Jasmine Black Very unprofessional. I booked an 11AM appointment. I arrived 5 minutes early. I was greeted as if I was a bother. The lady had in AirPods and was talking on the phone while doing two other people’s hair. 30 minutes passed by and I’m still not sitting in the chair at the very least. I booked with Laly but she was nowhere to be found. Another lady was working on two other clients. If you do not have availability you shouldn’t allow people to book to avoid double and triple booking.

Maribel Sánchez It’s been years since I’ve trusted anyone with my hair. I was hesitant to get my hair done at a salon after multiple bad jobs at other salons that “claim” to know how to work with ethnic hair. I was ready to chop it off and ready for a change. I have 3a/b hair and she did an amazing job!! I love it and I’m happy I found Diva’s Dominican Salon. Customer for life! ♥️

Virginia Alvarez Highly recommend this hair salon. I was looking for somewhere I could get a sleek classic bob haircut and I came across the wild hair on Google and it had pretty good reviews, so I took a chance after work and went in as a walk-in. I was greeted by Hector and he asked me what I needed. I described exactly what I wanted and he said he would be with me shortly after finishing up his client he went ahead and sat me, and I then showed him some photos of more or less what I wanted and how I normally style my hair and not only did he give me exactly what I asked for but he nailed it…amazing, amazing job! My hair looks great. Looks healthy again. I will definitely be highly recommend Hector. You definitely gained a Client, you will see me again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a professional myself, I always need to look my best for events and he always takes care of me. I could not even imagine going to anyone else. Ruby Peña Jesse is hands down the best! He does my extensions and color, and I couldn’t be happier with the results every time. He really takes his time to make sure everything looks perfect and always listens to what I want. I love that he checks in throughout the process to make sure I’m happy with how things are going. He’s not only super talented but also makes the whole experience enjoyable. I always leave feeling confident and loving my hair. Highly recommend him!

Heidi Lancaster Now that I found a new stylist, I see that not only was I being scammed, but I was also a guinea pig. I love the girls here, theyre all very nice, but I feel very betrayed by Anabel. I would not recommend for any fantasy colors done here. Way overpriced for the poor work. I do feel really dumb for going back as often as I did, but Im glad I was able to find someone else that didnt feel the need to take advantage of me or experiment on me. The pictures are the SAME job and the last job I ever got done there. --- 1. Got my whole head bleached in one go—was super happy. Not the exact color I wanted, but was nice! 2. I had used box dye before this appointment and made a mess of my hair. Was left with ugly Barney purple hair. Anabel says it’s my fault, so sure, I’ll take that. 3. 3rd time’s a charm, but not really. Was okay, still not what I wanted. There was an issue with getting a halo around my head. Can’t blame shampoo on that. But this was my fault somehow. Went for a re-do. Got a color I didn’t want. 4. Another try at the color I wanted. Didn’t get what I wanted. Almost completely white hair. Assistant even made a comment about this not being anything like what I had asked. Very white with a hint of blue? Next day, had a halo around my head and was blotchy. No box dye, no shampoo, no excuse to mess this up. Had to go back for a re-do. 5. Got a plum color, despite it not being what I wanted. Still ended up liking the color tho! Decided I’d stick with this color! 6. Went for a retouch. Wanted same color I had. Ended up with a Barney purple halo, dark purple in the front, and no color at all in the back. Plum color nowhere to be found. No box dye, no shampoo, no excuse to mess this up. Pictures attached. This is the gist of it. Sure, I made a mistake the first time with the box dye, but there’s no excuse after that. I would have been able to move past all the previous stuff, if in the last appointment I had gotten what I wanted. We had found a color I was happy with; I was told she saved the formula. I didn’t do anything to my hair that could have compromised the recolor. And yet, I ended up with a mess again. Those pictures are from the last appointment. There is no reason to leave a salon with hair looking like that, especially after I paid so much. And that’s what was upsetting. --- EDIT: Thank you for your side of it Anabel, but surely you know in your heart that your failures weren’t entirely my fault. Take a look at the pictures. Thats what you left me with, and theres no box dye, shampoo, or anything else to blame on this one.

