Bev hills DO NOT GO HERE!!
Went in for a cute design and asked if they could do it (if not I would be fine with a more simple design). I told them I wanted to SOAK OFF and get a NEW SET aka new tips. She quoted me $55 (35 for acrylics, 10 for soak off, and 10 for design). Well she started taking off the powder with the machine, it friction burned my pinkie and my ring finger and hurt. She DID NOT SOAK AND PUT NEW TIPS ON! I wanted a white color and had pink previously and the pink shows. She cut and my thumb cuticle and made me bleed (no sorry or anything). Did not cut it to the length I wanted nor the shape although I told her. All but 2 of my nails are crooked. She didn’t even ensure that my nail length matched on each side. The nail design was barely similar to the picture I showed her. When confronted about the price she gaslit me as if I wasn’t watching her not soak off and put new tips on, so she did a refill and wanted to get paid for a soak off and new set. I was so fed up and frustrated that I left after payment. I called the salon back after calming down and really looking at my nails to see if it could get fixed. When I came back the next day to get them fixed. I had noticed more problems and honestly just wanted them removed and refunded. Or credit or new set. Something…anything. She then looked and decided to gaslight me again saying only thing wrong was the shape. I kept telling her what I saw wrong and just wanted her to listen. She decided not to listen after I tried telling her multiple times. At that point it was clear she wouldn’t listen to anything I said and I didn’t feel comfortable with her even reshaping them. I’d rather go to another nail salon and get them to reshape it. Customer service sucked! I have never been treated so poorly at a nail salon. I’m surprised they have any good ratings at all! LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! I’m NEVER one to confront or complain. I feel uncomfortable doing so. But it was to the point where I had to. DO NOT GO HERE.
