Matthew Quigley I can’t recommend Daman’s Strength Training (DST) enough! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and creates the perfect environment to focus. The trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and always attentive—making sure form and technique are safe and effective. I recently completed Daman’s 6-week “Dad Bod” program and loved it so much that I continued for a full 12 weeks. The workouts were thorough, easy to follow, and they work! Daman customized routines to fit my goals, and the results speak for themselves—I didn’t just feel stronger, I truly became stronger and built real muscle. If you’re looking for a program that delivers results with guidance from trainers who genuinely care, DST is the place to be.

william vogel Snap fitness has great people working and working out. They are smaller gyms, but have everything you need for a great workout. There are no alarms that go off if you break a sweat. They are very clean and well maintained. You dont have to pay extra to go to another Snap. Everybody there is very friendly

Jim Heinzen I brought my friend in hospice to the therapy pool twice in 2022. It was magic for her, the last time she could float and stand. The staff was helpful and respectful to her and I am forever grateful.

Amanda Reilly I absolutely LOVED my first class here. All of the women were so kind and supportive. The coach was super encouraging, and one of the other attendees even stopped me in the parking lot after to tell me I did great. I loved that everything was written out for you to follow along. It wasn’t about completing everything in time, it was making sure I was doing quality work and not giving up on myself. I wish I lived closer to go more often, but I will absolutely be back!

Sam Best yoga studio to go to if you want to be yourself, everyone who enters the doors to the studio has the opportunity to express themselves authentically in a comfortable environment. I love the events that the studio offers, they make you feel like you’re out for a “girls night” and the yoga is great for all levels of athleticism, even if you’re a beginner and you want to try out a more challenging class the instructors make sure to make every class comfortable for everyone. MEKO isn’t just yoga studio, it’s a community.

Dylan Loeffler Beyond Parallel is one of the most unique and amazing gyms I have ever been to. If you want a gym filled with machines, rows of elliptical machines and TVs on the wall, this is not the place for you. If you want to be healthier, work hard and motivated by those around you, youre looking in the right place. There will be people working out with shirts off, loud music, garage doors open but to me that is a selling point and reminiscent of the golden era of weightlifting. As a physical therapist, I was immediately impressed with the functionality of the equipment. It has all the necessities and none of the redundant machines that collect dust. The community supports and uplifts one another, meeting their members where they are at with their fitness level. Sauna is an added bonus.
