French nails by Lindsey on 11/14/24. Showed a pic to Lindsey of what I wanted for my toes and indeed, she did it! I also did my daughter’s French tip, matching me with Lindsey. I have not been happier to be at a nail salon. Every where I went, I as told my nails were too small and they couldn’t do French tip, well “tada” Lindsey made it possible! So happy and very pleased with this salon in general. Would definitely recommend 100+ percent!

Priscilla Renee I had the privilege of being serviced by Ty and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. I really appreciated her showing me actual samples of the color on a paper towel first because what I originally chose was not what I wanted. She chose a color that was exactly what I was looking for. She also waxed my eyebrows and did an amazing job. Everything about this salon is 100!!!

Spongeiac This was my 1st time here, and it was an amazing experience! Daisy was super sweet and patient with me, and they have a very good selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks that are free! I will definitely be returning for future services!!:) Update: Im removing 2 stars from my original review due to poor service from Fong! I got my nails done on 1-17-25, and not even a week later, they were lifting. I went back to get her to repair the two that were bad, but all she did was give me some glue, which didnt help at all. I ended up going to another nail shop that redid my nails perfectly, and they will continue to receive my business from now, and unfortunately, I wont be returning for future services anymore!

She is always up on the new nails trends and designs and everything that I have ever showed her I wanted on my nails she was able to execute with no issue. Ann Le Came in to get a pedicure and my nails done and I was so happy with how my nails turned out and how long they lasted! (Over a month) The place is really clean and very well maintained! Everyone is super friendly and paid close attention to details when working with my nails. My nail tech was Tammy and 10/10 would recommend her!

Kieu Pham I had such a great experience coming here. I’ve come here a couple times now and each time I do, everyone is always so kind and welcoming. I got to work with Tammy who specializes with long nails and she does the most amazing shaping and designs. I told her exactly how I like things and the couldn’t have exceeded my expectations even more that she did! She’s so fun to chat with and really knows what she’s doing. I’ve gotten to work with Tina and Annie for my pedis and they make the experience relaxing for me and I always leave with the cutest feet! Definitely give the place a try, it’s worth it.

Alexandria Calvin Very nice peaceful nail salon. I went in for a pedicure and was helped immediately by a gentleman. They did not pressure me into doing anything other than what I asked for. I got the deluxe milk and honey and I could have melted away. The massage was long and much needed. They offer you a beverage of any kind, and the cocktail was amazing. This guy took his time and I didnt feel rushed. I will definitely be getting my pedicures here from now on. If I find his name i will update this review.

Angel Of Darkness I came here to get gel nails and wanted ONE single color but when I asked if they did designs my nail tech who was a guy walked away and talked to this other guy then that guy came over with 2 bottles of nail polish and put a damn American flag on my nails like i didnt even ask for that. I shouldve pulled my hand away but I was simply confused I was just wondering if they did designs I wasnt asking for one.

Angela Strong The service is always great, and the business is always clean and up to date. The staff is always friendly, and I like the beverage offerings. I typically get gel pedicures, gel sets, and brows waxed. My favorites are Tina, Tu, and Song!

Brandy Shelton Wouldve gave no stars if it let me. Dont go here. This is not first time I was not satisfied with service or friendliness of person doing my nails. I will not be giving them anymore chances. This time not even 24 hours a nail a dipped nail literally just fell off. The paint and the tip. I have never had this happen before. Now its been 48 hours an another nail has cracked. The lady who did my nails didnt speak hardly give words to me. Which is fine but at least take your time and do your job correctly. When I came in to get first nail fixed I explained what happened and they fixed it for free and apologized after telling me to be careful. My nails didnt break it literally the tip fell off like wasnt properly glued on nor dipped correctly. I work hard for my money and my time is valuable. She should take more pride in her work.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest welcome by Alyanah, the receptionist, who was not only professional but made me feel at home instantly. The whole team is a prime example of what teamwork and great customer service should be—everyone was so kind, humble, and generous. A special thank you to Kayla, who did an amazing job on my nails! I was truly impressed by the patience she had throughout the entire process. I trusted her completely, and she not only came up with a great idea for my nails but also chose the perfect design. Her creativity and attention to detail made my nails look amazing! I also want to give a big shout-out to Hannah, the manager, for being an outstanding team leader. Lauren Davis There are a lot of nail salons in Waxahachie, but in my opinion this one is the best! I’ve been coming here off and on for a few years and tried all the other salons in town. This has become my usual spot now. They do such a great job and everyone is so friendly.

