Isabella Brom 2/4/25 I had called the Hermitage location hoping I could get a last minute appointment for today due to only having fridays off of work and I’m in my probationary period. I luckily was able to get today off and was hoping to be seen because I’m a first time mom and my anxiety has been getting the best of me and just needed some reassurance and make sure everything is ok. Unfortunately, the Hermitage location had no availabilities to get me in today. I had called the Farrell location, and I wish I could remember her name, but the receptionist who I had spoke with was absolutely amazing! Not only was she able to get me an appointment for today, but she was super reassuring and didn’t make me feel like I was being a total pain at all for just wanting to make sure my baby was ok. I feel horrible that I don’t remember her name, but I sincerely am so grateful that I had the experience I did with her today. I wish every receptionist was like her

Kimberly Palumbo Sharon gold and coin paid me the most for my unwanted jewelry out of the three I went too. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and was very nice.

We left FNB because of the service fees and loan rates were outrageous. every bank does upgrades on their systems but its usually for a brief period
