Macayla Marie I highly recommend this salon! I decided to get my hair done on a whim one Saturday afternoon and called several places, but they were all booked. When I called this salon, they were also fully booked, but they were able to squeeze me in within 10 minutes of my call. Everyone was so welcoming and kind—from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the girl who washed my hair, and of course, Karri, who worked magic on my hair! Despite being squeezed in, I never felt rushed, and the entire experience was so enjoyable. It was truly a 10/10 experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service and amazing results!

jessie young Heard a lot of great things about Karen from a group of my girlfriends so I decided to go see her to get the chocolate brown I have been wanting, and she definitely lives up to the hype! Not only did I feel welcomed, she taught me new hair care and helped me to understand why I was having some of the hair issues I was having. She took extra time, even though I know it was after hours for her, she didn’t rush and make me feel like I was being intrusive. Absolutely recommend and will continue to book with her as well as send others to her! Ps… her personality as well… definitely is a huge reason why you should book with her :). Thank you Karen!

Marissa Stanfill I have refrained from leaving a negative review for Luxe for several months, but after today I decided that it is time to share my experience. My first visit was very pleasant with the exception of an extremely overpriced color appointment and ending with a color that I didn’t ask for. This has happened to me before though and I have never had any issues at previous salons booking an additional appointment the next week to adjust the color after living in it for a day or two. This is what I did after the copper brown that I requested came out vibrant purple/maroon in the sun. When I came to my follow up appointment, my stylist completely changed her attitude and was extremely rude to me and kept making comments such as “well this is what you asked for” and “so you didn’t actually want that then?” Even though it clearly was much more vibrant than what I’d asked for. I had no problems getting it adjusted, but the rude comments to clearly get what I had originally asked for when I spent $300 on a cut and color were completely unnecessary. I decided to just not return after that. This week, a new stylist at the salon called me and offered me “a free cut with color.” To which I said well yeah sounds great. Well of course when I show up, it was a free cut with color PURCHASE. This could have very well been a misunderstanding, but I swear the word “purchase” was never mentioned to me on the phone, which I think was either a bit predatory or a big error in communication on the salon’s fault. But no big deal, we decided on an all over gloss that would be cost effective for me. I asked for a gloss to match my root/natural color. It turned out way darker than what I asked for by several shades to the point where it’s almost black seen in the attached photos. The lighter is my 100% natural color and the darker is obviously what was just done at Luxe. The stylist proceeds to tell me that this is in fact my natural color and I’m just not in good lighting. The entire appointment consisted of what felt to me like gaslighting and honestly several backhanded comments. I just think this salon is way overpriced to be consistently dealt an attitude about my own hair and body that I live in every single day and I know best. Go somewhere else. I’m 31 years old and have had incredible stylists in the past that I don’t mind dealing out a bit more money for, but this place is not worth it. I’m tired of being gaslit by the stylists and having to argue my point to get what I want.

Faith Atkins - Meyer What a lovely salon with exceptional talent. Had a blowout with another hairdresser I had not used before, Monica! From the shampoo to her designing my blowout…she took her time and really cared! Walking out of the salon I felt like a million dollars. Compliments came my way all day. Thank you Monica. You are the best!

Arandani Amarasinghe Highly recommend this place. All the ladies do a good job. I did all my waxing, threading, hair trimming from this place before my wedding and also did my make up for the wedding from this place. They did a super job!

Kenzie Herring After getting my hair butchered at another salon two days prior, I saw Persia to correct/even out the cut. I was able to book same-day Christmas Eve which totally blew me away, and then I received probably the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was thorough and meticulous, which I so appreciated after getting an uneven cut. The owner of the salon overheard my story and threw in a free hair masque to help with the breakage from the other salon. Everyone was so kind, they even walked each client out with an umbrella in the rain. Thank you Persia and Matique! Will definitely be back! :)

Elissa Mancini Holly provides the highest level of service and professionalism. She cut my hair prior to a job interview *which i got!* and she just cut my hair prior to a major surgery. She is trustworthy and her staff is talented and kind.

Tan Can Unless you want an uneven haircut this is not place to be. I have been going to mary a few times typically she cuts too short. But this time she cut way too much off and she gave me uneven layers. Tried to gaslight me that I was "styling" it wrong. My haircut took 5 minutes (not in a good way). So if you want a sloppy job done head on over!

