Jordan Garrison The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Ive never been to a nail salon where I didnt feel rushed through the service. At this salon I was able to relax and leave happy from my experience. Both of the nail techs who helped me were absolutely wonderful and did a beautiful job. I have never left anywhere 100% happy with my nails before because they wouldnt be even, they would be misshapen etc. But I left this salon with the most beautiful symmetrical nails i have ever had and I am so appreciative of that. T did a incredible job and has a amazing attention to detail. For all of these reasons I have found my new nail shop! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience!!!

Jade Woods I just started going here and I got a mani/pedi yesterday. My pedicure was amazing! My mani though wasn’t the best. I got the cat eye for the first time on my nails and once I got home I hated them. The polish was just too thick and the color too dark. I called the next day and Vinny was so nice and told me he’d fix them himself. He was so fast and didn’t make me feel bad at all for coming back. The polish was just too thick the first time, so he gave me a natural pink gel over dip (sooooo thin) and suggested the silver cat eye over the pink for a pop of shine on my pinky nails. And he actually took the time to make sure he knew what I wanted so I’d be happy with them. Amazing customer service and quality-this place is now my go-to!! You should make it yours. Adding a second photo of a manicure I just got from Allie. It’s my favorite manicure I think I’ve ever gotten. She spent so much time making it perfect. Love, love, love

Katie Hicks Always have such a great experience from the front desk to the chair! Amy is hands down THE best manicurist and is so friendly! I always look forward to having her do my nails!! Shes meticulous and always helps find the exact color I want without making me feel bad. The drinks are a plus too.

Summer Semmens After YEARS of searching for my dear Moon, I’ve found her and will never stray from her again! I’ve gone to her for years at a former salon and loved her dearly. She’s always put such time and care into what she’s done. This visit, I did not see Moon, I saw Ms. Tammy, but Moon is the owner and anyone that Moon hires and works with is just as amazing-I was in great hands! The builder set I’d come in with (from another place) was very VERY thick, wavy, and I was very unhappy with it. Moon and Ms. Tammy were certain to ensure I got my nails done how I wanted and a perfect job was done! Moon even remembered personal details about my son wanting to travel to Japan that I didn’t think anyone could have possibly remembered and brought tears to my eyes. I will always go back and encourage anyone to give them a try, you won’t be sorry. Clean, professional, well priced, kind, and wonderful atmosphere!

Forte E & R (Forte Legacy Group) Ive visited this nail salon three times and have tried different nail technicians, all of whom have been fantastic! Im consistently satisfied with my experience. My husband and I both treat ourselves to manicures and pedicures, and we’re usually in and out in just about an hour. We go on Thursdays at 10:45 and are done by 11:40. I love getting gel polish with French tips on both my fingers and toes (Im basic), while my husband opts for a mani-pedi without polish. All of this comes in at under $150. Highly recommend!

Jennifer Michel I didnt know what to expect upon walking in but this place had a lot of interior decor inspo off of pintereet because it was stunning! Hkam was my nail tech and was very kind. Often throughout it we sat in awkward silent except for the moments where being ticklish was a flaw. The service was delightful right from the cup of white wine to the deep foot massages. Hkam was very thorough and neat. I will definitely be coming back here.

Amanda Always a great experience here. Came in with 5 other people to get my nails done for my wedding and they were perfect! (The picture I attached is a week after they were done by the way)

Daphne This was my first time there. I came in and was seated right away. The entire staff was incredible! Everyone was very polite, and the atmosphere was very nice. Kevin did my nails to perfection! I showed him a picture of a French manicure with chrome that I wanted, and he nailed it! I will definitely be coming back to them again!

Judy Rienye The staff is very friendly and my nails looked great after I was done. It was really fast too. I liked that I didnt have to wait in line, I got seated as soon as I walked through the door. The pricing is very reasonable too and there is a great array of nail colors. They have other services too, but i only got my nails done. The parking is kinda crowded, but thats to be expected of a small strip mall. Otherwise impressive place. Looking forward to going back.

