Skylar Montgomery If I could put 0 stars on here, I would. I’ve never had a bad experience anywhere, until now. Paid $178 and after a couple days they were popping off and ended up taking them all off bc I wasn’t going to a wedding with four nails missing. I called to see if they can do them again and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. Not to mention they are ENTIRELY way too rude for absolutely no reason.

Valentine Melanie (MelanieValentine) I am never going back to this shop. PThe nail tech I had knew she was cutting open my cuticles and did not care that she was doing so. When I told her she was hurting me, she had the nerve to run the electric file over her own fingernail and tell me "see, that doesnt hurt." I am not sensitive to pain, and when the first nick happened, I said nothing. I thought "accidents happen, let me give her some grace." Then though, it kept happening, so I politely told her that it hurt. I have an autoimmune disorder. Cutting open my cuticles could have lead to me getting sick or worse. She had no way of knowing that, but even if I were a person with a functioning immune system, nobody should deserves to get their cuticles cut open, and then be made fun of for it. What in the sadistic heck is the matter with this tech!? She also, multiple times, kept saying very, very derogatory things about the shape, length, and color of my nails to one of the other nail techs in her native language. Although Im not fluent, I knew exactly what was said. I will not repeat what she said about my design choice, but you can use your imagination here. She even said these awful things when ringing up my nails. My fiance is fluent in that language and did tell her that her comments were 100% not okay. Separately, I have no idea why she didnt file my nails to be less thick, nor why she left so much acrylic under my nails. When it came to my pedicure, I at first asked for only regular polish, but I thought I also wanted the exfoliating scrub as well. After the way that she mangled my cuticles, I was not taking my chances. She at first quoted my pedicure at $30. Then, later on into working on my manicure, she told me that I should get shellac or gel instead. I caved because I realized I was never coming back to this shop, but shellac would last longer. What bothered me was, even though it eventually told her that I was pressed for time and didnt want the exfoliating scrub anymore, she did not reduce the price of my pedicure either. It was less about the cost and more about the principle of the matter. Less service anywhere else wouldve meant a reduction in cost. Oddly enough, my pedicure was a good experience. She used a fresh set of files on my toes, and she didnt hurt my feet at all. The only saving grace of my experience was the man who did the design portion of my manicure. He was patient and kind, and took a painstaking amount of time to do complete the design. Shout out to that guy. Additionally, the nail tech who did my manicure and pedicure also used pre-used, disposable nail files on my finger nails. All in all, $150 later from my fiances pocket to get my cuticles injured, degradation directed towards me just for wanting long, red, pretty nails, and it taking three hours? Never the heck again. Save your money. I see why the nail shop towards the main entrance was packed and this one was just normally occupied.

Georgina De La Garza I called to see if she wa open since the previous time She was open but she told me she had shut down for the day. I walked in no other customers so she was able to tend to me immediately. I have very detailed nails and I just wanted them to be filed down in a coffin shape and polished. She opened conversation with..” I don’t do that type of work” I did not ask for what I already had because there is not a place in Beaumont Tx that does sculpted nails for staters. She seemed to warm up to me towards the end but I will say she tried her best to accommodate to me except for the fact that the shellac dropped and she didn’t clean it so my left hand had little balls of polish on the very tip which today Sunday peeled off. Nice lady depending on what u like but the work was okay.

Heather My boyfriend and I came today to get pedicures and my nails filled. First off, we waited over 30 minutes before anyone came to put water in the soaking tub. Then we waited another 30 minutes before they started working on our feet. I asked for simple French tip and the white lines are crooked and my toe nails themselves werent cut straight. Then when the lady started on my nails she said they didnt have a pink acrylic to match what I had on my pink and white finger nails (which were matte and I told the lady I wanted them matte again). Another worker found an acrylic close enough to my original color. She never took off the old top coat, never filled the white acrylic, and never cleaned under my nails. She just put some new pink in the gap, filed my nails crooked and put a gloss coat over them and sent me on my way. My nails look disgusting because of the old matte top coat still showing through not to mention filed all kinds of weird. I will never be going back again.

