Some of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Been a long time coming, but today was the straw that broke the camels back. Cant wait to say "good riddance."

I come in the tellers know me by name and make sure I am doing okay. It reminds me of the family atmosphere of when it was Union Bank. Park Plaza cares about their customers and it shows. I highly recommend using this bank if you want good customer service and caring tellers.
