! It was my first time here, and I was beyond impressed. The staff was incredibly friendly, and James did an absolutely beautiful job on my nails. He is extremely talented and pays great attention to detail. I will definitely be returning for more services. Highly recommend—go book your appointment!

P M I had a mixed experience at this salon. The nail technician was skilled—the shape and French design were well done—but the color turned out much darker than I wanted. I brought it up twice during the process, and despite assurances that adding pink would lighten it, the final result was still too dark. I was never given a shade guide to pick out front underneath color. I made it clear I wasn’t happy, but the manager only offered a discount to completely remove and redo the set, which still meant I had to pay to fix it. The work itself was great, but if you’re particular about color, be firm about stopping the process early if it’s not right—once they continue, your only options are to pay again or live with it.

Mrs. Infinite Now this was a true spa experience! Peter did an amazing job with my Milk and Honey manicure. He took great care and was amazing at massage. Not to hard or soft. I’ve been getting deluxe manicures for years but I’ve never seen anyone use actual honey. The smell was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great, the staff got along well and were friendly and highly skilled. They were patient and fun. I went home and accidentally messed up my nails but when I came back everyone was courteous. Sothy helped me get back into form. He was also very funny. They are a bit more expensive than other nail places sure, but here you get everything. It’s an experience. The margarita was amazing. The English was very good. I feel very pampered! I will for sure return.

Dominique Engome Amazing work and experience. Honestly would 100% recommend and will be coming again. I love my nails and both Quinnie and Cali were patient and working with me on design and color choice. They were both very friendly too. The whole space is really nice, spacious, and clean.

Youll be greeted at the front by staff inquiring on your preferred service, design, etc. Technicians welcome any design or style. There is nearly a full bar and extensive pedicure/manicure nail service menu with prices, not far outside normal prices. Opens at 9am. Staff are friendly, environment is clean and comfortable.

Amie Nations I want to start by saying I have used Red Nails previously and always been happy. However this time was different. The woman who did my nails HURT me. My cuticles are bleeding and swollen and my nail beds so sore that I have to take ibuprofen. She was unnecessarily rough and my nails aren’t even what I wanted even though I showed her a clear picture. Some of them are lopsided and they’re supposed to be purple and black ombré. I asked for gloss, not knowing that it would basically cancel the purple and make it look all black. As a nail tech, she should have known this and informed me. She got rougher every time I asked for them to be shorter ( I work with animals and need them short) so I eventually stopped asking questions because I was scared of getting hurt further. I can’t believe I paid for this but by the time it was done I just wanted to leave. The woman who did my pedicure however was amazing. Sadly, I will not be back. I understand that getting fake nails isn’t exactly a comfortable process, but it shouldn’t cause you to bleed and be so painful that you have to take pain meds. I would understand if she had accidentally cut me once - that’s an honest accident. But every finger is just negligent and careless, increasing the risk for infection. I won’t be back.

Eliza Ashworth I am from out of town and spent a lot of time looking for somewhere to get my nails done- I was kinda anxious and I’m a little ocd about my nails. I had a really grown out builder gel manicure and a lot of places would not do a fill since it was done elsewhere. It wasn’t a problem and they are the best nails I’ve ever had. Will did so good on the French tips and shaping (which is extra impressive because I was in rough shape when I came in) They made sure the shape and color was perfect. It was clean and relaxing- my pedicure was amazing and through. I don’t like gel on my toes and holly wasn’t pushy and the fresh tips look so nice and the massage was so good! The chairs were all comfortable and I was given a warm rice bag for my neck too. Also the prices were great and I came in without an appointment and was seated right away.

teresa cabell Ive been a repeat customer, and have always had the best manicure and pedicures here. Their work lasts weeks for me, and Im admittedly pretty rough with my nails. Good color selection, too. Their attention to detail is far and above other nail salons Ive been to. Most places feel like theyre trying to get you in and out and skip cleaning up the edges, especially near the cuticle. Definitely not the case here. Ive brought friends and family here multiple times, and they all have said its the best manicure theyd ever had. My mom wants to go to Embellish every time shes in town to visit!