Valerie Cruz I have been to multiple salons in Waxahachie. This one wins. VERY DETAIL ORIENTED. They are precise, fast, accommodating, and very knowledgeable with their craft. I always leave very satisfied with my shape and color. My nails are never too thick or wide, but just right. Book with them.

Alexus Mauldin This was literally one of the worst experiences I have had at a nail salon. And I would like to point out I was the only customer in there when all of this happened! Until later on when 1 person came in. They made me bleed because she didnt push down the side of my finger when filing TWICE, tried to convince me not to do the design I wanted on my toes for like 10 minutes, then tried to throw money in my face saying "your nails are already costing this much are you sure you want to spend this extra amount for this design? It will be $81" I told them yes i want it. So basically they just didnt want to do it. Then I told them I still wanted the metallic on my finger nails after asking me 3 times and they didnt put that, I told them I wanted a manicure and pedicure and they only gave me a pedicure, I paid $171 thinking I was getting both and apparently that was just for a pedicure and nails. I prepaid because I had to leave in the middle of it to get my kids. Which means I spent $90 on my nails alone WITHOUT A MANICURE when I told them I wanted a manicure and $81 for my feet. I asked after she was done with my nails did I not pay for a manicure earlier and she said no. So I just said ok and left.Then my daughter wanted two different color reds and the lady told her they are the same and to pick one and so she did. But my daughter didnt understand because she is 6 and thought she was still getting both colors so afterwards she was upset because the lady didnt do both. Same color or not if Im paying you and she wants 2 different color reds, give the kid 2 different color reds. The guy that did my other daughters nails got hair all in her nails or part of the brush was coming off in her nails when he was painting them. And he was the same one who did my pedicure and the only thing that felt good on that was the scrub because he didnt put any pressure on my legs or anything when he was giving me a pedicure. I will never go back here again.

Buffie Price The ladies were very nice. I showed a picture of what I wanted and she made my nails look exactly like the picture. My nails are not thick and bulky. My pedicure was so relaxing, the message was amazing. She was very considerate that I had knee surgery not long ago and was gentle.

Tara Hafeez First time here! Had an appt and no wait!! I have used the same nail lady at another salon in Mansfield for over 5 years and was super nervous to try a new place and person! Ivy was amazing! She listened and asked what I like! My nails are perfect! Pedicure was awesome too! Prices are the same as anywhere else and worth it! I’ll definitely be back to see Ivy!!

LimitlessSpirit By far the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. The woman that did my pedicure did the worst job ever my feet feel like that did before I went in no improvement at all. Her and the woman did my daughters feet kept making remarks and giggling which made me very uncomfortable. They didnt offer us any drink, my seven year old daughter, whos been getting mani and pedi since she was three, even mentioned their lack of courtesy and customer service. My ten year old son was charged as an adult for service. I feel taken advantage of and unappreciated. I will NEVER go here again and will make sure all my associates know to stay away as well. Negative (-) 100 stars . When I say NEVER...this place needs to be shut down. Poor service

L MR Do not go here! Terrible customer service! The lady is so rude and refuses to refund you even after being inconvenienced from the sloppy polish job. Will never go here again and give them my $$ . Ill be writing BBB for refusing a discount. I dnt care if the pedicure job was done , it was a sloppy job that needed to be redone 3x! These people think they are special and entitled and dont need.to refunded. If the customer isnt happy and its a bad job, you shouldnt be paying for it! Doesnt matter how you did the job! This place needs to be shut down! Its suss anyways and nobody wears gloves.