Twyla D Do not go here on Saturday mornings. They rarely open on time. Then when they finally open there is only one or two employees there to service the line of customers that have been waiting. Other employees straggle in about 30 to 40 minutes later. They then rush on your service with an attitude because they are now late and back up with customers. This causes them to compromise the quality of your service. My French nails were terribly done . The employee used a pink powder to fill the acrylic but painted completely over the white tip with the powder causing the ending result to look like my French white tip was old or stained with a pink residue. The nails completely lifted within a week . I tried this nail salon months back prior to this visit and my full set popped off like press one about 8 days after getting them done.

Tishell M nails didnt even last 2 days. service was good but i got acrylics (simple design) paid $80 which is crazy. the next day a nail came off( didnt feel it,wasnt doing heavy labor) the next day two more come off. i went it asking for the 3 to get fixed they fixed them no charge THE SAME NIGHT THE ONES THEY RE DID FELL OFF. it’s definitely the product. just moved here from houston and my nails then would last over 2 weeks. paying $80 for some nails that fall off the next day is a scam.

Jacey Bomb It was the worse experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was the worse. I asked the worker to simply add a couple coats to make it darker and she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and that she didn’t have time and walked away to do another customers nails. Also I had two people polishing my nails. I spoke with the owner and told her about the situation and she said she would redo them for me and I told her since it was a problem getting the polish darker I would get a different color, she said that was fine. Then the owner told me I’d have to wait in line again not to mention I had already waited for an hour just to get this poor job done in the first place. So I told her I couldn’t wait I’d just come back the next day which was perfectly fine with her. I came back the next morning and the owner said that all of a sudden I would have to pay to change the color I told her I would pay because they kept acting like it was a problem to get the polish I had already on my nails darker but I ended up leaving the salon and went bought nail polish remover and polish and did my own nails. Their attitudes were horrible as if I had done them wrong. Not to mention I was given a price over the phone then when I came in and asked again to be sure they boosted up the prices on me. That is sad that I had to deal with such horrible attitudes and had to do my own nails after I paid to get them done “professionally”, I will NEVER go back to them or recommend anyone to them EVER again in my life.

Lori Collins I needed a new nailshop being new to this area and Ive found it! Joseph did an amazing job on my pedicure and I definitely recommend him and this place. I will definitely be coming back! Timing was very good and the nailshop was very clean and relaxing.

Dee Dee My first and LAST time visiting this nail salon. The lady who did my toe nails did a sloppy job. I could’ve just painted them myself. My pedicure was not relaxing at all. She rushed through the entire thing and just basically threw the polish on. Very upsetting.

Dog Girl As a former employee I know the business practices of the owner and staff. They use quality products, adhere to the sanitation requirements to ensure sanitary, safe and top quality services are performed on every client every time they patronize the business at every location. Over 15 successful yrs in business doing the right thing. Hands down the best in the area!!

VaLyssia Ive been here once and it was quite tiny inside but I loved my nails...Ms. Tu talked to me the whole time and said she wouldnt make my nails too pointy on the ends so I wouldnt scratch her little baby (my daughter). They get pretty crowded after a certain time so you gotta get there early, theyre hot commodity. Overall I loved it.

Tonii Diva Renee They dont do what you ask them to. I asked for clear tips she put what she wanted to put and said she couldnt do the clear tips.i will never go back there. If you want up to date nail art do not go there because you will be disappointed.

Tina Weindel (Review 3 years ago)The only place I trust for a pedicure. I drive 30 miles to come here. You can have a water, soda, or wine while your there. They have brand new massage chairs that you sit in for your pedicure. Update : 5/5/2021 ...still an awesome place. It has been a year since I had a pedicure. The lady did a wonderful job on my feet. Very relaxing.

Tonya Threadgill I went there one day over a year ago and I got a pedicure and even tho it was ok it wasnt the mind I wanted. They also didnt scrub my feet long enough. The man who worked on my feet was very rude and acted like I had spit in his face when I was nothing but polite. I gsve a decent tip even though I shouldnt have since they did a dreadful job on my feet. All I can say is I will not return

Amanda Ford The worse place I’ve ever been to for nails. I was supposed to get glitter acrylic coffin shaped nails and I got glitter polish full set different shapes and lengths for $40 they look nothing like pic I showed them. They were so thick on the ends It looked horrible and was hard to shape or do anything with them. When I told them I was unhappy they did not offer to lower the price or anything other than me sit even longer to redo them. We got there at 2 and didn’t get out until almost 7 and she wanted me to sit longer.! I took my 3 girls for ones birthday so we could have a relaxing spa day and I even told them that and all the did was put some polish on the girls and might I add ALL DESIGNS INCLUDING LINES ARE HORRIBLE. they didn’t even wash the dirt out from under their nails, no manicure, no nothing. I could of done a better job at home for free. The girls were sad and I was pissed I spent $60 for ugly nails we had to live with and I still had to go home and redo the girls nails because they hated them.

