Genell Grow I was more than pleased with how my claim was handled from beginning to end! They all stayed on top of my claim and it went so smoothly. People returned calls or emailed and made arrangements when they said they would. And it was over and done with so quickly. No waiting around for calls or updates. Having my Country Financial agents in my own town was a big part of the success. The adjustor was amazing too and she was in Illinois which didnt affect the quality of service. Shes the one I worked with the most and really made things happen! They were all eager to help answer my questions. Im so glad I switched from my former insurance (after 35 years!). I was a little nervous about switching but I wasnt happy where I was and CF came highly recommended. They have some unique things they offer compared to other insurance companies and are much more affordable than my previous insurance. Very satisfied, I have such peace of mind now.
