Andrea Romero I had been a customer since March of this year and, although I was initially satisfied with the service, on my last two visits I have been disappointed. It is common for them to ask to arrive on time, but it is rare for them to respect the schedule, sometimes waiting 30 minutes or more, since they tend to pile up appointments. Even though they used to move my hours and plans, I still went because I liked the service.
However, recently I have noticed a decrease in the quality of the products. On both visits, the acrylic and gel came off in a matter of days, even after going to warranty. Despite the kindness of the girls and their good work, poor time management and low quality of products has affected my experience. I hope you consider improving these aspects so that other clients do not have to go through the same thing.
