Ashanti Wilson I’ve been here a few times and it’s always a hit or a miss. The lady who did my pedicure was very kind and very attentive…The lady who did my full set, did a horrible job, She took a very long time( close to 2hrs) to do my nails and could not draw lines correctly(had to be assisted by another employee), I do not like my Nails. The only reason I left was because I was extremely tired from the service taking so long and I had a flight to catch directly after. Overall I was charged $125 for a full set (see below) and a (basic)gel pedicure. The shape is supposed to be square but came out horribly. I am Very disappointed with the service and feel like I’ve been robbed.

Angie Lee Amazing job on my pedicure, took time and attention and care and loved the massage with scrub. Tropical pedicure was my choice and well worth it, everything came out looking perfect. Inside is clean and quiet and peaceful. Tips on nails were a little too uneven

Ruby Gilchrist Me and my sister in law came in to get our nails done bc our normal place was fully booked the man who did my nails didn’t say a word to me the whole appointment I asked for acrylic and got dip instead and I asked for a certain color and instead of telling me that they didn’t have that one anymore he picked a color for me and he brought me powder and asked if it was ok and I only get my nails done like 1-2 a year so when you bring powder to me it looks different then when it’s on nails and I said something and so when I said something he got mad at me bc it wasn’t even close to the color I asked for and he DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING on the drill he was burning my nails the lady that did my sister in laws nails did an amazing job and everyone keep apologizing to me for him ( I picked out a sparkly red and I got a orange)

Jennifer Parra I decided to try this place out since its a few min by my house, i arrived at 9:10 am and got helped at 9:15, pretty fast which is excellent for me. Nicki did my pedicure, really nice and courteous nail tech , so definitely recommend her. She worked on my feet in a timely manner and was gentle. I got dip on my nails with a lady named Be, really quite and focused on her work, which I liked, I’m not big on conversating so I didn’t mind her being so quite, I honestly don’t like spending too much time at the nail salon. I’ll be back on my nails review tho, to see how long they last and if Be did a good job. I definitely recommend this place….i will be back and make a 2nd review. 11-4-22 I went in again for a full set of solar nails,,, Nicky was my nail tech again,,.her work is beautiful… loved my nails,,, my pedicure was done by another girl but didn’t get her name, she was in a rush and wasn’t really putting much effort on my pedi,,,

Tosha Hopkins Worst Pedicure Ive ever had today. Ive been going here for over a year and always have come out with my toes looking great. Mind you that I do have difficult nails but they have always made them look good but today I was pissed at how sloppy and ugly they came out looking and him trying to tell me thats the best he could do with how my nails are but nobody else has ever had an issue.

Phong Bui I had a fantastic experience at Q Nails! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always attentive to every detail. The salon is clean, welcoming, and provides a relaxing atmosphere. The nail services are top-notch, with great attention to detail and quality. I especially love how they help choose the perfect colors and designs to match my style. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent nail care

Shelly Downey The best nail place in town! Ive been going here since 1997. Joseph does my nails and Leigh does my feet. They are like family to me and I love them and they way they always do such a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

Terry King Joseph does an amazing job of making my nails the way I want them. Hes efficient, fast, and my manicure lasts a long time even though Im rough on it.

Candy Trinidad The manicurist stated 50.00 for all with nails with designs and in the end she only did 6 nails with designs and left the nails very thick. The pedicurist told me 13.00 for toenail color change; but, when my sister told them I was a Fnp, they increased the price to 18.00! Then he tried to hurry us out of the salon.

Tina Franklin I went there for the first time last week. I was quoted $35.00 for an acrylic set. She made my nails way too long and the base was too thick. I ended up having to pay $55.00 for nails that I hate, so disappointing! I had to cut them down twice and they still look terrible. A refund or perhaps what I really wanted would have sufficed. That’ll never happen so I’ll go elsewhere.

Sandra Greeno He did an awesome job on my nails. He was able to remove the artificial tips & dip with NO damage to my real nail. New dip and out I went. Didnt take long at all & the price was better than I usually pay elsewhere. I will be back!

Kara Kennedy-Zarate I took my daughter to get our nails done and this place is usually up to par with their service. My nail technician was awesome, however, my daughter left crying because her nails looked awful. We went straight to another salon after leaving here to get them fixed. I was charged $75.00 for her nails and she couldnt even take her hands out of her pocket because they were hideous.

Cory Houchins Today was my first experience at Neo Nails, and I was blown away at what a great experience it was! Everyone there was genuinely friendly, my pedicure was amazing and the customer service is amazing! They even walk you out the door. I will definitely return to Neo Nails. Thank you so much!

Chaya Leibo The worst place I’ve ever been to. While doing my nails, they were also doing eyebrows for multiple people at the same time. They injured my skin, and at the end, they tried to charge me double the price. When I refused to pay the inflated price, they removed the nails I just had done. Absolutely not recommended! There are plenty of better places in the city. Don’t go there.

Cheyenne Reyna I went to get my nails done yesterday! Definitely had the best experience ever. Everyone was super sweet & helped me to get the finishing look I was going for all along. I’ve never gotten glow in the dark nails! I’ve waited to get a good glow in the dark picture. Is why I am a day late on posting. Thannnnk you to Mrs Mary & Sarah & the guy who did my toes. Definitely loved it, and will be returning!

Luis Ordaz The guy that did my girlfriends nails was very rude and combative the whole time. He didnt fallow her request for short nails and he left them all crooked. My girlfriend was on the verge of tears the whole time because he was being so rude. I will never be taking her there again.

