Pat Mock I would advise any one dealing with Raymond James or Fred Thomas to have any and all communication with them documented preferably email because they will do the best thing for themselves not what they are told to do .best advice is to get away from both of them. She was so patient with me and explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly and helped ease the confusion I had about all of the terminology. She was completely amazing and I feel confident going to her again if I need anything!