Emilee Whitman I had such a good experience today, she didn’t get me in, until 7 but the lady was so understanding she didn’t even care that she was still doing my manicure, after closing but never the less she did amazing she was so gentle and sweet best employee, go see haylee when you come!

Jennie Strader I was very impressed. We moved two years ago and my regular nail lady is 100+ miles away, sadly. I have searched & searched for someone that could do my nails adequately. Crystal is that girl! It was a bit of a wait but I didn’t have an appt so that’s on me. What I wanted done she admitted that she didn’t know how to do that…I appreciate that because most people will say “yes”, then they look all jacked up in the end. I am very pleased with Crystal and would recommend this shop and her if your looking for a nail salon.

Kenna Lynne They were very professional and kind. Thanks to the man that did my nail set he was very good and kind. Definitely highly recommended if you’re looking for a good place to get your nails done this is definitely it! Prices are super reasonable and fair.

Holly Clark I was lucky enough that I called and they had a tech available. My tech ended up being the owner! What a great experience. He was awesome! Best set of nails I have ever had and in the quickest time frame. Truly a master at his craft! Thank you!

Fatima Guzman I absolutely LOVE this place they took time with my nails & sisters, this is the first time I actually love my set and well worth the price, DIDNT drill my cuticle and were very Attentive to every detail. Everyone is nice & friendly , will definitely be my go to all the time for acrylics or any other service needed that they offer!

Sky Smith I wanted medium size French tip, the nails were very very big and fat. The nails were on top of my cuticle it was a hot mess, when I told the lady I didn’t like them she was rude and told me I wasted 2 hours of her time. They need to shut down . Horrible horrible horrible work

Yola Yola Ive been going to Lynn for over 8years and usually the service is pretty decent, but this time will be my last for a pedicure after cutting my skin with them clippers, drew blood and causing an infection. When I told her about the infection she didnt bother to apologize or anything so that tells me a lot on how she feels about her long time customers. Ive recently visited other establishments for a pedicure which are much more cleaner, people are friendly, nice and receive more services for the same price.

jerrica jarreau The guy does pretty decent nails, however the ladies cant even do something so simple as polishing nails correctly. The skills and training are obviously very mediocre! I had to come home to finish drying my nails because the Iady put so many unnecessary coats and kept messing up on them..I sat longer to dry my nails and was rushed out but it wasnt my fault my nails were taking so long to dry...Ive also had a pedicure there before and that sucked too(just being honest) I made my last visit there today

Gale Nash I used to be a regular client here when l lived here and couldnt wait to go here when I came to visit. This time I was very disappointed. I paid $45 for my individual lashes and woke up the next morning and they had came off like strips and Angel the owner wanted to charge me half price to redo and $10 if l had my own, which l dont think is right. Now my nails the stickers didnt stay on and that was $55 wasted. Im very disappointed in the service and will not be returning. I work hard for my money and cant just throw it away. God Bless Your Business but l cant return again

Tamara sauberan I just within 2 minutes ago place to call I havent had my nails done in 10 years I was looking to spend some money and actually get my nails done correctly get a manicure get a pedicure and it says on the Google page that theyre open till 6 when I contacted the young lady I was unceremonious informed very quickly that she was leaving and she cannot accommodate me thats fine I work with customers service I work 60 hours a week first of all can you please be a little nicer to a customer thats going to pay a lot of money since I havent had these Services done for me in a long time second of all secondly you need to update your hours of operation on Google because youre losing money because of that plus whoever I spoke to when I just called with root and lets not forget the fact that you were rude when I called you you could have made $300 today sister you chose to be rude thats okay you have a nice day I would have even paid you for your extra time if you needed to stay late but apparently you dont close till 6 and you just lied to me on the phone and told me you closed now and youre leaving so bad business I wouldnt do business with these people at all and thank you youre dismissed and have a nice day pathetic you need to learn how to run a business lady
