Weston Varnes My wife and I had 2 years of back taxes to file (totally our fault for dropping the ball) and hired Tom do them for us. It has been 6 months the IRS never received them said they were never sent in. He has completely stopped answering our phone calls, text messages, and emails. He surely had no problem taking our money for the “service” he provided.

Howard Noble My wife retired in 2020 from a large retail company with a pretty decent amount in a retirement savings account.
