Mason Hunter March of this year will be 8 years since my family and I have been banking with this specific location. One of the first teller’s I met was Diane Dekmar. She introduced the proper standard in banking. Honestly in the longest time I dealt with the national banks and they were always difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, she left a long time ago but Russell’s team with Kayla and formerly Jacob has continued to always exceed my expectations. They’ve been the most polite, knowledgeable, and professional group of individuals that I’ve ever met. I have always left more than satisfied.

Ed Stopped by today, we were looking for the radio station and they share the same entrance. We werent sure which way and the receptionist asked if we needed assistance and gave us the directions we needed. Friendly and helpful.

Nora Rynkiewicz Worst place for banking needs! Charge 5$ monthly for online banking. Direct deposit payments on weekends or holidays held and not available until after w/e or holiday. Only 2 locations, one in Wilkes-Barre and Nanticoke. Also had my credit card hacked and was charged 10$ to replace card. Try Wells Fargo that make direct deposit funds available a few days earlier or PNC that has many convenient locations. Anywhere but here!!!

Doreen Crawford Outstanding personalized service! Carla is so knowledgeable, and patient. She was sure to review all options thoroughly to enable me to make the best decisions to attain my personal financial goals. I cannot say enough good things about her positive and personalized approach. I never felt rushed to make a decision and she spent an extraordinary amount of time with me to be sure I felt confident in my decisions. She is an absolute rare gem in her field!