Ashley Goodwin First time visiting, will most certainly return. I love how the tech paid attention to detail and any concerns I had was quickly addressed. They have drinks available and were overall chill location and only about 5 mins from my home.

kaylin garcia literally incredible. the staff was so nice, and the lady who did my nails worked with me to get exactly what i wanted. they literally told me i could have anything i wanted, and they would pair me with the right nail tech. these are also the most beautiful nails i’ve ever had

Amanda Watson I went here for a birthday father/daughter mani/pedi trip and our nail techs were so incredibly sweet and did great jobs! My tech went above and beyond to achieve my design and three weeks later they are still holding up perfectly. I am very impressed with this beautiful salon. The price is great and everything was excellent. I would definitely recommend and I will be back today! Edit: Ive been with my roommate a few times since and they are always so GREAT!!

Breea Bricker Soooo expensive for nothing great. Their website says an acrylic fill is $35 but upon arrival its $45. I had one nail that I had broken and needed fixed so that was another $6 which I was fine with. I wanted chrome over my polish and that was going to be an extra $20! So I opted for just the gel polish. Sophia did my nails and hurt me several times while using the electric file. She cut some of skin and grinded my broken nail down so far its been sore for days. The only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1 is I do love the shape!

Brittany Morris I’ve been a customer for almost a year, and this place never disappoints. From the front office to the techs and everyone in between, the service is consistently excellent. Hailey is my go to nail tech — she’s kind, gentle, and incredibly talented, especially with her freehand art. Special shoutout to Joe for keeping everything running smoothly!

Tramaine Rogers The service is great and the technicians are very kind and friendly. I am pleased with my nails as well as the service. My daughter frequents this shop and highly recommend since I have had such bad experiences in the past. I live in Grand Prairie and drive to Fort Worth to go to this shop. I usually don’t get satisfactory work with dip due to not getting a tip but the technician knew just what to do and my nails are just right for me. Steven did an awesome job with my pedi and the leg message was BOMB… my nail tech was great as well very sweet and delicate with her hands..Love it here…

Ashley Fields First time here and had Julie and Katie… I got an upscale pedicure and a gel manicure and I love them they were very patient and didn’t rush. Will definitely be back

Amber Gorham I paid $120 tip included for a gel manicure and gel pedicure that came out bubbly and not smooth. The nail technicians were nice but I’m just not happy with the final product. This is my second time going to elegant nails and I’m not satisfied with what I got especially for that price.

Flor Perdomo I tried "Elegant Nails" due to convenience for close proximity. However, Im sadly dissatisfied and disappointed on the service provided by the nail tech. I went in for a dip nail service on natural nails and I even brought my own nail decals, which she ruined by putting on a clear coat that shriveled one of the decals. I understand that it being a Friday, the salon was pretty busy so I wanted to overlook the service, but when I saw and felt my nails I had to come write this review. The nail tech didnt offer me to wash my hands to remove the residue from the dip and top coat, she didnt add cuticle oil or lotion; but Im sure Id be more upset if she did since my hands were dirty. It just upsets me that she was in such a hurry to finish with me that she overlooked the customer service part of the business. The service was pretty messy from what Im used to and to top it off she left my nails really short, Ill admit they werent too long to begin with, but they now look like nubs. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves.

Carly Ward Stopped in on a whim & they were fabulous!! Alma did my nails (fabulous glitter ombre gel) & Tracy did my toes (basic pedicure with lots of attention to callus & nail care). The services were careful, fast, clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

Lauren Prieur I love Ziva Nails, I won’t go anywhere else in Fort Worth. Great downtown location. All the nail techs are fantastic. They also keep the matching colors of regular, dip, and gel polish together so you dont have to search for the match.

