Bill Rudisill Im new to the area and had to visit the ER this past Saturday do to a severe leg infection. I was seen quickly and later admitted for a few days. Every single person I had interactions with were professional and considerate. While I was in the waiting room of the ER another patient arrived and while her husband was checking her in she started to have a seizure. I was surprised at the quick response of the medical staff from the back to see to her needs. I am definitely assured that if I need hospitalization I will be well taken care of there.

Shameka Tabb Myesha is very gifted at what she does. She took my credit from the mid 500s to mid 700s in about 4 months. I’m so thankful to be in her monthly program.

Brian Bolle I have to give a big shout out to Mike at Patriot Financial. I went to him with an equipment purchase on Thursday evening and he had the financing approved Friday morning. Lauren Kolachny This location brings the convenience and perks of dealing with a large branch chain but the customer service of a smaller family owned business. While good customer service is always expected, my experience today was beyond just exceptional customer service. The drive through was busy 6 cars or so in line but when it was my turn Brian greeted me with a great attitude and a smile that was radiating through his mask. He thanked me for my patience and informed me he’d be right with me. He was quick to process my transaction and sent me on my way with best wishes. While the interaction was quite short and through the drive through Brian left a lasting impression on great customer service and is certainly an asset to BB&T. Thanks again!