F. S. I have gone to every surrounding nail salon in this area. Yes people are friendly but this salon makes your nails LAST. I’ve had a regular polish several times last up to 2 weeks. That’s incredible. Will pay the slightly higher prices for better quality service.

Tee Cee Embellish is the best nail salon in town. I’ve been to the Anderson & this Westlake location and both are FANTASTIC! I’ve tried ALL the other nail salons that are walk-in, less expensive, etc etc etc. THIS is the place. They are clean, & follow all sanitation practices to a T. They know how to give a proper manicure and listen to what you want. There are zero communication issues, no up-selling or “guilting” you into anything. The chairs are comfortable, they give you neck wraps and have complementary water and snacks. You DO need advance appointments but they can sometimes accommodate a last-minute appointment. They are kind and great on the phone. After trying pretty much every nail salon in my area, I always come back to the #1 Embellish.

R J I started going to Embellish when they opened their first location in The Triangle back in the day. I was thrilled when they opened the Westlake location close to me and have been a loyal customer for many years. But over the last year or so, my experiences have been inconsistent and often not up to quality, resulting in me needing corrective services. While they are always happy to oblige, new owners just don’t seem to have the same standards or quality controls. I’m going to start looking for other options.

Timothy Williams This is my wife’s favorite nail salon. She loves the all natural aspect of Embellish with organic manicures and pedicures. The place is nice and clean and I like how they have some local goods for sale upfront like bags, shirts, knickknacks, and more. My wife got me a petty, and it was great. They don’t have the bigger massage chairs, but the Services is great, and the staff there is really friendly. You can tell they don’t use chemicals here because when I walked in the door I wasn’t overwhelmed with a chemical and industrial smell. This place is really good and I recommend them.

My nail tech was great and ambiance was nice but my gel polish started lifting on Monday on one nail and its now spread to most of my nails; all polish will probably be lifted and/or off by the end of this week. Disappointing for the price.

Nierop Samantha (CrokodileGirl) Best nail salon in the Lakeway area. Ive been to many. They really try to make sure you happy no matter what. They bend over backwards. Seriously. Great with SNS, Gel and just normal manicures and pedicures. They offer NuSkin pedicures that are divine. Highly recommend. Ive been using Serin for 6 years now. Service is still top notch!

Ashley Wells I went somewhere else before coming to Serin Day Spa, though it should have been my first stop. I havent had nails in a long time but used to and know about how it should go. Unfortunately, the previous acrylic nails from the other nail salon started lifting within the first two weeks, were way too thick and bubbly, and took twice the time it should have. They werent properly prepped and started to look bad rather quickly. Tuan fixed me right up. They are so friendly and do it right the first time! Thank you for fixing me up!!! Theres no need to go anywhere else.

Went to get pedis & manis with my husband, pedis were ok, but when it came to the manicures, the guy doing my nails seemed to be rushed, he was taking other clients while he was with me and didn’t wash his hands or sanitize between clients, he also messed up my nails and instead of cleaning it up and start over he just painted over the messed nail. My husband had a bad manicure as well, his nails felt super rough, like they just filed but didn’t buff to make it smooth, and put clear polish when he didn’t want to, he was also very disappointed about this whole experience. I decided not to say anything there cause everyone was super busy and in a rush and I don’t think they would’ve done a better job if I’d say anything. I saw this place has great reviews which I don’t doubt you can get great service, but you might not get that same good service if you’re POC or a man, they don’t seem to care about anyone else that’s not a white woman.

