He has prepared my husbands taxes for his income and business for decades and we have continued to use his services even now after we moved out of state! Self employment, rental properties, sale of homes, estimated withholdings, gaps in employment - you name it he handles it promptly and expertly. This is a business professional you can trust. The communication is easy and flexible! Eric has a way of explaining all the financial consequences and tax variables clearly so we can make informed decisions. We value his advice and service as top notch and highly recommend him.

Jenna Foreman This man is my UNCLE. I rented an apartment above his business for almost 2 years. When I first moved in him and his wife would fix things as needed without a problem. After about a year it was like pulling teeth to get anything taken care of, and most of the time after I asked for something to get fixed he would have his wife send me nasty, harassing texts. The extra room that was converted from a porch had the ceiling completely cave in this winter after all of the ice melted. They refused to fix it. I had to call off that day and immediately move all of my stuff from that room. Numerous other leaks/broken appliances around the apartment they refused to take care. The most recent time I asked for things to be fixed, Keith told me to find somewhere else to live. So I did, which took about a month. After I was all moved out, he refused to return my security deposit. He also treats my neighbor/the other tenant poorly too. She has an entire room she can’t use because of water leaks. Now of course, he is very accommodating to his airBNBs in the basement and brags about how much money he profits from them. DO NOT rent from this man. Also, DO NOT have him do your taxes. Not only will he not do them, he will refuse to return your documents (regardless if you are friend or family). Steer clear!

nev I had to meet with a loan officer for the first time today, and let me tell you: whatever Shannon G. is getting paid, its not enough! She was so patient with me and explained everything thoroughly and repeatedly and helped ease the confusion I had about all of the terminology. She was completely amazing and I feel confident going to her again if I need anything!
