Absolutely relaxing environment and I cannot say enough about how great of a job she did on both my cut and the coloring. Bonuses were a glass of wine and scalp massage which were SO appreciated for this stay at home mama getting an afternoon to herself. Highly recommend this business and any of their stylists.

Taylor hamby Jenny was AMAZING. My hair was in such bad shape I wasn’t sure if it would ever be back to “normal”. Jenny sat me down and went over a few different color options and helped me choose the best one. From the cut to the color and everything in between Jenny made sure it was something I loved! I will never use anyone else. She is simply the best!

Judy Light The uncaring, shallow, vain, and melodramatic staff make this salon a poor choice if you are wanting to treat yourself to an Aveda experience. I would recommend checking to see what mood any given staff member is in before proceeding with your haircut, because if any one of them is having a less than stellar day, they dont have the strength of character to overcome it in order to give you the experience you are most certainly paying high dollar for. The place is rife with women who never matured past high school; therefore, while they know what theyre doing on a technical level, they dont have the people skills to match that in order to provide a good experience. The few times I attempted to go in and give them a second chance (I try to support all local businesses) with multiple stylists always resulted in an uncomfortable 40-90 minutes of my life and money that could have been better spent. At this point, I will drive hundreds of miles elsewhere in order to get what Im paying for than frequent this salon in the locality.

Dorothy Berry I had an appointment but when I showed up, the salon was locked and there was no indication as to why. After 15 minutes, I tried calling Clara (impossible) - no answer. I waited another 10 minutes and left. The next day I received a call from Clara but was not able to answer it. She did not leave a message - so no explanation, or apology or anything from her. I had been a customer for years and had always been more than happy with my hair. A few months later, she posted to Facebook about clients not showing up for their appointments and how inconsiderate it was to the stylist. Really. What about when the stylist doesn’t show up for the client?

Peter Dindinger Since my regular go-to person for haircuts moved out of Alpine, I needed to find a place to get a haircut. I called the Beauty Bar and was excited to hear that they accept walk ins. The service was great. I was waiting a while since two stylists were busy, so the receptionist took care of me and ended up cutting my hair. Haircut was also affordable. I highly recommend this place.

Patricia Alkawadri I had my hair trimmed almost a half a year ago and the gal who trimmed my hair did a great job at it! She was very friendly and knowing that I am one that enjoys talking to people, she’s made my experience really awesome! I will be going back to that place this week as my hair can use alittle trimming as it’s been almost half a year now since I first and last got my hair trimmed! And best of all, the place was pretty much deserted as I enjoy quietness as I can’t withstand a large crowd; especially, if I’m talking to someone!