Cinthya Rognac Falcon I got my nails done here four days ago, and that’s how long they lasted. I wanted to try this place because it’s close to my house, but I don’t recommend it. In December, I went to another place called Amor Nails, and even though they do a light manicure there, my nails lasted over a month actually, 1 month and 3 weeks. Here, they applied the same beauty gel, but it only lasted 4 days. I didn’t want to pay attention to the bad reviews, but I should have.

Very detail oriented which I appreciate, and it was only $52!! That’s extremely hard to find. Good prices AND good work. Both of us had our AirPods in, but it was a vibe. I also found the color I wanted on TikTok and he found the exact bottle. DND Cherry Mocha, it’s the perfect dark red for Fall. Highly recommend this salon and Hai :)

Cristina Barber I stopped by since my regular spot had to close early. I came here 20 min before closing time, so I’m glad they took me in. I’m always comparing different nail salons because I like my nails and want to make sure I’m going to the best place out there. That said, my nails don’t look professionally done. I’m used to dip powder being thicker and more durable. My nails look like they were regular coated and transparent. They’re also not smooth. It looks like one of the nails has dust stuck in between the last coat. I also came out with a different nail style than I was expecting. I had almond nails, they asked me if I wanted to keep them oval, I was confused, but said yes. They weren’t oval, but if it meant keeping the shape I was ok with whatever term they used. The shape was not the same when I came out though. Otherwise, everyone was very kind. I simply didn’t like the result.

Mayra Rangel One of the salons check-in girls was quite nice. The first shot is what I requested for, and the second is her work. I told her one of my nails was shaped a bit more wide and curved down, and she said it wasnt, its the one in the photo that is like that. As soon as I came home, I went ahead and adjusted the form of my nails, I didnt take the before picture because I didnt really mind. But as I looked at my nails, I was dismayed because they did not look like the one in the picture. Still, extremely gorgeous nails.

Specifically, I love my nail tech and friend, Annie. She is very detail oriented and does not rush to finish. She wants to make sure the nails are spot on before you leave! If you haven’t gone to them, go now! You will not be disappointed.

Crissy M The chair were good. The place is clean, but they dont have individual supplies. Reused client to client. Hubby enjoyed his, but they dont get much of the bottom of his feet. My they did a more deluxe pedicure on mine. They missed so much of my feet. Left wax and skin. The nail person had long nails that dug into my legs and feet when massaging. I had to ask that the sides of my nails to be done. They missed the edges. It was suppose to be more of a glitter gel, yet no glitter. Spent $138 plus tip of $30. And they didnt complete the service. I tried telling someone at front desk, but instead of correctly it, she just tried making excuses. I told her nevermind I will fix it at home for free.

Rosa Gonzalez Hadn’t been here in a while and since it had been two years since I visited I decided to give them another chance despite seeing the bad reviews. I wish I hadn’t, the service was not there, when I asked about painting my nail fully he replied “there’s skin there you know” so rudely… my paint job was crappy. I asked him to trim my nails he said I did already SIR no you didn’t, I should’ve kept my money I will never come again AM Better Nails in Hempstead has great service and they do good nails I will never be back I wasted my time and money here that I work hard for just to pay for bad service, half painted nails, and Linda’s fungal infection. they don’t use sanitized utensil and tools appear used already. please just save your time and money and go elsewhere.

DeeJay I WAS a customer of this business for a while, and spent at least $100 every couple of weeks on my nails. I came to get a refill and was told I had to come back the next day. It was 5p.m. and they do not close until 7p.m. Also I feel like I was not treated well, because it was rushed last time I got a refill and my nails looked terrible!