Katie Maxwell Anabel has been doing my hair forever. She is so sweet and my experience at Montenegro Salon & Spa has always been wonderful. Everyone there has been very welcoming and overall nice. I have always left the salon LOVING my hair, especially when Anabel dyed my hair pink! It was so fun and the color came out perfect. We’ve done a few different things over the years, but I was blonde for the LONGEST time, and it was always perfect.

SGP Maribel did a great job with my highlights lowlights and cut. Big change and its lighter not heavy and just right for Fall. Pics: Blue shirt is before & the orange shirt is after. Ill go back 4 sure. Go see Maribel!

Fenicia Lopez Ive been with Ricardo for 3 years and he has always done a great job on me ! Not only are the prices so great and in budget , but the service is great. He has always talked me through the service and explained to me what exactly is going in my hair and whats best for my hair. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone !! I always trust him with my hair. Ive gone from blonde highlights to bright red hair to dark brown hair to highlights, hes done it all !! 10/10

Vanessa Quintana Great experience. I called ahead of time to schedule two haircuts with Bricia, and she did an excellent job. The place has a great atmosphere, friendly employees, and the prices are decently prices (wash and cut is $20, if you want it blow dried its an additional $5) I highly recommend Bricia here!

Camie Rodgers Just got my hair cut there for the first time. Im new to El Paso, so I just googled salons, this one seemed pretty promising based on the review. I am so happy with the haircut and all the staff of Anas!!! From the moment I walked in, everyone was very attentive and nice. Mireya cut my hair and I will definitely be going back, she listened to what I wanted and it ended up even better than Id thought my hair could be! The only negative ratings I saw for Anas was the price. I thought the pricing was decent compared to the quality of service and cut I received. I will be going back for sure! Thanks

Gera I had a disappointing experience at this salon. I went in excited for a hair change, but I ended up feeling let down. I guess Im blind because the owner said the result was pretty close to the inspiration I provided, but it wasn’t at all what I expected. They offered a simple fix, and this was the result. The owner even suggested that I chose to be unhappy before my appointment, which felt completely illogical considering the money I spent. If this is something they cannot achieve for whatever reason, they should be transparent about it so I could make an informed decision. The owner offered to work with my hair, but after that comment, how could I trust that I would receive good service? This was supposed to be a positive change for me, but instead, it was a letdown.

Dannia Gonzalez **Extremely Disappointed - Wont Be Returning** I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at Hair Artistry. After trying multiple times to reach out to different stylists on social media and getting no response, I decided to call and make an appointment. The person on the phone seemed uninterested and suggested I come in as a walk-in instead. I showed up just 15 minutes later, only to be told there was a 4-hour wait! It felt like they didn’t want to bother with me at all. Frustrated, I went to Studio 209 as a walk-in, and I’m so glad I did. I received the results I’ve been trying to get from Hair Artistry for a long time. Not only that, but I was given complimentary drinks and treated like a VIP from the moment I walked in. Hair Artistry has lost my business and that of my family. It’s clear they’ve forgotten where they came from and the clients who supported them during their grand opening. I was one of their first clients, but they’ve clearly lost touch with the people who helped them get where they are today. Do better.

Katie Unzueta 10/10 recommend Heir Artistry! My stylist is Roxanne (owner) who I’ve been going to for years! I’ve been blown away every single time I’ve had my hair done. I’m super picky with stylists and will only ever go to someone I trust, so recommending this beautiful salon and all of its stylists speaks volumes. All the ladies are warm and friendly and being in an environment full of women who are so great and take pride in their craft makes your overall experience so worth it and it’ll keep you coming back. Jessica Cortez Hi everyone! Without a doubt Heir Artistry is the best in town! I had damaged my hair several times before I met Roxanne. Ever since then my hair has been thriving. The shine and healthiness of my hair is owed to her care and honesty. The atmosphere in the salon feels and looks luxurious. Complimentary drinks and feminine products in the restrooms if needed. Last but not least, outstanding customer service from all the staff.

April Alvarez If you want your hair two different blondes then this is your place. When I tired to point it out she tried to gaslight me saying it’s the toner. Girl, it’s the bleach you took out the left side out too soon. Don’t waste your time or money!