88i elisa Renee was super nice and kind throughout the entire facial experience . Having sensitive skin, I was bit worried but she took her time and understood what I needed. Her attention and personalized approach made me pretty comfortable. She is the best. Keep up the good work, Renee ❤️❤️

Lauren Tiffany and John make a great team! I just needed a ton of length taken off and was expecting a really basic cut. Tiffany suggested something called a butterfly cut, so I gave her free rein. Its the best cut Ive ever had! For the first time in decades, Im looking forward to styling my hair and wearing it down instead of clipping it up every day. She also took plenty of time to show me multiple ways I could style it. Its like she took one look at me and instantly knew what would look the most flattering...just gorgeous! Oh, and affordable too! Ive splurged on pricy cuts in the past and been underwhelmed. John gave the most relaxing shampoo Ive ever had. I wish I could afford to go in a couple times a week just for that! Lovely people and amazing service. Highly recommended! I wish Id found them years ago.

Thuthuy Carlson AFFORDABLE, friendly, family owned business for 24 years. Found Best Clips after reading several great reviews via the Next Door app. I have really fine hair and have gone to expensive places like Tangerine and Dear Clark that couldnt do anything with my fine hair until I went to Tiffany at Best Clips. Loved my haircut which gave it volume and life. Took both my boys (8 and 9) years old for their kids cut and Mr. John was AMAZING! We kept going to places like Pig Tails and Crew Cuts and Sharkeys but were aways disappointed with the quality of their cuts not to mention their pricing. Mr. John gave my boys FANTASTIC and stylish cuts. Cant wait to show these boys off at the hockey rink and at school!

cass I visited this Japanese hair salon and had an overall pleasant experience. The salon itself is very clean and inviting, which I really appreciated. The shampoo and scalp massage were especially relaxing and felt really luxurious. The hairdresser was very kind and professional, making the experience enjoyable. However, I did have one issue with the haircut. I asked for a wolf cut, but unfortunately, it was cut much shorter than I expected. Even after a year and a half of growth, my hair has only just reached the same length as it was when I first got it cut. While the price was very affordable for the service, I do wish they had paid a bit more attention to the length. Still, for the value and the friendly service, it was an okay experience overall.

Kristina I’ve been going to Arukas for over a year now and can honestly say I do not trust anyone else with my hair. Nana has taken such good care of me from day one. Shop is small but feels personable!! Nana gives me a head massage with essential oils and a small back massage too as part of the service.

Nike Im sure the guy is good at what he does but he didnt speak any English so It was difficult to have a simple conversation and no way to tell him what hair cut I want. My haircut turned out fine. I just wish they can have basic English to communicate. My visit was back in September 2023

Ive been twice already and I have to say this man works hard. He entertains at the same stays interested in you & STILL manages to get your hair done & make you feel so beautiful by the time you leave. His salon has a way to make you feel comfortable & sometimes his wife stops by & she is just as sweet & welcoming. If you want a great hair cut, color, treatment of any kind, blowout, whatever it is Bes is your hair guru! Oh men, he not only specializes in women Ive seen men walk out with huge smiles on their faces as they were looking in the mirror at their new cut/color. Run and make an appointment. You wont be disappointed!

I showed her a few ref photos of what I wanted and she was able to work with me to get what I imagined perfectly! The salon is cute too and everyone was friendly. Definitely recommend!

berny lozano NEVER go here i didnt get what i wanted maybe it was just the person who cut my hair (kaitlyn) but she left my hair so uneven and it didnt even look remotely what i had asked for in comparison to the picture. i wish i could get a refund ($60). i believe even i couldve cut my own hair better

Emily Wang In love with this hair salon! Not only are the hair stylists great, but the decor and atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Ive been here twice now - once with Claudia in August and then again in October with Ashley. Both were wonderful! They genuinely care about you and try their hardest to make you look your best. In addition, they share advice on what would look best for your hair as well as how to take care of your hair after treatment. Evidently, they always have your best interests in mind. To top it all off, theyre awesome conversationalists. As you can tell from the photos, they both did amazing jobs! I highly recommend The Hair Parlour, and Ill definitely be back!

Courtney T Miracle worker!! Sam was able to fix my hair disaster caused by another stylist. My damaged, over processed hair with a horrible haircut was made fresh and new by Sam. He spent time listening to my hair problems and came up with a plan including a 2 step color application since my hair is so damaged. He styled It so well and recommended products including items I already had at home! He was able to camouflage my roots until my hair is healthy enough in 2-3 weeks. I look and feel fantastic now!! He’s a genius!!

Javeria Ashraf Sam is amazing. I have been looking to get hair cut in layers for at least last 10 years but never found someone who can do such an amazing job. Sam spend plenty of time first to go over what his client wants and he would spend so much time to give u the results you want. I have been to his salon 3 times in just one month and i am so happy with my hair color and cut. BTW he is also gives you complimentary head massage!! He is the best. Wont be going to any other salon.