Tonya Whitehouse I am not from bellville, my mother in law lives here and we are currently here d/t evacuation of hurricane Laura in Louisiana. The nail salon i use has been closed for some time for corona and then now possibly won’t be open because of hurricane. With that being said my pregnant swollen feet have been neglected for about two months and they’ve gotten worse since hurricane and is going back home to clean and me being bare foot. We came back to bellville and i looked up reviews on nearest nail salons. This salon had the highest reviews with the most happy people. I went today and got a spa pedicure deluxe with a special kit and a nail dip, which i wasn’t planning on but i decided last minute on the dip! There was a gentleman and lady working idk if they are married but they were the sweetest ever! They were so nice and welcoming there. They did amazing work just like the salon i use back home! My pedicure looks fabulous and most of all they did wonders on my feet! My dip looks beautiful! I was so relaxed during the whole experience i could have taken a nap had it not been for my baby kicking up a storm. I’m 34 weeks pregnant and this pregnant chick couldn’t be happier with her experience and product! Thank y’all so much! This place is highly recommended!

Nicole Svoronos I am leaving this review for my mom that went there today and was extremely disappointed with their "service". She made a pedicure appointment for 3 oclock and didnt even get acknowledged for 30 minutes. When she did get seated, was not even asked what she wanted or given an option of services from a menu. During her service another client walked in and he stopped and gave them menus and left her. The technician spent almost no time with her and rushed her service to get to the other clients that came after her. She was looking forward to getting a little TLC before an upcoming surgery and was feeling like she wasted her time and money. With such a great location you would think they would invest in building better customer relations.

Sam W I had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my 30 years of having pedicures, when I went to Happy Nails yesterday. Ivy did the best scrubbing massage and regular massage I’ve ever had, and the clean up and painting looks great too. I also had my eyebrows waxed by the owner, but I didn’t get her name, I’m sorry to say, I forgot. She did a great job and only cleaned up, not taking off too much; exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be going back to this salon for a pedicure by Ivy, and eyebrow waxing as well.

Gabrielle Dieste I came in for a dip manicure and a shellac pedicure. There was a man who did my manicure and I felt like he was missing some steps, but I wasn’t 100% sure. After about a week, my nails all begin to lift at the cuticle. I thought to myself, It was a bad manicure, I’ll never go back! My situation was far worse than I imagined! I went in to have the dip polish removed after a week and a half and found two funguses on my nails!!! Apparently the lifting of the nails because the product was not applied appropriately caused water to be trapped and a fungus to grow. I’ve been getting dip nails for at least 10 years and I have never had a fungus! When they remove the polish, they also found that he didn’t properly remove the red nail polish, that was the original color. Again, not allowing the product to appropriately bond to my nails. In addition to this awful fungus that I now have to deal with my shellac pedicure, has started to peel off my toes! I’m new to the area and was trying to find a nail salon and normally do not post reviews, but I would never want this to happen to anyone else! Beverly nail salon is unprofessional and obviously doesn’t understand the service applications that they are attempting to apply!

A couple of years ago, I moved across town and tried to find someone closer, but no one could meet the high standard Julie sets. She’s absolutely worth the drive. Her attention to detail and quality products make her manicures last far longer than expected. If you’re looking for a nail tech who consistently delivers perfection, Julie is the one.

L I will not go to another Nail Salon! Hana and her cousin Julie have been doing my nails for about 10 years. And now Hanas sister is there doing nails as well! Sing just gave me the best, most relaxing pedicure! You feel like family there. Everyone is amazing. Run and give yourself a much needed pampering. Take time for you and give yourself some self love. Brandy Agasti Serena was great as was the other lady whose name I didn’t catch. Nails are exactly what I wanted and they were great letting me relax after work.

Lyubenova Tsvetomira (Mira) While my experience at the salon was very positive with kind and attentive staff, the result was very poor. I’m giving them one star only for the nice attitude. The quality of the service was awful. I had three technicians doing my gel nail polish manicure which may have caused this. The gel covered my cuticles at the bottom of the nails and it started peeling three days after I was at the salon. One week after that, it started peeling at the top of the nails. I’d expect gel lack to last at least 2-3 weeks, although gel nails done in other places have lasted me up to 6 weeks without peeling off at all. Regular nail polish has lasted me longer than this. Very disappointed.
