1 /5 Matt Batson: So I purchased a 2017 Volkswagen Golf GTI from this dealer about three weeks ago, there was a few codes showing but Dylan said that they would take care of it. Told me that they took it in for a full inspection. Found out after I purchased the vehicle, no paperwork was handed over to them showing the results (“Verbal”). I took it into a specialized shop for german cars, found out that there was almost 4 grand in repairs and maintenance. A fuel leak was also found, if I hadn’t took it in I could have totaled the vehicle from a fire. I do not recommend these guys at all. They may seem nice but when I talked to Mike after I took it in he said there wasn’t anything he could do. Don’t trust their “trusted mechanic” he doesn’t look into anything. I would not have purchased the vehicle if I knew I would be spending almost 4 grand more after buying the car.

1 /5 Hantzome: Mike and Dylan made the car shopping experience top notch. They didn’t pressure me, feed a bunch of nonsense info down my throat, and answered any questions I had. I 10/10 recommend them and will be going back in the future. Edit: Had the truck for three weeks, had the check engine light on, needed a $30 part got it fixed. Light was off for a week and got in this morning and it’s back on. Hoping I didn’t get stuck with a lemon and it’s just crap luck. Edit edit : After 5 months I’m trading this piece of trash in. Over $700 into this truck and it’s still issue after issue. Lost 2 days of work because this won’t start under 20 degrees. Would never buy from this dealer, if the deal seems too good to be true that’s because it is. I’d expect more from a 5 year old vehicle with under 60k miles but there’s a reason they sold it to me at the price they did.

1 /5 Alyssa Blough: I bought a car, a 2014 Buick encore, from this place two years ago when I took it for a test drive everything seemed fine, but on the way home from the dealership after Financing the car the check engine light came on saying that something with the catalyst was wrong. I made it like 5 miles from the shop. I called my loan company and the dealership and M1 gave me $200 to fix the O2 sensor that everyone thought was the problem, come to find out two years and 7,000 dollars deep, the whole problem was the turbo And it caused my head gasket and turbo to go. After the original complaint of the check engine light, it was a reoccurring problem and the light never went away, the engine light reading the same code. It was very obvious they hid problems with this car And still decided to sell it to me knowing this is my first time doing anything like this and I didn’t know what I was doing. They literally took advantage of me. So if you’re going to buy from here, be prepared for lots of extra expenses and surprises!
