Callista Bennett This is not just a studio this is a second home. They are the most accepting, supporting, and loving group of people who just want to watch everyone succeed and grow. This is a second family and the energy can never compare. The make you feel welcome your very first class! Even if Pole isnt your thing they have so much more to offer!! Highly recommend trying it! There is nothing to be afraid of!

JoAnn S This place has it all. Love pickleball, the classes are fabulous. Cardio and weight room is great. Swimming classes are wonderful. You can easily spend 4 hours here experiencing all they have to offer. But most important the employees and everyone we are meeting are so kind and caring. You won’t go wrong joining this gym.

Amy Woomer The SPY studio and its team are simply awesome. I have been someone who was inconsistent in my efforts with exercise and fitness until I found SPY. The environment in this yoga studio is welcoming and supportive, yet pushes you in your practice in all the right ways. If you are looking for a balance of mind and body wellness, Simply Power Yoga is the place!

Jenn Gray This club offers a very neighborly vibe, with everyone knowing one another. The location is convenient, in proximity to large convenient stores. There is much parking and the individuals at the front desk are helpful and polite. There are some snacks that can be purchased and one can even borrow a locker key. There are tennis and basketball courts, training areas and classes, including spinning, yoga, Zumba and kickboxing. The pool is very small, with three lanes that are regularly occupied. Good membership prices. My only complaint is that some classes do not stick to the schedule. Sometimes I will wait 15 minutes for class to start just to have to leave in the middle as it goes over time. I wish classes adhered to the schedule. This is the only reason why I will not renew my membership

Leah and Kevin, the owners, are hands down two of the most welcoming and supportive individuals Ive ever met. The sense of community here is unbeatable. The cleanliness of the gym is top-notch, and the equipment is in excellent condition. The atmosphere is incredibly comfortable, and its a great place for both beginners and fitness enthusiasts. But what truly sets this gym apart is the people. Everyone is super friendly and always willing to lend a hand or offer advice. In just three weeks, Ive made several new friends, and it feels like a second home. If youre new to the gym scene or looking for an awesome place to work out, look no further. This gym has it all - clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and an amazing community. Thanks, Leah and Kevin, for creating such a wonderful fitness haven!

James Bertocchi This gym has something for everyone. I am from Raleigh and I would join if I lived in the area. I enjoyed my $10 day pass and its worth it just to check the place out. The employees are friendly and the people working out there seem nice. I will be working out there again next time I am in the area.
