Ismael Martinez Concepcion cut my hair. I asked her to fade the line after and she said I had too much hair and tried again. After the second attempt it was not all faded, I asked for it to be faded again and she said she couldnt, that I was so used to barber cuts and that she couldnt do those fades. The price was $25 for a bad haircut, she cant cut hair like a barber but sure can charge like one....

Stephanie Hernandez they dyed and perm my hair they burned it. they dont know how to do hair. i wish i could get my money back.they said to wait it would get better i have to chop my hair off of how bad it is .

Melinda Guerrero Charged me for 2 haircuts when I asked her to cut off more.e stated it was because of the cameras. Ridiculous! Wasnt happy with what she had cut off! Lady was super rude about it too! Never again!

Armando Extremely poor quality and service. One of the ladies should re-evaluate her life career. She messed up the back and both sides of my head and was in a rush to get me over with. Youre better off cutting the hair at home. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for.

Alex Guerra I was at UPTOWN HAIR STUDIO & SPA for what I thought the treatment that I going to receive was a regular facial only whit better products but OH what a surprise they have the best equipment for your service. For myself I selected micro abrasive service and lost my old and death exterior surface of my face also most of my blackheads, recovered the look that I just to have years ago and I have lost do that many times of sun & wind . My face now is clean and soft as just to was years ago. Thanks Felipe & Nayeli you are very professional and you have the knowledge and experience to do the very best because you know how

dj firo One of the best hair cut experiences I have had so far. Leonor did a great job. From hair cut to beard removal, using a straight razor, she delivered a quality cut with precision and swiftness . Nice and clean place. Will return to get a hair cut on my next travel to Laredo.

poptarts 7891 Do not recommend this place. This isn’t the first time I come and they mess up my hair. I came back to give another try, but the expirence was worse. The lady cutting my hair, was rude and tried to belittle me just because I didn’t know Spanish. She was rude about it and turned to the other lady and made a face everytime I told her I didn’t understand her ( I showed her a simple picture and tried my best to explain to her how I wanted it with the numbers. She also messed up my hair from behind and they always take forever to attend. What I’ve notice from the times I have come, they only give good service to family members or friends, they don’t give a good welcoming to new clients.

Navi took her time in achieving the color my wife wanted and stayed way past closing time to make sure everything came out perfect. Everyone was polite and professional. The salon is exceptional and they make you feel welcomed and appreciated. The entire experience exceeded my expectations.

Kayari My hair looks nice and healthy, and my stylist was very kind. I asked for a wash and cut. Its my fault I didnt ask about their prices, but I was shocked to be charged $65 for how simple I like my hair. I feel like I got talked into extras like layers that would cost extra without being informed it would cost more. I had cash and gave them $80 which they took without offering change. I dont mind giving a tip but I would have liked it to be my choice. Im not very good at being confrontational so I just left but I wanted to give a review so people like me will know what to expect. TL;DR: I wanted a simple wash and cut. They were super kind. It cost $65. They took $80. That might be fine for you but its too expensive for me and what I ask for.

She took the time to really listen to all my concerns and answer my questions. She colored my roots, cut and styled my hair just right, and gave me great advice on products and care. Petra B I really like that theyre open fairly late. The hairdressers are friendly. The ones I have encountered listen to what I want and havent cut my hair like they think is best. Ive no complaints. Theyre a unisex salon for adults and children.

I asked for a certain hair cut and.they didnt leave it like I asked , also asked for a eyebrow trim and she left me looking like Jeffery star NO EYEBROWS. If you dont like greeting your customers with enthusiasm then you shouldnt work in anything that has to do with customer service.
