Fatimah I came here for my first facial and it was a beautiful experience. Angelica was so kind, gentle, and educated. She really took her time, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all my questions. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and she loves what she does. She did a very thorough job and I truly appreciate her work. I highly recommend coming to her.

timeout for trains Amazing everytime. She only does appointments but its worth it. She takes her time which I like and always makes sure she is as accurate as the last. Dont be fooled. She is a licensed barber but is very much a mans barber. Excellent service and fantastic results. Highly recommend.

Angelica Zaragoza I have always had bad experiences when getting my haircut. No one ever cuts it right, so I guess you can say Im traumatized and havent had my hair cut in over a year. I took a chance and went to Marx Hair Salon and was amazed. I was so happy with my haircut. The owners are wonderful people. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I have found a place to finally get my haircut the right way. Thank you both.

Roy Saw I love when Patty cuts my hair. I kinda only like when she does it. Shes got years of experience under her belt. My only concern is that they dont follow their scheduled open hours. Theyre always closed in the early mornings or when its dark out, Even when its just 6 oclock.

Sonia I came here and was called to go sit in a chair to get my haircut. When I got to the chair the woman was telling me to have a seat, keep in mind there were chunks of hair from a previous client on the chair. I touched the chair and then she noticed the hair and said “would you like me to wipe it down” like um obviously I’m not sitting on that. That wasn’t even the worse part, when the hair was cleaned off she put the drape on me and it was covered in hair which after my visit was all over me and my clothes, a previous clients hair was on me because they do not clean nor disinfect after each visit absolutely not right. Then, the lady doing my hair kept spraying the water on my face when trying to get the side of my head and literally pulled my hair with a comb. Also, I went in just for a trim no more than an inch (A TRIM) and was charged $25 when typically it should be $10-15. Absolutely horrible experience here and the looks you get from the staff is so bad and they’re very judgmental with their facial expressions. Beautiful salon but horrible service and never will I recommend this place! Please go somewhere else, trust me you do not want to come here!!!!

Lisa Rivas Duane always does a great job on my hair cuts and colors. Everyone is super friendly. You should give them a try.

Diana Chenevert Rebecca is a wonderful hairstylist. I have wavy hair and she knows just how to cut it. When I used to color it she did a great job. I now have salt and pepper and she knows how to style it as well.

Regina Perry Beckydoeshair just recently moved in, and I have been one of her clients for many years. She is absolutely amazing! I love her new space… she decorated it so well!

drakkarama Nice clean place, friendly staff. only by appointment and can take days or always pushed till 7pm Went there three times but called like over than 10 times and the answer always come another day or at 7pm. It’s good for someone not in a hurry and can wait for few weeks. To me I’m Not visiting this place again.

Kay Larosa Wow! I couldve gave my 6 month old baby a pair of scissors and he wouldve done a better job. I honestly believe no one in that place is certified to cut hair and if they are I dont know how they could see what theyre doing since they keep the place so dark. That place is a joke and I feel like they shouldve paid me to cut my hair cause they need the practice.

Alexa Luna I’m very disappointed. On Saturday May 19, 2018 I decided to go to this establishment to dye my hair and get a trim. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly and was ask about what I wanted. I told her I wanted to dye my hair light brown. She said it would be a wait. I noticed then how busy the salon was and told them it was fine. After all I didn’t have an appointment, so I didn’t mind. After an hour or so, this lady came up to me and ask me what I wanted. I showed her a picture and told her that I didn’t want to bleach my hair. She then showed me the book of colors and pointed to one. I wasn’t sure if it would look like the picture I had shown her but I agree with her since I don’t know. She then pursued to dye my hair. After, she was done she told me to wait in the couch. She never told me for how long she just told me to wait. She then moved on to another customer. An hour passed and she still hadn’t call me. I let 20 more minutes pass and then decided it was to long. To my knowledge you shouldn’t leave the dye for to long. When I went to ask the assured me it was okay. I was upset by this time. I didn’t mean to be rude but under the circumstances I had a reason to be upset. I had also ask for a trim and she didn’t even ask if I like it. The end results where not what I wanted. I am very upset of how dry my hair feels. Usually when I dye and cut it feels healthier but this time I was left with disappointed. This is just my experience but I wanted to share so maybe next time they can communicate better with the customer.

Vee Varner I just went today. Im so upset. I made the very difficult decision to cut my LONG hair. I wanted a long bob. I showed Mary the pictures and she said she could do it. At the end, I was unsure because it did not look right. She said it was because it was wet and that I should go ahead and pay to get it styled.no thank you, I can do that myself. When I got home and flat-ironed my hair, I realized how bad she cut my hair. This is not at all like a bob. The front is botched, the back is uneven and choppy. Looks worse than Lord Farquaads from Shrek. Seriously. Im so upset. I called to let her know she messed up, she told me to go back, and thats why I shouldve had her style it. No way in hell Im going back to her. If she didnt get it right the first time when my hair was 22 inches long, no way she can get it right the second time. Itll probably end up to my ears. Now I have to find some one else to fix it and pay for another hair cut.

Adriana Craft Do not use this salon if you value your hair. The lady didn’t have a clue what she was doing. Completely cut my hair wrong. There was no way to fix it. On top of that she still charged me even though she messed up my hair. Terrible place. I warn you not to use this salon. You will regret it.

Omar Santos Had one of the worst haircuts here, I showed the young lady a picture of the haircut I wanted which was a 0 fade at the bottom and a 2 on top with an edge up. My fade is not skin close and my edge up was crooked, also my side burn was an inch higher then the other. I would not recommend this place at all. Paid $16 for a mest up haircut.

She made me feel like a brand new woman. Lupita is so sweet and kind she went out of her way to gift me a special kind of shampoo for my hair. Cynthia Ayala I went to a hair stylist 2 days ago and had the worst experience, she bleached my hair twice and didn’t do what I wanted, I had showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it but what i ended up with was nothing like what i wanted, I was so upset and I was not happy with the way my hair looked. I had 3 different colors and it looked horrible. Today, I went to Lupita and Selina and they told me they were gonna fix my hair, they did not disappoint and i’m so happy to have found them! They made me feel so welcomed and worked on my hair for hours, They are so sweet and so patient, I did not expect for my hair to get saved and i had no damage. They took care of my hair and made me feel confident again! I truly love my hair now and i’m so happy to have met them! If you’re still reading this, what are you waiting for! Book with them, you won’t regret it! I will add photos of what my hair looked like before and after! Thank you Lupita and Selina! Y’all are amazing and i’m so thankful for y’all saving my hair!

Dulce I got my daughter and myself a haircut here yesterday and I liked it very much. From the customer service to even just walking in, the place was very clean and nice. The atmosphere was awesome and the ladies were super friendly! Shan did both our hair and we loved how it came out. Will definitely come back.

javier garcia This is a local owned family business and it is top notch service. They are all about the customer and will go out of there way to make sure you leave loving your hair. I live an hour away from the location and I still make the trip every 2 weeks to get a fade from miguel. The service is absolutely worth it he is very skilled at his craft and will take the time to even help you figure out a hairstyle that best fits you. When you’re in his chair that time is truly dedicated to you and he is very social being able to make a conversation with you about anything and keep you engaged while you get taken care of. And Norma is an excellent hairstylist she has dyed my hair multiple times and colors and she never fails to make it look amazing. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for my haircuts. I highly recommend booking an appointment and guarantee you will love the experience.
