Briana Thompson My daughter (3.5) LOVES taking classes at Polliwogs gym. She looks forward to it every week. She has so much fun while also developing her strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. This is the best gym to sign up for if you have a young toddler but want to start them out in classes.

bill adams I am 84 years old and have been Erie Fitness Academy for 3+ years receiving individual training. During that time, I have had 3 different trainers and each one has been excellent. They listen and are very receptive to my needs. They are cheerful and friendly (as are most of the people who work out there) and. I am greeted by every trainer I meet on the way in. I couldnt ask for a more friendly environment. The facilities and equipment is well maintained and clean. My son and granddaughter also use EFA and have been for 5 or 6 years. This is the fifth gym I have used in the last 40 years and is by far the best.

Kevin Christiansen The environment was so welcoming and it was a great venue to throw a birthday party. My daughter had a great time, and that alone brought me so much joy. The coach was so helpful and personable. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality time.

Michelle Ducharme I had one on one coaching with Selina and it was worth every penny. Shell gently point out your excuses and self blocking behaviors while kindly moving you toward wellness and addressing any special needs your body may have along the way. It was amazing to see the difference in my body with gentle exercise and not having to kill myself in the gym. She gave me a program that could work with my erratic schedule and provided lots of healthy recipes based around the foods I already loved to eat, just better options. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for something different.

Tristan Fava I have attended multiple yoga classes with Michelle and pilates classes with Shea at FitKing and have had nothing but good experiences. Its very personal as the classes are intentionally smaller so youre more free to get help or ask questions. I have not partaken in the personal training portion of the business, but my wife has been for more than a year and has seen incredible results! We will both be long-term patrons of FitKing!

White Rice As someone who travels for work i consistently struggle to find a quality gym whilst traveling. This gym is the answer to my weightlifting prayers. Great equipment, classic gym environment, and staff that treat you like a local. I hope to be sent back to Erie just so that I can lift here, my home gym away from home.

Ciara Nicole Such a cute studio! Was visiting from Atlanta and stopped in for a Sunday Evening Power Yoga Class. The staff was so welcome and even helped me find some leggings as I did not pack any. The flow was challenging and invigorating. I was sad there were no cold towels at the end but something very minor in the grand scheme of things.

Wesley Cotter Amazing atmosphere and selection of equipment thats not offered at a typical gym. It is nice to always have one of the staff nearby to assist with anything you need. Highly suggest a membership to anyone looking for an alternative to the mega-gyms!
