MICHELLE HOBSON I would like to share my experience with a particular company and its owner, which I believe is important for potential customers to consider. I purchased a service package but became dissatisfied due to inconsistent pricing and ongoing changes. Consequently, I decided to cancel my services and request a refund.
Unfortunately, the owner refused to provide any credit or reimbursement for the $500 I had already paid. They stated that the company does not issue refunds or credits; however, I found that their terms and conditions do not specify this policy, nor did I sign any agreement that would obligate me to those terms.
I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times, both with the owner and my bank, but to no avail. It is concerning that the employees providing the services may not be licensed by the state of Texas. I plan to continue my dispute and will be filing for small claims while also reporting this matter to the Texas Cosmetology Board. It is crucial for consumers to do their due diligence when engaging with this company.

Tiffany Petersen I asked for light brown and she convinced me natural brown would be better. I was thinking it must be a warmer brown than light brown or something? But it is way too dark for me as a have light blonde hair. She tried to lighten it but it didn’t do anything. I’ll just have to wash them like 20 times to try to fade them some.

Sejal Christian This was an absolutely horrible experience. The staff is unprofessional and downright rude. The waxing technician was disrespectful from the start, making unnecessary and condescending comments. In the middle of the service, she had the audacity to ask if I knew the prices so I "wouldn’t be surprised later"—implying that I might cause a scene. When I asked why she said that, she responded in an insulting way, assuming I couldn’t afford it. To make matters worse, she didn’t even do the job properly, leaving parts of my arms unwaxed while making excuses and acting irritated. I’ve been to this salon multiple times before and have always tipped generously, but after this disgraceful treatment, I will never be coming back.