Lenzie Crawford They were great. This is the first place I have had the option to do a scented pedicure since they had essential oil options available. My feet feel so soft and, they did a beautiful job. The lady who did my pedicure did not talk to me much. Im not much or a talker, so this was a lovely experience for me. They did a wax thing on my feet and used hot rocks on my legs. Wonderful place.

jess fisher So I went here the other day to get my nails done with my mom and I’m guessing the owner when we told her we were just gonna do regular nail polish and a manicure she got all pissy with us and was like wow OK and then because I did my nails different colors she charged five extra dollars which I’ve never had anybody do They didn’t even offer us complementary drinks because we only spent $20 a piece which is not right no matter how much I spend you should offer it if you have it and who’s to say I wasn’t testing them out to go back and spend more money but after my visit, I will not be going back there. This is my nails the day after, and all I did was change a few diapers. I didn’t do the dishes. I didn’t do anything strenuous to mess up my nails. They were bubbly and just outright bad. I would never recommend anybody to go here first nails, in Waxahachie is better than they are and I know they’re not the best. If you look close at the yellow nail there is 11 air bubbles in it and that’s just one finger

Duncan Plumbing I always get 5 star service and 5 star quality. This is the only place I can go where my gel or dip doesn’t chip in a few days. In fact, my nails typically grow off. People who have nothing better to do than post a 1 star review on an awesome business make me SICK! First of all- nails? That’s first world problems. Ignore that because these ladies are GREAT! Always a pleasant experience

jettapearll I came here to get my nails & my toes done for my reception... my toes look amazing but my nails are absolutely awful. I provided a picture of what I wanted & the woman to do them claimed to understand but unfortunately they look completely different. Every time I asked for her to make them shorter & thinner she would say okay and just ignore the action. I assume to charge for long nails. They’re super thick and the painted gel looks like a child did them(None of the lines are straight). I just feel like they look ghetto. At the end of it all I was just so overwhelmed with how terrible they were and with the lady not listening I just paid and left. Never will be coming back and definitely do not recommend.

Jennifer Langston BEWARE they enter their own tip when you pay! My mom and I went to this salon and had the rudest experience ever. My mom’s nails were finished before mine and she wanted to go ahead and pay for my nails and hers and they refused to let her pay before my nails were completed. Then after my nails were completed they allowed my mom to pay HOWEVER they entered their OWN tip amount. My mom brought this up and they practically yelled at her demanding a tip. My mom had no problem tipping but typically the customer is allowed to enter their own tip. Very rude staff.

Sherry Randle I must give my go to person in this shop Tao a big shout out. I’m very pleased with his service ALWAYS. Very cool down to earth guy with a lot of flava to his style. He knows his stuff. I’ve been so skeptical with dip because it may not always allow for that beautiful curve I look for in my nail bed and trust me many have disappointed me. I finally wanted to up my nail style using dip and Tao did not disappoint not once but twice. Check him out. Tell ‘em’ Sherry with the treacherous cuticles sent you lol. I love this shop. FYI he only does hands. Others services I’ve been pleased with is the full facial hair removal. Everyone has always been pleasant here.

Will H As a dude who gets just a basic manicure (no color, long nails or anything fancy) I just like to have my cuticles cleaned up and nails buffed. I have had this done 100s of times at many different places. Usually, they just rush through everywhere I’ve gone. The attention to detail, quality service and friendly atmosphere of this salon really impressed me. It is without a question the best manicure I have ever received, for real. The price was very very good!

Sandra Tango Paid $50 for a gel pedicure wasnt even worth it she didnt even Polish my toenails where they were shiny they were very dull.. Not to mention when I went back she had an attitude. Olivia Butler I have gone here for years and 9/10 times they have something rude to say. And there is always SOMETHING wrong with my nails and when I leave. Its normally nothing major so I will usually brush it off and hope for better next time. Yesterday I went and was charged $30 for nails that are almost all different lengths and shapes. The owner told me that she wasnt going to do my nails long because I have a baby and will "scratch her". None of her business in the first place but Ive gotten my nails done long since Ive had my baby and it has never been a problem. I cried when I left bc my nails are not pretty at all and everyone knows you want to feel beautiful when you leave the nail salon! I dont even care for my money back or to ever go back unless its to get these hideous nails off. Even then I dont feel like dealing with the owners snarky comments!