Megan Sharit My cuticle area was way over filed to the point of hurting and being somewhat visibly cut. I am non-confrontational, the people are kind enough, and the end result looked pretty okay, so I decided to just move on assuming it would be fine by morning. Today, day two, most of my cuticle areas are starting to scab and are slightly swollen and tender. They were definitely scraped up a lot worse than I realized yesterday evening. Some nails also already look a little grown out, because the paint didnt even go all the way to the base of the nail space that was created with said filing. Disappointing for how difficult it was to park etc, and Im a bit sad that something meant as a relaxing treat ended up being a painful experience (that doesnt even look the best due to the scrapes and inconsistent polish).

Whitney Hernandez The salon itself and all the people in it are so friendly and welcoming! Alice did my nails and did a good job and made an extra effort to do the design I wanted. She showed me my nails after each step and made sure they were good and to my liking which was nice because sometimes I don’t speak up. My only complaint is that they need to invest in a better dipping powder. I came here when they first opened and I remember now why I left, the powder does not last long at all. I could see the powder cracking under the gloss a week after I got them done

Lauren Jopling They really do a great job here. I’ve gone to Villa nail salon At Clearfork for the last year and I just always know I’m going to be taken care of. Their managers are great and respect appointments and walk-ins alike and achieve that balance of attending to everyone fairly. On top of that, it’s always nice to have a glass of white wine and nail stylists/technicians never seem stressed or rushed and take pride in their work, as they should. Ive only ever had wonderful appointments here and highly recommend!

Angie Moore This place is amazing. I drive over an hour to get there, that’s how much I love it! I pass by at least 100 nail salons to get there. Very clean, everyone is kind, friendly, gentle and great at what they do. Lily is the best nail tech I have ever had, but everyone is great!

Tina McCoy I’ve been going to Villa Nails for about seven months. I went a couple times before I met Rachel, she is an absolute perfectionist artist of nails. I just got home from there. She did my Halloween and my Christmas nails. Every time I get my nails done by her I get many many compliments. I read some reviews where people are not happy. I recommend Rachel for your nails. You will love her and I recommend Will for a pedicure he is a perfectionist as well. They make me feel very happy when I leave there. I also love to get my Diet Dr. Pepper there as I’m getting my nails and pedicure. They’re all great people. I got my Christmas nails to match my gingerbread decor in my house . I didn’t want to go too bright because I wanted my nails to match my clothes. I love them. Buttt my Halloween ones were so colorful and fun. I’ll definitely will be seeing Rachel and Will right after Christmas…

Maria Hernandez Kate has amazing customer service. For me it’s important to have interaction with us customers and she does that very well. I’m a massage therapist and unfortunately can’t have long nails but Kate can execute her nail art perfectly on my little nails. Thank you Kate for your hard work! Will be back soon! Also the place is neat and clean. Which is a huge plus!

Onéreux Extensions I had an excellent experience! I highly recommend asking for Kodie; he did a phenomenal job. He offered me a complimentary drink and even added a heated towel towards the end of my service. He was very nice, and I believe he deserves a raise for his outstanding customer service!

Nataka Neely Kate is THE best nail tech I have ever had! She is so personable and will keep a conversation going. Anything you want done she will make it happen without hesitation!! She is friendly, loving and makes sure that you are well taken care of. And Ki who works the front is so funny and will make sure you are satisfied during your whole service. Overall great customer service, friendly and comfortable environment. If you need your nails done ask for Kate and Ki will make sure you are not disappointed

Nicole Pinkerton Cache Nail Lounge is great! It’s always very clean and the staff are really nice. The nail techs pay close attention to detail and my nails always last without lifting. My experience today was the best so far! If you go make sure to ask for Violet. She helped me pick a design and frequently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the length and shape. All of my nails are even and straight. This is my favorite set yet!

Ashley Pompa I would give Cache Nails 4 stars. The service is really nice and they did a great job doing dip nails. They had a lot of colors to choose from and the prices were good. However, my friend got dip as well and one of the ladies got a bit angry that my friend wanted to keep cutting down the size to have a short nail. Overall, I would recommend this place and I really enjoyed it.❤️ It also did not take long to get them done.