Denise Jimenez I went to this place on Friday, Dec 21st 2018, and received the worst color of my life! I asked for the black to chocolate balayage and the stylist said she could do it with no problem. I ended up with the horrible balayage job in the world!!!! Never ever going back and I suggest you don’t go either. You would think that they would be experts at balayage since the salon itself is called “balayage hair salon”, however, that is not the case at all. I also told the stylist that my hair is naturally curly and mention that I wanted more layers for extra volume and she said “ok”. My curl pattern was DESTROYED!!!! Do not let them cut or dye your hair if you have CURLY HAIR!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mine is recovering right now. I actually had to go to Ulta beauty salon where they have DevaCurl specialist to get a DevaCut; haircuts specifically for curly hair queens and I had my hair dyed jet black to recover from the garbage that they did at the so called Balayage Hair Salon.

Marla Sanchez I would recommend this hair salon 10 out of 10 Thalia has brought my hair back to healthy and kept me blonde. They use amazing products. The prices are very reasonable. Thank you for making my hair so healthy

Brenda Sandoval Julie is amazing. I found her a year ago after an awful job done elsewhere, more than half my hair was burnt, she did a cute bob and I go every 3 months for trims. My hair is growing fast and is super healthy. Ive taken my sister and daughters as well. She is just amazing.

Genesis Arevalo I was in search of a new hair stylist and I came across this hair salon where Julie was highly recommended. She made accommodations to fit me in her busy schedule the same day I called! I went in for a bob haircut. I showed Julie a picture of the style I was going for. She took her time to explain the haircut and the steps she was going to take to make it look exactly like the photo. I love my new haircut! Definitely recommend you get you hair done here!!

Rebecca Reckling Angel is fantastic! Always happy with her cut and colors. I wanted an easy quick to style pixie haircut. I got so much more then I expected. Hair was the healthiest its ever been. My haircut and color stayed fresh looking well beyond my scheduled 6 week appointments. Could not have been happier. Will go back if ever in the El Paso area!

Shawna S Angel has mastered my hair for over a year now and she makes it look amazing every time! I couldn’t ask for a better hairstylist! My hair length is longs, but every dollar spent is worth the quality of work she puts into making it look so beautiful!

Liliana Arreola I had my hair styled and highlighted, but the results were disappointing. I asked for California highlights, but the color turned out uneven—one section was much lighter, while the rest was darker. It felt like they didn’t take the time to provide proper attention or quality service. The salon itself could use more attention to cleanliness and could benefit from some remodeling.

Dulce M. Santana Paula did an amazing job. I was referred to her by an acquaintance and I’m glad I came with her. Her son was doing a cut next to her and the outcome of the lady’s haircut was beautiful. Ricki also works there and as I was observing him he does beautiful color and cut just like Paula. All of them there were awesome! Will definitely be going back in about 3-4 months for my retouch. Oh and not the mention their prices are so reasonable.

Ivan Brea I have been going to this place for as long as I can remember and never once did I feel like they did anything that was short of a stellar job. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating with most of the staff being bilingual, which is definitely a plus! They are quick and efficient! Out of the 30+ times I have been there, they have done an impressive and astounding job every single time. I typically have Patty or Amelia cut my hair, but you truly cannot go wrong with anyone. 12/10, highly recommend!

Teresa Williams I have nothing but great things to day about this salon. I usually only come here for there amazing eyebrow waxing but today i needed my hair done at an affordable price.Cindy had her work cut out for her and did an amazing job with the help of the other stylists opinions. I was there for 4 or 5 hours and I had my 2 little boys so it was a hassle but everyone there was kind and understanding about it. I bleached and dyed my hair red last year. And then put dark purple on top of it this year to try and transition to an ashy gray/platinum look. I have 2 more appointments till I get the look im going for but I definitely cant wait. Ask for Cindy! She takes her time and doesnt give up!

Nicola Seek I totally messed up my hair and they took me as a walk in and they took such good care of me quickly and complimented me and was VERY affordable, Ill be coming back again very soon