Jennifer Quintana The stars were from 2 years ago but recently 2023 I went again, and the service was amazing again. Loan and Tamic were excellent nail techs! Tamic did my pedi, and Loan did my nails. I have one toe that got smashed, she made it look pretty. They took great care with my nails, and I love the end results. I will be back.

Monica Rodriguez I’m regretting going to this place, yesterday I paid $100 for the worst “semi-pedicure” because: first my nails weren’t clipped properly, my feet beber were sanded, the lady cut my big toe and I was bleeding she never apologized not worth it. Second supposely I was to get a manicure with a dip, the owner just made the dip and never started a proper manicure, I wonder I was the only costumer in a Saturday morning…. Super bad experience, nothing personal just putting out my own experience.

Nick&Lexi I was a little sceptical about going to this place because of the reviews but I’m so glad I gave O.P. nails a try. Hannah did such an amazing job on my nails, she listened to my requests, payed extra attention to detail and was informative on how I could strengthen my nails. While I was there it seemed like Nancy was also highly recommended for services. Great job O.P. nails, I will be a return customer.

Porsche Campbell Not even two days after getting my nails done, they started to chip. When I came back to get them fixed, the gentleman who assisted me was rude and kept trying to just file the chips away as opposed to just fixing them. Initial service was horrible as the first tech cut me with the drill and scratched me with her nails and the follow up was worse.

Machelle Bates I started coming to princess nails just over a year ago when we moved to town. I absolutely love Ryan and Cindy. They are amazing people. With just the two of them they work off appointments and I love that theres no waiting when I get there. I would say the majority of their clients are 40 and above and they cater to them like they were the only people in there when its their appointment time. When youre through with your appointment, Cindy goes and opens the door for you and if its windy she even goes out to your car door and help you in your car! They definitely go above and beyond service! I highly recommend checking them out if you want to feel welcomed, able to carry on a conversation, and valued as a client!!

Im shocked in reading the few negative reviews on here; even the one that isnt a complete thought. To Ryan and Cindy: Keep doing things the way you do them. Unfortunately there are people out to get something for nothing or cant be pleased. It is the price of serving the public, but KNOW THIS...you guys are outstanding. Thank you for taking care of me all these years. YOU ARE A BLESSING!!! I like everything about Princess Nails!! I have been going to this nail salon for 7 years. I love Ryan and Cindy and the way they have taken care of me. Up till 7 years ago, other salons would stop caring for me once I started to become a "regular". Ryan and Cindy have never done that, quite the opposite. They value me as a customer and never fail to tell me that they do. They know my name and they give me the same excellent quality work and friendly service every single time and if something isnt quite right, they care enough to fix it. It is a very comfortable and clean salon. I always feel safe and pampered. There is so much more good I could say about this place. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to go for a special day or just for your regular self-care needs. They are THE BEST!!!

Linda Worst pedicure ever! Dont waste your money No nail trim, file. Painted like a beginner.

Amber Kolb The picture is about a few days later or regular polish. They were acceptionaly kind, helpful, and gentle! Myself and two others went and they made sure to keep us together. The shop is extremely clean, they are very patient, and they make sure you love the experience and your polish!

Sierragh Villarreal I’ve been going for years. Service is consistent. As soon as you walk in, you’re greeted. They get you in with appropriate speed. Their work isn’t rushed but they are experienced so, they do move quickly. I went in this last time with my youngest. She is only ten months old. I normally don’t but as you know is moms have to do what we need to do to keep ourselves maintained. They worked on my feet and nails diligently. They didn’t seem annoyed and actually assisted me with grabbing my daughter bottle. If you want great work and to feel cared about as a customer this is the salon for you. Kylie Israel Went in yesterday I got acrylic nails. For one, I picked a light pastel purple, and the color my nails turned out was a dark purple that I’m not too fond of. I should have spoken up about the color... So that’s my fault, but I still don’t Understand why the color was wrong to begin with.The women that did my nails was very rough, not friendly. And didn’t seem to know what she was doing, she had to take my polish off to re do it several times, and rushed through my nails. This afternoon I barely bumped my acrylic nail and it BROKE. I’m going back tomorrow to get it fixed, but after tomorrow I don’t think I will be going back.

Pat James I have been to several Nail spas in Amarillo. This spa by far exceeds my expectations every time I go there. Their pricing is excellent and if you aren’t satisfied, they go out of their way to make it right. If you only go there for a wax one time, they don’t raise the price to something ridiculous like some spas do. Whatever service you get is the same price their regular customers pay. I drive all the way across town to have my nails done at Essence. All of their nail techs are good at what they do and the premises are cleaner than any other. I highly recommend Essence to everyone.

Brianna Valdez I came in just asking for a manicure with no nail polish. I sat down and the lady got started on my nails. I had asked her how her day was and she completely ignored me. It took her 5 minutes to do this and my nails are not shaped up at all. My pinkie nails is very jagged. This was 20 dollars and I’m very disappointed. The lady who did my nails was very rude, and rushed through something that should have been very simple. Never again.

Jaqueline Chacon Went in on Thursday of last week, asked for a simple dip set. The nail tech was putting the tips on sloppy and sticking up (just trying to finish fast) I asked her to fix the tips since they weren’t even sticking on to my nail. They were sticking up! She said they will stay on fine and fixed one and did Acrylic. They looked okay besides them sticking up. It’s Tuesday of the next week and WATER AND FOOD IS GETTING STUCK BETWEEN MY NAIL AND THE NAIL TIPS. Went to get them taken off so I dont get a fungal infection and they charged me $10 more to get them off on top of the $60 last week?! To top it off I got the same lady and she didn’t even try to take it off right. Needless to say I won’t be back and you shouldn’t go.
